I called Junk Ninja on Sunday 12/13/20 in desperate need of a dumpster because we had guys tearing the roof off of a house in Forsyth County and the company we had scheduled for that morning called Sunday morning and cancelled so we were stuck with nowhere to put the shingles to be hauled off! After calling over 10 different places I had come to realize that all but maybe two places were even open and the two that were open were supposed to call me back but I hadn't heard from either one in over 2 hrs. I saw that Junk Ninja didn't service our area but decided to give them a shot. I left a msg on their machine and immediately received a text from Juan stating he received my msg and then he gave me a call and said unfortunately he couldn't help me but referred me to two different places in my area. He was so apologetic and friendly and I sincerely believe if he could have helped he would have so I wanted to leave a very deserving review. These guys are fantastic! I have a basement room I'm converting and needed to get rid of an old sofa. I found Junk Ninjas online and gave them a call based on their great reviews. They didn't answer the first time I called, but got back to me within 10 minutes. They were super friendly, professional and easy to work with. They asked the necessary questions, gave me a great quote and I booked immediately. They arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and sent me a text about 20 minutes ahead, telling me they were on their way. They got right to work and knocked it out within 10 minutes. They even put the pic back up on the wall once they were finished. I made arrangements from Florida to have a dumpster delivered to a location in Marietta, GA. I worked with Juan who was very responsive and helpful. He gave me excellent advice on the appropriate size of dumpster I might need, as I had no experience in ordering this service. The dumpster arrived on time as promised--and it was clean! Juan was excellent at communicating when the dumpster was in route. He placed the dumpster exactly as requested and pick up was just as efficient. It was convenient to make payment over the phone. Amazing doesn't even begin to describe Juan and his associate! I would gladly give them more stars if i could. Juan was super friendly and easy to talk to. I was working on a short deadline due to county code enforcement, and Junk Ninja was able to come out the very next day. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. Juan showed up on time, was very polite, and got to work immediately. It only took about 15 minutes to load up everything, then they went around the yard picking up small things that I wasn't expecting them to even consider.
