I never had issues with this particular store before. It may be under new management, but not sure. My issue today is I went there to get a notary and they charged $5. She stated in Georgia it's $10 but they only charge $5. This is illegal. In the state of Georgia, a notary can charge a maximum of $2 per notarial seal. If you are a mobile notary, you can charge additional for services to travel and there are no state limitations. I know this because I am a notary in Georgia. I will be filing a complaint with Gwinnett County and State of Georgia. Feel free to fact check at gsccca.org. If you want to pay $5 for a service that can only legally charge you $2, that's up to you, but know your rights. read more

I dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon to another vendor with the postage and I did not receive a confirmation or receipt. The lady took my package and placed it to the side because it needed to be sealed and labeled but it has been over 5 days and I have not received no notification from the vendor or Amazon return in transit. read more

The stores can get a little crowded especially around the holidays but it's to be expected. Whenever I go in the staff is always super friendly and ready to assist. I'd rather go there than USPS because it's less of a hassle and like I said super helpful. At the postal office they seem to always have had a bad morning or day. read more

The BEST UPS store I have ever been. We were there today to return a few Amazon products. We walked in with open boxes and while in the queue, one of the service associates approached us to help. I asked for some tape for the boxes if they had it or even to buy. The gentleman who assisted us just told - don't worry about anything, we will take care of it all. And he did it. We failed to get his name and feel bad about not calling out his name here. Can't expect more.....Thank You! read more

I entered the store at 6:10 tonight and despite the busyness of their day and the late time of day, the two ladies were super patient and helped me locate information on my phone for my return. I live close to this store so convenience is more important than good service. But still, knowing they have horrible customer service and very limited hours why am I disappointed when I receive bad customer service and just blank stares from behind the counter? Hopeless romantic I imagine. Today I needed a notary stamp and banks are appointments only and so it was The UPS store.. I arrived at about 5:10 and two guys were behind the counter staring blankly into space (as if they had spent too much time at the vap shop next door). I asked if I could get a notary stamp on a single page document and their reply was "no notary stamps after 5. Company policy." I replied it was 5:12 and there were no other customers in the store. They again replied it was after 5 and could effect their closing activities. I said it was a single page and the cost is about $2. Right?. So how does $2 effect closing? It's a single page form. One replied that he could do tomorrow but not today. He stated that I should come back tomorrow. Would one not want to provide a simple good service to attract customers and then sell them more services? I imagine when the employees at this location care or even want to earn a customer or a good comment then this store will do better. Until that time occurs it's avoid and go elsewhere. read more

Polite and friendly but small fees are outrageous. I had one box that needed tape. For one piece of tape (not a few swipes of the roll) literally one piece I was told it would be $1.00. Owner explained the mark up was to offset the cost of tape. As a buyer for a small business previously you might pay at most ¢0.59/roll which means he made more then the cost of the roll back on one piece!!!! I'll know to buy a roll before going next time. But if I'm bringing you packages to ship, you could at least throw in a piece of tape. read more

I entered this store today and there was about 4 customers ahead of me. I waited patiently until it was my turn. As soon as I got up the counter and informed him about my Amazon returns, 4 more customers walked in. Then the person began to rush me as I was trying to find the different Amazon codes. I had two of the same clothing items just different sizes and wasn't able to tell which code was which because the code didn't display the sizes. At first he said, "Which code for which item?" So I looked for them then he began to rush me. "It doesn't matter which one, I just need to scan them!" When done, he handed me the receipt and before I could even stick it in my bag, he was rushing the next person to the counter. I come here a lot to print and ship but it seems like this store isn't staff well enough so the employees are overwhelmed and angry. Needless to say, I will no longer be coming here. :) read more
