We came to this particular store due to them being close to the house, NEVER again. Requested 2nd day deliver, $55. ok, understandable. Letter was not delivered until day 3. Came back for a refund and was told this had to go to corporate.......fast forward 2 1/2 weeks, owner wrote us a check for $44. when confronted about this issue he said I did not understand how things worked and that they were billed by corporate for $44 so that is all that could be refunded and the rest of the money was for administrative expense. I contacted corporate myself for a better explanation and was told they don't guarantee delivery except for 2-3day AM and that my fee should have been $26.91. these people are ripping customers off and then blaming it on corporate. Will not do business with this location again STORE #3414. They are gouging customers!! read more

If it wasn't for Jeff Bezos I don't know that I would have even known this store was here. Needless to say, whenever I have a return this is the store I come to. Whenever I come in everyone is friendly and efficient. Making a return for Amazon here has always been quick. The staff here always greets me when I come in. I use it mostly for Amazon returns, but have used them for notary services. Very reasonable fee. Being a newbie to notary services, they were very kind and patient with me. Good location for a ups store and friendly staff make this guy a fan of UPS and this shipping store in general. Had to send a few things back to ULine and they were big. The staff was helpful in boxing them up and working with me to find a solution. Shipping and handling cost is not the cheapest but hey, you get what you pay for. 4 yelp stars means I'm a fan of this place and look forward to working with UPS in the future. They have horrible service for returning Amazon packages. This is the third time I've had an issue. I go to other stores with no issue. It's sad because it's a black own franchise, and as a black woman, I would love to show support. I will no longer try. I'm done. This is How You Lose a Customer Over $6. First, let me say that the young lady, Camila that helped was wonderful, and this average rating is purely based on principle. I typically go to the UPS in the Snellville location on Main St, or my favorite is in Grayson. However, today I was in a rush, and the others had lines, and this one didn't. I was mailing four boxes, and I came with my own packaging supplies, except I forgot my bubble wrap. Darn! But no big deal because they had 17 sheets of bubble wrap for $6. I purchased the makeshift homemade buddle but needed 2 more sheets. They had no more homemade bundles made, so I asked the other young lady for 2 more sheets. She told me I had to purchase another 17 sheets. I was not asking for free bubble wrap; I just wanted to purchase fewer sheets for less money. I did not need 17 more bubble wrap sheets so charge me a dollar for two, and you still would have made a profit. Then I watched her count 17 sheets off the roll they used to ship packages, so the homemade bundle wasn't even made. When I was checking out, she made a point to stay around the cashier to ensure she charged me the extra $6 even though I reminded the cashier to charge me. Now, I understand this is a business, but I will never return for that reason alone. There is no reason to patronize a business that will nickel and dime me when I can get the same if not better service for the same product with folks that make me feel like a valued customer. Sometimes a business has to make better decisions; they just lost a return customer over $6. I have options, and I choose to take my business elsewhere. read more

Horrible customer service. Manager speaks to customers very condescendingly. Rude and disrespectful. I had a package from Macy's. They wouldn't leave at the front door even though I signed the slip to leave the package. Was out of town working and released the package for my son to pick up. They said they couldn't release to anyone else. So I stopped by this morning to pick it up. The package was too big to fit in my car. I asked the manager if it was ok for me to release the package to my son so he can pick it up for me. He has a bigger vehicle. He was so rude in handling the situation and told me "NO" and that I needed to take the package out of the store immediately and cannot release to anyone else. I understand store/company's policy (I'm not ignorant). Really dude, you didn't have to be rude and condescending. It was only a question! Go back to school and learn some customer service skills before opening your mouth again! read more

Recently I had a package delivered to me that was not my order. It was to my former home owner who has been moved for over 18 months. I took the package to this UPS Store & the told me they could not accept it unless I paid to return to sender. They also told me that I could come back to the store when the UPS truck arrived & I could give it to them myself. The best example of customer no service that I have ever experienced. No care for the actual customer getting their package. No responsibility for the knowledge that I gave them about the incorrect delivery. My recommendation - use FedEx or USPS.
