Caution: This business is terrible when is comes to Customer Service.. On or about December 23rd 2025 I delivered a jacket and matching sweater to, (The Cleaners, at 2148 Scenic Hwy-N Snellville) for cleaning. Upon picking it up on 01/02/2026 payment was requested by the manger and paid by myself at which time I departed. Upon arriving at my home it was observed that the sweater had been damaged,(excessively shrunken) to the point of being unusable by anyone but a small child, ( I am 5'11" and a 190lbs). I returned to the above location and spoke with the manager, (Chris Suh) who insisted that I had caused this damage prior to leaving it with them and refused to except any responsibility for what is clearly, damage caused by their neglect or at best their willful incompetence. read more

If I could give this business a negative star, I would. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of delivering quality service and results--but this dry cleaner consistently falls short. In the past, I've picked up dresses missing their belts, and on another occasion, I was charged separately for a skirt that was supposed to be part of a suit set. These might seem like small issues, but they're avoidable mistakes that add up. Most recently, I dropped off a leather jacket for cleaning. It's been nearly three weeks, and each time I've stopped by, I'm told it hasn't returned from the third-party leather cleaner. Despite multiple visits, there seems to be no effort to ensure the jacket is back in a timely manner--or at all. On my third visit, I was again told it would arrive in a few days. Frustrated, I left without my jacket. If you need your clothing back when promised, think twice before trusting this business. Sadly, my experience has been far from professional. On Sept. 18, 2018 I visited Advance Cleaners in Snellville for the First time with a very unique situation concerning Alterations of a collarless shirt that needed to be taken in a half inch. Several cleaners I went to would not even consider taking this Job because of the Difficulty of shorting the collar. Thank GOD for Chris and the Seamstress, what was Difficult to others was not Difficult to Advanced Cleaners . My shirt was altered Perfectly liked it came from the Manufacture and it was a perfect fit. Now I have bought 5 more of the same shirt to be Altered. I Highly Recommend Advance Cleaners. I went to this place hoping they could fix these shoe straps that gaped way to much on both my feet, i needed them for a wedding. It cost $20 and said it would be done within a week. A week later I come back for the shoes. Not there/ready. Tried to give a call but no one answered so they said to come back next day. I get there the day after the next just to make sure. My shoes are ready and I tried them on and they seemed fine. My mistake I only tried on the RIGHT shoe and just ASSUMED they did they did the left one just like the right. Ya know like I asked for in the beginning..... So $20... for them to fix ONE shoe strap.... Ridiculous. read more

Beware of leaving your clothing here! I went in to have an outfit taken in before a trip. I specifically asked if it could be ready in the next few days and they assured me it would. I believe I was given a higher rate due to the short time frame, which is fine had the item actually been ready or even in the store. When my boyfriend went to pick up the item the first time he was told it was not ready until after 4 pm. Okay, no big deal. He went back a day and a half later, mind you, this is one full day after the item was promised, to get the item. He actually went on his way to the airport. My garment was no where to be found! They couldn't locate it after 30 minutes of searching. Needless to say, I have not gone back to see if the item reappeared. Would never use this cleaner again! read more

this has by far been the worst experience i have ever had with a business. the manager chris is a habitual liar. he does not follow up with his customers. he gives you the runaround every time you call. i dropped off my boots december 10, 2016 to have cleaned. the manager told me they would be ready the following week. two weeks later, not ready. i went to pick up my shoes four weeks later and they were in the same condition that i dropped them off. the manager chris laughed and said he would send them back on january 6, 2017. i went to pick up my boots for the second time on january 14, 2017 and they still looked the same as when i dropped them off- see attached photo. to make matters worst, my suede lace was missing from boot. as i expressed my frustration with this place, he continued to laugh and would only offer a 10 percent discount . he promised while giggling he would follow up with the warehouse and give me a call i left advanced cleaners pissed off and found a shoe repair store in snellville who reconditioned my shoes for $8.00 as opposed to the $34.00 he charged me to do absolutely nothing.. i have been calling chris every day since january 16, 2017 and i continue to get the runaround from him. i am so tired of chasing chris. he doesn't value his customers. the customer is not right in his business. he has zero customer service. the only positive i have about this place is the employee kelly who has been working diligently to resolve my issue. i am almost two months into this situation and at this point, i just want to be fully refunded so i can put this horrible situation behind me. do not do business here!!! read more
