Do not pay for priority shipping here, the owner is scamming people out of there money by saying "estimated" delivery date. I paid $55 dollars for a single envelope to be delivered overnight or 1-2 business days, when it actually took 5 business days. When I explained to the manager that the clerk told me the "time" was estimated he said no the date. I'm sorry who would pay $55 dollars for domestic mail to take the same amount of time as if I sent it through the post office? He's rude and told me 3 times he would call for a refund then changed his story when I arrived to say it's a request they may not refund it but previously said this happens all the time and he gets customers their money back? Fraudulent activity to scam people out their money. I will no longer do business here. read more

The store is amazing, they have amazing customer service, the real problem are the customers, it is unacceptable how these customers talk to these young people working, I was in the store on Saturday and there was a lady who told one of the workers who seemed to still be high school "I hope you get fired" and continued talk to him with such foul language because the young man refused to take her box after he stated nicely that they did not need the box, THIS UNACCEPTABLE, customers complain about having to wait a long time in line and that's because y'all go in there with your stuff not ready, if you wanted to be in and out how about you change something and stop trying to blame these workers for your laziness and lack of effort. read more

I came in today to return a Amazon package and was so happy to see the store had installed an automated system of being able to return the package without having to stand in line. The process was seamless. It printed out the label as wll as gave the receipt. Thank you UPS store at 710 Dacula road for saving me valuable time. This is my recommendation for a ups store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The guy that runs the place knows the answer to all my questions without any issues and is very helpful with shipping packages. I prefer to come here over the other local ups stores because I never have any issues with shipping anything and no price shock. This location also takes Amazon returns. Make sure that you either bring the barcode and/or the package that you got the item in with you or you may have to buy one. read more

The Owner of this store has to be the rudest, least customer service friendly person I've met in a very long time. his disposition is never friendly or reflective of the UPS customer service standards. I'm sure he or his staff will be the one to respond to this review but I will be certain to log it with UPS customer service. they NEED to know how their brand is being represented. And for the record, this is NOT the only option customers have for service in Dacula. The owner's treatment if customer seems to express his belief that it is. I mailed a customized back drop and stand and some how it was destroyed in the process. This item was for a client's event. The store is getting 1 star due to their incompetence in handling this. We had to pay for a box to carry the item but the manager was more worried that his staff didn't charge more than $29 for the customized box we got there. And to make matters worse, no one in UPS contacted me about my damaged packaged instead they keep giving me a runaround. How does a package get destroyed while in their care. I paid $77 for the packaged to be delivered. Not pleased with the time it's taking to complete this claim as I also know no claim amount will do justice to the stress and the extra cost incurred in redoing this item. Package was shipped Dec 16th, destroyed/damaged Dec 18th by UPS. In addition, the attendant made an error with insurance. read more

UPS as a whole is great! Good and prompt service. However, my experience with the UPS store 6640 on Dacula Road in Dacula is why there is only one star in my review. Went there yesterday; store had no customers. Greeted the woman behind the counter with a bright "Good morning!", which was totally ignored and not acknowledged as if I wasn't even there. Was returning an Amazon purchase but did not realize I had to seal the top of the box; about 5 inches. If I didn't, she would not take the return. I asked her if she had a piece of tape. She said she would tape it for $3.00. Incredulous, I then asked if I could purchase tape. She pointed to the shipping tapes, which were $3.99. So, for a 5 inch strip of tape, I had to purchase the shipping tape for $3.99. Don't know if this is UPS policy or just her being difficult. Think I'll stick with the Post Office from now on. read more

I took some Bose 901 speakers here today. They're heavy, valuable and oddly-shaped. I had already been to a different UPS store in Braselton, and they weren't able to help me. This store, and I think it was owner Frank Pompey, immediately said, "Sure, we can do this!" And, they did. Nice people. I'm going back in tomorrow with some more stuff. read more

Be VERY specific with asking questions. I called the store to verify that they provide Notary services and that there would be a certified Notary on site to perform a simple notary function. When I arrived, I was told that they don't notarize I-9 forms. A basic and straight forward government required form for employment. I had my valid U.S. passport and the I-9 but they were unable to complete their notary function. read more

Terrible service. Our package, although guaranteed, did not make it in time to its destination. We paid extra postage and were assured that it would get there with enough time. When Mr. Patel was informed of this, he denied that the clerk did anything wrong, and blamed the customer of not understanding how shipping works. He refused to give us the money back, although it was a money-back guarantee. Corporate UPS told us to handle it with the store. Next time, be careful and don't take the word of the clerk. In fact, UPS has not made on time deliveries several times, and they just don't seem to care. When I told the owner I might write a bad Yelp review, he told me, "Oh, you don't want to do that." Ryan was the best employee I have ever encountered at this UPS location. I have been going here for over a year now and not once has anyone come out to my car and asked me if i needed help with all of my heavy boxes that I drop off at UPS twice a month. I've already been to this place twice and it was very quick and efficient. This is the only place in this area where you can go fax at $1.00 per page. Well mine was for 800 numbers but I think if it was local it would have been cheaper. However I look at that as being reasonable. From getting things stamped by a notary to all of your basic mailing needs, they cover it. I'm not sure what time the store opens but I've always been there after 12 the two days that I did go. From day one the owner and staff have treated me better than a princess. I am not saying a King...a princess is treated WAY better. Their courtesy and attention to detail is second to none. I don't come in here often but every time I do, I've been treated politely. The UPS Store in Dacula is located next to Subway and Burger King in the Publix shopping center. This appears to be a family-run store as sometimes you'll see little kids peeping from the back. It's all good as they don't interfere with the services/packaging/hospitality. I've never felt like I was ripped off or that a package wasn't returned to proper store. Also glad I don't have to drive to Hamilton Mill or Lawrenceville to ship packages. read more

The hours are a little odd and I usually have to wait a bit for service. Other than that this place is great. We shipped softball equipment to California for a tournament we were playing out there. We needed guaranteed delivery by Friday and we got it. The man helping us in the store was wonderful. He actually helped us re-pack our stuff 3 different times to weight the boxes and get them shipped for the lowest cost. Very helpful, as we knew nothing about shipping,very polite and great service.
