I do frequent the gym in this area and didn't realize that this was the same cleaners that moved from the other side of the gym. The lady mentioned they needed to downsize and didn't need the big space (it's now a nail salon where their old location was). I had 3 suit jackets and 4 pairs of dress pants cleaned. They did a great job with friendly service both times. Cost wasn't too bad, either. It's hard to put an in-depth review for a dry cleaning place, but I would recommend them based off the visit I had.

Anna was very sweet when I went in to drop off my blazer around 3pm and she said it will be ready for me by 5pm the next day. I went in around 4pm and it was all ready to go! Great service, great cleaning (especially since white blazers are hard to clean), and good prices.

Let's say prior to 2013 because I worked in the area and used them consistently before 2013. I still use them and to put it in perspective.....I drive from Marietta to Sandy Springs just for drive cleaning since I no longer work in the area. I make it worth my while too... and visit other retailers in the area when I need clothes dry cleaned. I'm sure there are other dry cleaners close to me that also offer Organic Cleaning but why would I go to them if I'm happy with Elegant? The young lady that worked here in the past , I think she was the daughter. She was always very sweet, would remember my name, and always greeted you with a smile. I don't have any complaints about the new staff. They are polite, never an issue with my clothes or anything. I just miss being remembered by face when I pull up. Speaking of pull up, that's the best part. You don't leave your car, ever. Your items are also put back in your car when you pick them up. You will also get a text reminder to pick up your clothes if you aren't able to pick up on the time listed on your ticket. When the hours were adjusted, I also received a text letting me know of the new hours. I really appreciated that because the timing was perfect; I had clothes that needed to be cleaned. The price for me is reasonable because I'm paying for organic cleaning versus the chemicals that a majority of other cleaners use which is not safe at all.

After contemplating just not ever going home, on a last ditch effort I called the number that was part of the invoice and someone answered right away. If you have something fancy, they are careful and treat it with kid gloves, and they have a good value and quick turnaround for your standard stuff... Between the close proximity to my house and rave Yelp reviews, I figured I would try out Pro Cleaners on Dresden. I was able to pull right up in the parallel spots out front - they have 2 spaces that have reserved signs for Cleaner drop off/pickup. It took them all of about 2 minutes to get all my information as a new customer - they gave me a ticket and told me my items would be ready by Friday (dropped off Wednesday afternoon). They also mentioned I would get a text when my items were ready, which is helpful! Later that day I got a text about one of my items having a tear in it at drop off. I got a picture and they asked if I wanted them to repair it before cleaning. I really appreciated how prompt they were to bring the issue to my attention and send a photo of the damaged item, because I had not realized it was torn when I dropped it off. They were able to repair it before cleaning for a minimal cost. Pricing is reasonable and when I picked up my items they even helped me to my car because it was raining. Highly recommend - great local dry cleaner!
