I was searching online for a business that could ship my international package by FedEx. It was URGENT that my package needed to be shipped today to make it's trip overseas and be delivered with in 5 days. I arrive at this location and enter the business. It was an insurance company. I stood patiently and waited for an opportunity to ask if i was in the right place. Finally, I did, and was told I was in the correct place but that she didn't work on Saturday's. The web page for the business plainly states that the FedEx shipping partner is open on Saturday from 10:00am - 3:00pm. I realize that schedules change but people depend on these services and it was a complete waste of my time AND my packe will not make it to its destination in time. $156.00 to ship international by FedEx and her misinformation online basically wasted my money for the express shipping. Completely ridiculous.

Not only that, he contacted me directly to listen to my concerns and proposed a number of ways to make it right. In addition, he had his best service tech and team come out to inspect the work and make any improvements necessary. I was very impressed by that and the follow up by his team. He continued to reach out to make sure I was satisfied. That's how you run a business and I am pleased to give him and his company the highest rating.
