    Very Friendly & always helpful, notary is $2......well worth it. Wait times are normally pretty quick and seems to always be well staffed.

    worst service staples buford ga .and still do not have proof to get printed material after six…read moredays and over 7 phone calls , 2 visits, and 10 emails. trying to find new printing company. any sugestions? started process 2/19/26 and was promised 2/20/26. the employees just do not care and have lied numerous times. i was promised ph call from manager and never received. the emails always ask for more info which is on file with staples at my account.even ask for email today 6 days after order and employee hasn't sent.. refund due to no results from start to now. jimmy p. 2/25/26

    I visited Staples this morning to have a technician examine my laptop, which I suspect may have a…read morevirus. I had previously purchased a McAfee protection package with support through the store, sold to me by a technician named Sunil back in May. Even then, I sensed something was off in our interaction, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming my own frustration with my laptop might have clouded my judgment. Today confirmed that my instincts were right--it wasn't me, it was Sunil. I waited over twenty minutes while he assisted another couple. When it was finally my turn, he spent barely two minutes with me before a woman interrupted, asking if someone could check her out. Sunil told her he would assist her, not after finishing with me, but immediately. He stopped helping me mid-conversation and began checking her out. I asked, "Are you serious?" and he replied, "Yes." He attempted to continue speaking with me while helping her, but I told him I'd wait until he was finished so my concerns could be properly addressed. Instead of returning to me, he then took the next customer in line--a man--without explanation. I asked again, "You're going to take him now and make me wait again?" and he said, "Yes." At that point, I was livid. I told him I would not continue waiting and that his behavior was unacceptable. What I experienced was blatant and overt discrimination. It was so egregious that the woman he prioritized over me apologized. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any professional setting. I strongly believe Staples needs to reevaluate Sunil's conduct and consider appropriate disciplinary action.

    0 STARS: FedEx inside of Walmart on Sardis Church Road. This incident happened Aug 2024: A…read moresubstantial sized package was mailed (to an out of state location) and I was given a "receipt" on blue copy paper--told by owner or manager (woman) that their printer was out of paper. I attached a picture (tap pic 2x to view). I noticed the customer in front of me was also given blue copy paper receipt and told the same thing. While tracking my package I noticed it was sent to a Braselton location and then movement stopped - days passed and still at Braselton location. After calling FedEx I was told my package was re-routed to A DIFFERENT state for "security" reasons. Very interesting since my package contained only books and household items as I told the manager. After days of going back and forth between FedEx, someone from "security"--from the random state--calls me and indicates that they have my box and they're GOING THROUGH MY BOX to inspect the contents. I say something like "WTH I didn't ship ammo, fire arms or anything explosive or poison - all of my items better be in the box when it's FINALLY sent to the recipient!" The recipient FINALLY receives the package 7 days later and you guessed it...items were missing and they threw away all of the expensive packing materials (peanuts and bubble wrap)! I wasn't mad because they stole boxes of tea and other items, but I LOST IT when I learned they STOLE the printed PICTURES OF KIDS and a rare book I gifted to the recipient! I went BALLISTIC and called FEDEX, completed online forms (about 20x), and emailed the CEO and corporate about this FedEx employee theft ring. When I asked the recipient to take pictures of the box inside and out...the shipping label which was placed on the box inside of the Walmart store (in front of me) had a DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBER than the one on the blue receipt! Once I tracked the OTHER number I could see how they used MY description (that I ADDED IN MY APP) copied my description, and used it for their FAKE tracking number!! I completed an insurance form and did receive my money back, but I kept escalating it with FedEx corporate because of my rare book and PICTURES OF CHILDREN which was stolen from my box.....well....WEEKS LATER the recipient (in the other state) received these STOLEN ITEMS (wait for it)....in a USPS PRIORITY MAIL BOX!!!!! I could not make this one up people! WHO KNOWS if they made copies of the pictures of the CHILDREN and WHAT THEY DID with those pictures!!! Also I noticed the WEIGHT on the blue copy paper was 1/2 the weight on the box's label--more proof that this is an organized theft ring. The 2 weights were off by one half! Essentially the FedEx employees in the Walmart at this location are THIEVES and will re-route your package to have your contents STOLEN!! Keep in mind I was a repeat customer and spent hundreds of dollars making copies and repeat shipping to the same person--out of state--and this is how they treat a loyal customer. AVOID THIS LOCATION!! They are really nice and very friendly but this is all a guise to ROB YOU BLIND! Just be nasty to me and steal my items, please. **My picture of the blue receipt keeps getting removed (smh).
