I have been going to this location for years and everyone is polite and helpful. One of the new women (slicked down brown hair) has always been unpleasant. Sour is a better word, even to the point that she exudes an "I'd rather be anywhere but here" attitude. At least she's consistent with all the customers and you know what you're going to get. Not sure why this family is getting harsh reviews for UPS issues. Use some common sense when reviewing a business. Great family owned store. Always helpful and friendly. They must treat their employees well bc I don't see turnover often. Sadly, UPS is more reliable than our postal service. So pricing shouldn't be held against these logistics experts. Maybe I'm missing something here? When are you charged for a UPS package as seperate and as an additional fee for a $53.59 UPS ground 3-7 day service? When I came in I was told the fee was $53.59 and I sent a text to my client to let them know the fees. Then when I came back another older lady with braided hair charged me $56.84. When I asked why the increase in fee she said, and I quote, "oh that was just a quote it must have gone up in cost". Well the younger girl didn't tell me that so I assumed that this was logical,- I didn't have the receipt to notice that I was also being charged $2.99 for a 9x12 container to ship to my client. The last time I shipped UPS the container was PART of the shipping process, there wasn't an "uncharge". And the one I received wasn't even UPS - it was a plain white envelope that the lady put my shipping contents into and put a label on it. I didn't even think to look at the actual receipt because she wasn't truthful - she added on $2.99 for a package to ship it into. WTF? It's not about the measly $3 - its that I had to go back to my client and say - oh no, now it's $3 more and look like I don't know how to ship a package! Super shady way to do business.... Even the USPS provides packages for overnight or ground deliveries like this where you're paying a premium for shipping! Sorry, I've been a customer for almost 15 years because of the convenience but I'll be using the post office from now on. read more

I sent a returned wedding dress from this location and it never got to its destination. When I went back to the store to find out why my item never arrived at destination.I was told they don't know it was given to the Post Office when to the Post Office gave them the tracking number that UPS gave me. The Post Office says there is absolutely nothing in the system. I asked to pull the camera to seeif it was picked up by the post office Was told there was no video out then ask, why is a tracking number Not valid at the Post Office was told. Maybe the Post Office never scanned it. My thing is, if it was picked up by the Post Office, they would have to scan it, so the Post Office cannot scan what they probably never received. One year later, no returned item.Even though I have a return address on my package, if my package was mailed out and did not get to its final destination, it would have been returned. Let's see I've mailed about 1000 packages at the UPS store in my life time. But today I went to do a amazon return at this ups store. I brought the item in boxed ready to go I emailed the return label to the store so they can print it. After the employee attached the label I said thanks have a good day. He said wait I have to ring you up. Ring me up for what I ask? He says the email and the label. I was like excuse me? He said yes it's a charge. WOW I've done this many times before at other ups stores and was never ever charged. So I said to the employee man UPS will nickel and dime you to death his comment "stuff cost" oh an electronic email cost you? I get the "three sheets" of paper you used when you printed the label but Jesus this is petty smh. read more

Went in and asked for the most expensive shipping for a custom computer that a customer ordered to be shipped. Totaled out around $500 for all of the special shipping treatments for ground. I had bought and I put $3000 insurance on it. I specifically told the black male behind the counter to surround the computer in styrofoam, double box it, put fragile stickers, and to surround everything in extra bubble wrap. Which he replies "yeah I got you". So turns out my customer receives a destroyed computer that looks like it was dropped 4ft or higher. Computer weighs around 30lbs. I told the customer to send me a pic of the packaging and the guy who packed it used one single box, no packing foam, no styrofoam, no fragile stickers, and wrapped thin bubble wrap twice around it. I do not get how I paid so much money and the package gets destroyed. I paid a bunch extra for a service where there was supposed to be fragile handling. read more

I only drop things off here that I have already packaged. I rarely experience much of a wait and they are always friendly. The footprint of the store is a bit small and they should be happy that I don't fall over something as I tumble in with arms loaded. I think an automatic door would be an improvement. A window drop off for those who don't need to go inside would be nice too. read more

I had one package and was planing to go to FedEx after reading all the negative reviews about this UPS location, but as I was driving by I decided to give them a try and see if it's true all about this. Walked in and momentarily someone was at counter ready to help me. Now as I mention I told them I just need to price out how much will cost to ship the package out and was not ready to ship yet. The kindness and how polite the cashier was and no problem he did his part made me change my mind. I did ship my package with them and I guess they are under new management because I did not encounter any hassle at this location. Will be back again. read more

They patiently showed me how to use their computer to print and also helped me whenever I got stuck. I was still finishing up at closing time. Not once did they pressure me or make me feel rushed. Charge $2 to tape a tiny box and the older woman was RUDE. I've used this store for years, several times a week for my business, with no issues from her husband, the younger guy, and the younger blonde girl. Hate to take my business elsewhere, but she was so rude that I will never return. read more

Email to store: I had a box, prepackaged and ready to ship, but needed maybe 2-3" of tape on each side. I was told that would be $1. Although I can afford the $1, I think it is a bit off putting to be asked to pay for that. I can understand if I was needing the package to be secured and taped completely, but not with the small amount I needed. You are the closest place to my house, but I will now just go directly to the FedEx by the mall, where they have never asked me to pay to use their tape (again, 6" max). The staff at this UPS store is great! They packaged an item for me (big and oddly shaped fire pit) that I was returning even though, because of the return label, it had to be returned to a FedEx store. I didn't know this until they printed out the label for me. They were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store over other UPS locations I have been to in the past. read more

From what I saw, the store was well organized and clean. I visited this location to drop off two boxes. They were already pre-labeled, so all I had to do was walked in, drop them off and walk out. The 2 workers there were pleasant to talk to and very welcoming. read more

Came in with a Cisco switch for shipping. Asked and paid for a box, also asked if it could be bubble wrapped since the girl didn't appear ready to do more than just drop it in. Few days later a box three times the size needed arrives in poor condition. I open it to find a few air packs underneath one side of the switch... It basically bounced around the entire time it was being shipped. Thankfully it appears (so far) that no real damage was done. This sorta thing really can't be that difficult. I'll never be back there again and if I can help it neither will anyone I know. read more

This store and its employees does not know how to multitask and have their priorities mixed up. I called and email my order 4-5 hours in advance and gave them a specific time of when I was coming to pick up my order. Instead of my order already being ready on time I had to wait 2 more hours! They have 4 employees working there. All they had to do was print out my order when they got it. And it would have been done. But he decides to wait till I get there to work on my order. With having other employees he should have made sure that I was taking care instead of attending to other customers as well. read more

I have used this store several times since Nov. 2015 and have found it to be clean, well organized and efficient. The staff are outstanding and eager to be helpful. This is the best UPS I have used. I am told there is a new owner. My experiences suggest that s/he knows how to run a UPS store well. read more
