I was so glad I decided to stop in. I had been driving around with a pair of jeans in my trunk that needed to be repaired. I walked in and was helped immediately. I thought i needed a whole new zipper but she looked at it and was able to just tighten the teeth and fixed my jeans. It didn't even need a true repair. And she could have gotten $28 dollars from me becsuee I just didn't know. Another shop I went to didn't even bother . These days businesses are so focused on the dollar and not customer focused. I went in to get a jumpsuit altered in the bosom/arm area. She's the expert - I am not. I only stated where I knew it needed to be altered, not the particular process. I came out of dressing room she immediately was so demeaning about me not knowing exactly had to he done. The customer service was horrible. Let me start off by saying do not visit this establishment. She promised alterations for a suit and when I went to pick it up she pretended there was confusion. She said she could not promise me what time it would be ready. I planned to wear the suit the same day. I did not want a rush job so I compromised and requested she not take up the waist. In the beginning she charged $60 to alter the waist. The explanation she gave was that she had to take the ban off. When she credited my card back she only credited me $20. I was not going to allow her to put a damper on my evening. The moral of the story is FIND ANOTHER ALTERATION SHOP IN SNELLVILLE. read more

I have only used an Alteration shop a handful of times but this by far is my favorite. Owner is very pleasant, patient, and helpful over the phone. She is very customer service oriented. In person she is just as bubbly and you can see just from speaking to her how experienced and knowledgeable she is. She took her time with the guest ahead of me and then in return she also took her time with me. She was friendly and spoke with my daughter as I changed into and out of my dress. She offers a multiple range of services. She also is making masks. Super cute and breathable. Way easier to speak with this mask on that she made versus the others ones that I have. I found this place because my hubby saw it while having lunch across the street and was it a good find. I have been here a few times. The first time was simple things like changing a zipper. The second time I took a leather jacket that needed a new zipper. Well, (and I'm sorry I forgot the owners name) she helped me and told me she could fix the zipper, that way the jacket would stay original. The third time, another zipper... Yes, I know I'm jinxed with them... this time it was a winter jacket that had several layers and she did a terrific job. Finally, and the reason why I love her job, recently I lost a lot of weight, but I have a pair of ski pants that I love and took them to her to see is she could make them my size again. She basically had to re-do my pants. They look exactly as the day I bought them, just in my size! read more

My MINOR daughter took her prom dress here to be altered. The owner measured her and told her it would be almost $300 to alter. This was her first experience at at an alteration shop so she didn't know better .. she called me immediately after she left the business and I then called the shop and spoke to the owner, who was very nice, and I explained the dress cost 1/4 of that price so we couldn't afford that, to please leave it alone and we would come by to pick up. She was understanding and said ok. Later once I saw my daughter she said that when the owner was measuring her, she reached into her dress and grabbed her bare breast with her hands and pushed it up to show her how "good they would look" with some alterations to the chest area of the dress. My daughter did not know this wasn't normal until I freaked out when she told me this. I went into the shop the next day where I nicely asked for the dress back before I confronted her about the other issue. She told me she was going to charge me $40 for "consulting". I told her I wasn't going to pay that when there are no signs posted stating a consulting fee nor did she make me aware of that on the phone. I asked her again to please give me the dress back. She refused. I then stated that my daughter told me she had touched her bare breast & manipulated it without permission. She said yes that is how she measures and "shows how good it will look." I explained that was assault and especially considering it was on a minor, this was very serious and she needed to reconsider giving me the dress. She refused & told me to call the police if I wanted but I was not getting the dress back. I told her I would call the police and also post about this on social media and she really needed to think about how serious this was but she said go ahead. So I did indeed call the police & the consultation fee suddenly dropped to $20 once they came to mediate. I told them this woman was not getting one penny from my household. She did admit & was recorded on police body cam that she did touch her breast but it was not in a "sex way but an alteration way". Since this experience my daughter has met several other people this has happened to. Apparently this woman thinks that she can reach into these young girl's dresses and touch them with no consequence. Also a man, who I assume is her husband, is sitting right there working as well, which makes this even creepier. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

This place is outrageously expensive. We took a bridesmaid dress to get altered in 3 places. They quoted us $200 to do the alterations needed. Mind you, the dress only cost $110. We found a great place in Plaza Las Americas that did the same 3 alterations needed for $40 total. Queen's seriously needs to lower their ridiculously high prices read more

The owner of this place is very nice, sweet and eager to help you during a stressful time like Prom and weddings! Her work is very good, the only issue I have is its Pricey, My daughter's dress alterations for Prom cost more than the actual dress, and after I spoke to a few people I know, they all had referrals of cheaper places, now the quality of work may not be as good as Queen's or the service as friendly but overall she does great work!!! read more

She does great work. I recently had a jacket that the sleeves were too long. Couldn't be hemmed the conventional way, however, she did it mid-sleeve and I thought it might look weird but it actually looks great and adds character to the jacket. Also my husband had a jacket altered at the shoulders with another alteration place, and it never really looked right. He took it to her and she fixed it and it looks great! I bought a gown/ dress for my birthday party and found out it was too long. I went to Queens on Friday evening believing she would say no because I needed it the very next day. To my surprise she said, " Oh, that's not a problem, we will get it done by 10 AM." I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did she get it done super fast but she did a great job. While I don't normally write reviews I just had to share the terrible experience my daughter and I had at this place last week. I would avoid this place if at all possible, but if you do decide to go there ask her for an estimate BEFORE she spends a second of her time on the item you want altered. We took my daughter's wedding dress there for hemming which only needed hemming in the front part of the dress. The woman, who I assume was the owner of the shop, told my daughter to put on the dress so she could take a look. She proceeded to spend about 5 minutes doing a little pinning and marking. After that we asked her how much she would charge us to do the hemming. She proceeded to quote us a price of about $320. Let's just say we were very surprised and dumbfounded at such an exorbitant charge for what would be a pretty simple job. At that point we decided to take the dress somewhere else for another estimate. This did not make the woman happy at all and she proceeded to tell us that we would have to pay her $20 for her 5 minutes of pinning if we took the dress out of her store. Needless to say we were very shocked at her attitude, but rather than get into a confrontation we paid the $20 and left, but not before she nastily removed all her pins from the dress first. Finally, one last comment I will make is that throughout our interaction with the woman, that is BEFORE things turned ugly, she repeatedly criticized my daughter's wedding dress, pointing out all its flaws and even how she knew it had to have been made in China even when we were told it had not been.
