The lady you may speak on the phone is not the person at the location though. Don't forget to ask how soon the clothes can be done. I dropped mine on a Saturday and it was ready the following Monday after 12. When I arrived, the lady attendant was very helpful and nice. The entire place was really clean and not dingy. The wash/dry/fold service including the soap and softener is .99 per pound. I don't have anything to compare to but that seems fine to me. Hopefully upon pick up today, all goes well and nothing is wrong with my clothing.

Needless to say I racked up on like 6/7 loads of laundry and it was just getting unbearable. When I lived down town I had tide service but I couldn't find anything similar in Gwinnett. So I went to yelp and saw they had pretty great reviews and wasn't too far out. When you arrive - it's a tight parking lot. Most of the spots are usually full if you don't get there early. They open at 7am so try to get there early as I went mid day on a Sunday. My intentions were to wash my clothes in the large washers but discovered they had a wash dry and fold service. At this Point I didn't care the pricing as long as those clothes were clean! The service was wonderful. Michelle walked me through everything and showed the pricing, pick up etc. for their services. Clothes are weighed @ $1.90 a lb and I had 40 lbs. yes I know! Lol I was told it was a 3-5 day turn around and I received text notifications of my progress and when the clothes were ready. Michelle cleaned them very quickly and they smelled and looked so good. I will definitely use this service again! Looking forward to it and highly recommend.

The current price per pound for wash and fold service is $1.60/lb and I ended up paying about $80. There is a convenient drive thru option if you have a lot of clothes to pick up or drop off. It's a small laundromat, but is well-run and fairly priced. I dropped my laundry off on a Sunday afternoon and expected it to be a few days before it was done due to Christmas being this week. Richard called me the next day and it was ready! Clothes were folded nicely and it was a great experience - I'll be returning for sure!

However, the one on-site at our apartment complex seemed pretty dirty last time we checked, and I figured the others with tons of reviews on here were more than likely packed. So I stumbled upon this spot with only one review, but at least it was five stars, right? It's located in a pretty unassuming little strip mall right next to a gas station and convenience store, which is great if you need snacks or drinks while you're waiting for your laundry. There weren't too many people inside, but it wasn't exactly dead either - just a comfortable amount. It was quiet, and I believe there were some arcade style games inside you could play if you wanted to. The laundromat itself also had snacks and drinks for purchase. At one point, it looked like there was fire coming from the inside of the driers. Another man and my fiancé saw what I was seeing too, but couldn't explain it. We asked the head of the shop what that was about and she wasn't sure, but eventually whatever we saw died down and nothing got burnt. There was no smell of smoke or anything, so not sure what that was about. Either way, the worker was nice enough to switch our clothes out for us and put them into another machine just in case. What I really like about this location is that after you wash your clothes, the driers are free to use! Maybe this is pretty common here, but I've never seen this back home on Maui. We only spent $6.50 to wash everything together and then dried both of our loads for free. I was really happy about that. The timer is set at increments of 15 minutes, so you just have to keep resetting accordingly, but fine by me for the freebie. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location and would recommend it to anyone, as much as I'd like it to stay uncrowded.
