I stood patiently and waited for an opportunity to ask if i was in the right place. Finally, I did, and was told I was in the correct place but that she didn't work on Saturday's. The web page for the business plainly states that the FedEx shipping partner is open on Saturday from 10:00am - 3:00pm. I realize that schedules change but people depend on these services and it was a complete waste of my time AND my packe will not make it to its destination in time. $156.00 to ship international by FedEx and her misinformation online basically wasted my money for the express shipping.
