This store accepted a package after I described the contents. They took my money. They shipped the item, but it came back to the store with a "hazardous contents" message. I described, clearly, the contents to the cashier when I paid for the shipping. Now, the manager is refusing to issue a refund for a package that they could not deliver. An incredibly rude manager, poorly trained staff, and exorbitant shipping prices. Avoid the store at all costs. They are unprofessional and cannot fulfill their 1 job...shipping packages. read more

I had some Amazon returns that I had put off for a while and after going to another location that provided me incorrect info, I decided to come here. There was some confusion on my end regarding the packaging of certain items but the man at the counter was able to help me figure things out by offering suggestions. I was finally able to return all of my Amazon items and I'm satisfied with the assistance that I received at this location. I will definitely come back here for future needs. read more

Unhappy customer I'm 100% dissatisfied I'm100% disappointed I rented a secure post office box in December 2023 paid for 3 months first time attempting to check my box it was blocked with a notice stating my Service payment was due their mistake big inconvenience my time is valuable additionally we're right at the end of January 2024 I've never received mail in my box each time I question Manager she reply she don't know why nobody has been getting mail stating she'll look into it knowing I have mail my personnel documents just floating not knowing where my mail is it's concerning to me I need answers with action I don't recommend you place your trust in this UPS location however I will update If Management correct this serious service issue at this moment this is totally unacceptable read more

The UPS Store - Proof I wasn't able to check my box due to their mistake - Shipping Centers Near Me - Grayson, Georgia

After going to this store to have a package mailed...I paid and left. But later, I called the store to make sure the receipt was not left in the box since I did not pack it, one of the young workers did. I spoke to Regina, she went above and beyond to find my package, reopen it, and make sure everything was correct. Then to make sure the items didn't get wet, placed them in a protective bag before she put them in the box to be mailed out today! These are NEW owners and they are very professional & courteous, I will be back! read more

Bought 2 day and paid 36 dollars. Apparently you are verbally sold a 2 day then asked to sign a document with a small print disclaiming any on time delivery. That's crap! The staff claimed to have no memory of me, even though I had to come back a second time to correct an address, BUT CONVENIENTLY remembered hearing another staff member tell me it might not be on time, which he did not. Just wow. I called the store and of course they denied and placed the blame on me. I went back to the store. Same crap. They said they didn't remember me so how can they remember a conversation with me? At no time did anyone offer any apology or a refund. Had to return something this morning back to QVC. And while i was oit in Grayson, i stopped by the Grayson UPS store. And let me tell you the ever so pleasant Southern bell help me at the counter. I didn't get her name, but she was a delight. This stores hospitality is something straight out of an Andy Griffin's show ( not to be funny) but the warm welcome she gave off was something nice. This place had the most gracious staff. I went at an extremely busy time. But they were pleasant and efficient.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! SO RUDE. No manners. The older lady copped an attitude with my sister. The man rudely demanded one of us to get out of the store due to covid19 regulations. This is the worst store completely rude. Went for fingerprint and I went on a Saturday and the store closes at two and I arrive there at 1:15 in this store owner or manager ( a Caucasian heavy set older man with gray hair and glass )I've been to his store before and the same man was nasty and rude. He stated if you could read the web site it says we stop doing finger prints at 1. I said nothing on my form say fingerprints stops at 1. He said it says that when you register. I said I have no idea why you're being so rude and have an attitude when I just came here for fingerprints. I did not register it was done by someone else and I was all that was given was directions for locations . I asked if any locations where open he replied go read the website. This store only cares about $$$ sent an overnight package at 10 am and the package didn't leave their store till 9:50pm the day it was to arrive. Paid $38 for overnight. They do not care !!! Go somewhere else to get your stuff delivered!!! read more

I went here to get a form that three other UPS store were out of. I was helped by a cheerful staff and I was able to get my errand taken care of quite quickly. The only thing that sucked is that I had to scramble for change as they don't accept credit card payments for anything less than $5. read more

I had a package that I ordered online from a major retailer rerouted to the UPS store in Grayson when it was slow coming in and it appeared that I would be working on the delivery day. I have rerouted packages with FedEx to the Scenic Highway store like this multiple times as needed with no problem. The package came in on my day off anyway and I received a email at 10:37AM that stated my package was just delivered at 10:32. At approximately 11:45 I got to the UPS store. They had only had my package in their possession for just over a hour. I was originally greeted by a pleasant young man. He then spoke to another young man who essentially proceeded to scold me for having my package rerouted there. He was very arrogant. He then told me it would be a $5 charge for doing that. As previously stated this has NEVER happened with UPS's major competitor. The $5 charge is not the problem. It is the way my " friendly " neighborhood UPS store treated me. The rude young man looked like he was only about 15, but he was unpleasant, condescending and demonstrated poor customer service. I am not a regular customer in that store, but I have used them for fax services, rare shipping etc. I will never darken their doors again. A friend told me afterwards that her business had stopped using them after a ownership change. This is unfortunate. I like to support local businesses, but I will not be treated that way. In the future if I order anything online and it is being shipped by UPS, I will insist on it being shipped by their competitor or I will cancel my order if the shipper can't be changed. read more
