When I google "Dry cleaners near me", Pro Cleaners was one of the first dry cleaners that came up which also had the most stars. I definitely had to try them out. Fast forward to now, I've already been to them twice. Once for a hoodie and another time I brought in about 6 suits. Both services were fairly priced!! The Service: Everyone here is super friendly! Can't believe I didn't know it was here after all Joe's To Go is next door. When you don't use it, you don't know it's here. ‍ As I entered the parking lot , I noticed it was full but after getting out my car I noticed the traffic is more so at the gas station and Joe's To Go. There was one customer waiting with her small kids. I looked for the large washer and confirmed the price. You can tell I've never used a laundromat before. There are 2 change machines , laundry detergent machine and laundry bag machine. I brought my own laundry detergent. The cost to wash a large comforter is $8.25. The cost to dry is .25 and that's for 7 minutes. With this comforter I'll need more time say like 30 min but then again maybe not bc it's on "high heat" . The interior was clean. The floors mopped ... There is 1 bathroom shared with male/female. 5 folding tables. 16 dryers... 17 washers...4 rolling carts.... If you want or need snacks, gas station is next door, however, There is a NO FOOD/DRINK sign posted on the front door. Signs are posted throughout the facility "Please remove Your Laundry As Soon As Machine Finishes" . It's also noted unattended clothing will be removed and the staff is not responsible for loss of clothing or damaged clothing. Overall, I was pleased considering I've never used a laundromat. I've heard how some can be dirty and supplies are limited to none. I will be back!

But today was a real test and unfortunately I let someone else push my button. My cleaning order was missing a piece and had someone else's garment in its place. The cashier was very rude and even insistent that I had all the piece I brought in and that's all I was getting. The missing piece was specifically listed on my receipt so I pointed out that this is what's missing to which she replied "you brought in 7 pieces, I tagged 7 pieces and there's 7 pieces there." This went back and forward for about 5 minutes to which I finally stated that I'm wasn't leaving until I got my missing piece. Then she finally preceded to go piece by piece until she realized the numbered tags didn't match and located my missing piece. I waited for an apology or some remorse but none given. I inquired if she was going to apologize to which she stated you got your order. The owner arrived and also did not seem the least bit apologetic and even stated we don't need your business. Guess what, they don't have it any more.
