As if the parking wasn't bad enough the lady who works there is horrible. I'm glad there are other UPS stores close by.

This UPS store in the past was typically an okay experience. This time around as I was returning an Amazon package they wanted to charge a dollar to tape top of a box. I've been a loyal and frequent customer of UPS as it's been reliable and convienant. From shipping packages, to clothes, to bikes. As a drop off center it's absurd to charge a dollar for a piece of tape. Service has to be better. I'll be sure to take my business to another location moving forward. read more

Terrible UPS Store to go to. They will not ship items under accounts. They also will not accept items over a certain value (not that high of value). Says they don't ship those packages, their driver will not take it, and to find a UPS driver in your neighborhood. read more

Rude agent! Not friendly at all. She ask me for my label. I told her I would have them text to me. Then i show it to her and goes YOU need to have printed already! We Cant print out the label, I have been to other UPS store and they print labels. But honestly it's the way it was addressed to me that made me upset. Customer service is one of my pet peeves!!! I guess she is overworked and underpaid. I will not be coming back for sure. read more

Incredibly friendly staff who somehow found a way to cheer me up when I was having a truly trying day. Almost everything had gone sideways with my house closing, but the good folks here got me taken care of with a ton of kindness and even a nice smile. This location closes too early at 5:00pm. Also, every time I go, their notary isn't there. The line always seems to be long as well. If you really need to drop off a package or get something notarized, go to 4002 Hwy 78 in Snellville or the one at 1250 Scenic Hwy in Lawrenceville. These locations have better hours and has always had a notary available when I went at different hours. This way, you don't waste your time. read more

I have to agree with Darla on this location. The service here is horrendous. The lady was nice enough, but it took forever for her to box my item and was constantly distracted by the phone and other customers who came in after me. I will definitely try another location from now on! read more

I'm sorry others have had problems here but I like this store. Sometimes I have to wait longer than I want to but once it's my turn the staff has always been super nice and gone out of the way to help me pack my stuff the best way and most economical way. I had a full size guitar I had to ship and they hooked me up. The office supplies they sell are a little expensive. read more

The woman I dealt with was extremely rude to me, to the point where I told her nevermind, grabbed my things, and left. I wish I had read the reviews here, even the good reviews have complaints about this location. The added bonus of the parking lot being under construction, with a lot of big rocks everywhere meant it took an extra 10ish minutes to get out of the lot. read more

I went to this up store yesterday to get a document notarized becaue the bank of america was closed The notary was not there at that time and they sent me to the one in Lilburn. I was not able to find the number after I left the store on google so I called back after a hour of shopping. The notary answered the phone and said he is the notary. I said ok I am coming back because this one was closer to home. I had a problem because I forgot the name on the license was in my divorced name with the notary was not profession with me. Basically, it had to be in the same name on the license I said ok I will do another copy and pay for it there. He was somewhat aggressive in tone and not a good problem solver and quickly tried to get rid of me giving me a mobile number for another notary. He seems like he does want to do his job. I was able to realize I had it on a flash drive. Next, their printer mal functioned they have had a problem with the second page to be printer which was the page I need notarized. Also, I needed to pay for the one page that was find but the minimum is $1.00 on the card and the copy was 16 cents. I left the copy and got the 16 cents from my car. Also, their computer does not work since Covid 19 so you cannot ever check the documents to print. They make it seem like it is your flash drive. Apparently, they are not even going to try to wipe down the printer. I left and went to Office Depot 2 miles away and had no problem printing the document from the same flash drive I was able to look at my document before I printed it. I was also able to pay with my debit card for one copy which was 20 cents. I realized a couple of months ago I had this problem with printer and the employee tried to make me pay for a bad copy at that up store. This place is does not have good customer service, bad scanner/printer, and no computer that works. Forget doing any of those business there. read more

Rude customer service. I was running errands and went in to do a quick Amazon return drop off .I asked for there store email to send the return label to using my smart phone as I normally do.The first lady at the counter gave me the email and I sent it as I waited for her to print it another lady with grey hair came up and interrupted her and said that I couldn't do it and I had to go pay to sign in the computer just to send them the label and she charge me three dollars for it .She tried to tell me they couldn't print form there computer at the counter which is ridiculous and every other store seem to have that ability. I have been Amazon prime customer for 5 years and have lived in two other states and I've never paid for a Amazon label before at any other UPS store and let alone three dollars to use a computer for less than 10 seconds. And after talking with amazon they only charge $1.00 to do a print the label and sent it by mail or to send you a code to your phone which the ups store is suppose to then print the label for you at not extra charge but good luck with this place because apparently they claim they can't print from there computers .So if you have to use this location print it out yourself or have Amazon send it to you .I will just continue to use my other store where they don't nickel and dime people . read more

I went to this store today. Before I say anything negative, I want to say that I have been to this location about three times total and the first two times were pleasant- and I received great service. Today- NOT THE CASE. There is a girl working there- who did not wear a name tag, who had a bad attitude all because I simply could not understand why they would charge $3 to print a UPS label...she the rep was tired of me and said "Wanda you deal with it". She did not even want to help me find out if my label was for ground or air...Wow- really? Smh... Luckily, I read the details on the ups label email sent from Samsung and it stated, if you choose a mobile code, you do not have to print the label. Now why couldn't the rep who remains nameless tell me that? Anyway- Wanda who took over the transaction and was very nice and took the time to look at my mobile barcode and also told me whether the package was ground or air since the rep who remains nameless expected me to know the shipping tupe from looking at a code- this may as well be a self service location as long as the rep who remains nameless works there. I may visit this place once more just to see if my fourth visit will cancel out the negativity I experienced today! If Wand did not step and take over the transaction- it would be NO STARS! read more
