When I explained to the manager that the clerk told me the "time" was estimated he said no the date. I'm sorry who would pay $55 dollars for domestic mail to take the same amount of time as if I sent it through the post office? He's rude and told me 3 times he would call for a refund then changed his story when I arrived to say it's a request they may not refund it but previously said this happens all the time and he gets customers their money back? I called this UPS store as it was the closest to him and asked if I could use their address to have the package delivered to them and have my friend pick it up. The employees I spoke to were very kind and helpful and assured me I could. They accepted my package upon delivery and my friend was able to pick up the package using his ID and simply paid a $5 pickup fee. Zero issues. Super easy. Highly recommend this location! He then asked me to hurry up and sign and that I needed to skip to the page that needed to be notarized only. I told them that's not what the instructions I had said. They said he needed to witness all signatures in the document then notarize the completed document. He then told me he wouldn't be notarizing anything for me. I asked him for the information of the owner of the store and he refused to provide it. Horrible place..... In response to your reply -- My phone recorded the entire conversation. I did ask him to stop talking to me and to chill while I was trying to read and sign the document that I brought in to be notarized. Did you hear where he asked me to skip to the page that needed to be notarized only? The instructions I have and a notary should know this... he is supposed to witness all the signatures in the document before notarizing the final page. So, when you say you take notarizing seriously I would have to respectfully disagree! Not once did he say please or use common courtesy throughout the conversation. Dale was rude and provided horrible customer service. As a manager the team members see that and it trickles down.

I told her I had a return and showed her my package with the code I thought she needed. She told me "It's on your phone not the package! We do this all the time" as she's chewing on a candy in her mouth and I can't understand her. I had no idea what she needed or label she needed, so I show her my phone and she clicks the wrong button making me cancel my return to do it over. I was told "honey I do this all the time, I know what I need". I was polite and respectful even though SHE canceled my return and didn't even apologize.
