I've used Sharon Cleaners for everything from dry cleaning a jolly old elf's suit through laundering and pressing my dress shirts and Hawaiian shirts. Never had a problem with the service or friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They have always had my clothes ready when promised. Recently had a bad grease stain on a cotton shirt that I couldn't get out at home. They worked their magic and gave it back to me as sharp as the day I bought it. When I brought church paraments to them, they recommended against dry cleaning, and I took their advice. The paraments came back to me in flawless condition. had 2 shirts , one to clean and one to just starch . received shirt back damaged with red stain on sleeve . this shirt was new only needed pressing they claim they are now unable to remove stain. my problem is a loss shirt . Don't and won't do business here again. Plzz read more

Is there a half-star rating? because I would give it to them. They lost my clothes and then made me wait a week for them to try to get them back. Afterwards, they call me and tell me they found them, the lady even had the audacity to demand full payment and I did not even get an apology from her. AWFUL SERVICE. We dropped off a king size comforter to be cleaned 2 weeks ago. We picked the comforter up in the drive thru so we didn't look at it since they placed in the backseat for us. When I went to take it out of the vehicle I noticed pet hair was on the comforter and it didn't look as though it had been clean. We took it back this past Monday and explained and showed the comforter to the man working. He said they would clean the comforter again at no additional charge and he apologized. I received a call Monday to say the comforter was ready for pick up and there would be an additional charge ($15). I reminded them that I was told there would be no additional fee since it wasn't cleaned properly the first time that I had already paid for. I went in to pick it up and was told someone spent 5 hours with a lint roller trying to remove the hair and that is what the charge was for. I explained that I was told there was no additional fee that I should have been contacted before hand if there was possibly going to be an additional charge. On top of that there is still the same amount of visible pet hair on the comforter that is still in the bag the cleaner put it in. I was told I couldn't have my comforter without paying the additional $15 fee. I paid again and brought my comforter home that still hasn't been clean. Safe to say they won't be getting my families business again. read more

Great dry cleaning service. I drop off my 2 piece suits and dress clothes there ever couple of weeks. Never had an issue, and would recommend the drive through. Owner is very nice and will call you if you forget anything important in the pockets. read more
