Just left this location for a return. Sandy was the lady's name on her name tag. She was the rudest, and most unprofessional person. I told her I had a return and showed her my package with the code I thought she needed. She told me "It's on your phone not the package! We do this all the time" as she's chewing on a candy in her mouth and I can't understand her. I had no idea what she needed or label she needed, so I show her my phone and she clicks the wrong button making me cancel my return to do it over. I was told "honey I do this all the time, I know what I need". I was polite and respectful even though SHE canceled my return and didn't even apologize. The snarky "thanks have a great day" as I took my receipt was the cherry on top. I'll be going to another UPS store. read more

Hi UPS owner just wanted to update you I went to your store on Friday evening There was no one only one customer who was attended by the lady employee the other two employees(men) was chatting to each other and just stading doing nothing so I went to them and asked for the shipping but those employees ignored me keep talking I felt offended what type of this store where no respect for the customers after that I went to that lady she was very good and helpful and she did my shipping. Honestly this place is the best, hands down. Every staff member that works here is always so friendly and helpful, and super efficient. I return packages here quite a bit, have done passport photos, etc. and there hasn't been a single time where the staff hasn't impressed. There was even a time I was returning packages after they had just closed their doors, and they were so kind to open back up and let me return them because they saw how many packages I had. Always going above and beyond, and the team at this location is top notch! read more

The nicest staff I've ever encountered at a UPS Store!! I frequent this store every single month for package returns and printing services for work, and I truly wouldn't go anywhere else. It helps that it's less than a 5 min drive from my house, but what's even better is the service. Every single staff member I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been beyond welcoming, helpful, and kind. They are always so efficient - even on their busiest mornings and afternoons. I have walked in a few times when the line has been quite long, and I never end up waiting as long as I think because of how efficient the staff is at this location. I highly recommend stopping in next time you are in need of printing, shipping, a mailbox, etc. read more

Went in on a saturday wanting to ship a package. The woman at the counter was complaining the whole time how she was the only one working and how horrible it is to work at the store. I was extremely nice and patient. Not rushing nor were anyone else in there. She then was telling me how my printer was broken as she was looking at my label. She was telling me how this will get lost in their system because of my "broken printer". I told her how I would just come tomorrow and print it somewhere else so the package wouldnt get lost. She did not like that answer and told me no. I was extremely confused and just wanted to make sure my package got there on. I would avoid this location and go somewhere else read more

Stephanie and her fellow employees went above and beyond for me. I was waiting on a car title to be returned to me from Colorado DMV. I went by to let them know the package had not moved in three weeks, even though the DMV had told me they had mailed it the week before. I didn't know if I should believe the DMV in Colorado, or that UPS was holding my envelope somewhere. Later that day, Stephanie called me to let me know she had put a trace on it, and the package was now moving. I received my package within days, and UPS also sent me a check for over $100, a lot more than I had spent mailing the package to the DMV with a return envelope.. This is great customer service, and they need to be recognized for doing a great job! Thank you! read more

Wow!! I wish I had read these reviews before I went to this UPS store! They were rude (don't ever say you want to "FedEx" something in this UPS store) and completely useless!! I went into this location Wednesday at 4:00. I needed keys sent to my husband in Los Angeles before his flight Saturday morning. The woman working said 2-day would arrive Friday end-of-day, but I chose 2-day AM to be safe! I would have sent them over-night if I had known! It is now Friday night - NO keys!! UPS says they won't arrive until Monday!!! That's helpful, since he won't even be there on Monday!!! My guess is that UPS had already picked up for the day when I arrived at the store at 4:00 - shouldn't the store personnel know that?! And give shipping advice accordingly??!! I cannot recommend the printing and shipping services of the UPS Store in Lakeland Plaza in Cumming, Georgia highly enough. I have used the store many times over the years for shipping services and have always had a wonderful experience with them. I recently learned they offer full printing services. On a day when the big box store told me they were too busy to print 9 copies of three or four resume documents that I needed for interviews the following day, UPS Store 1709 hopped into gear, printed and collated those for me and had them ready in time for me to take to my interviews. The cost was less expensive; the quality was exceptional and their care and attention to the turnaround time I needed was exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! read more

I've been to this location for shipping numerous times over the years and recently had the pleasure utilizing their notary services. I had previously been to my personal bank, where they couldn't immediately help me, and recommended I try this UPS location. I happily went to the store and Paul, the owner, was able to quickly and efficiently assist me with my request. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. My husband and I were happy to do business with Paul at his store. I will definitely keep coming back, as this location has always been very helpful and a good experience for me. read more

The absolute worst UPS store in our area. Happen to be in this area and stop by today with a prepaid USPS priority mail package. They refused to except it saying it was too big even though it's just an envelope and sent me down to the collection box down the road which is a slot box and obviously can't except large envelopes or packages want to going to the shipping connection across the street who are awesome don't waste your time here. read more

Absolutely the rudest owner in the entire world. He has no consideration for other's time and was not wearing a mask when you are required to by the state for him to be in business. Literally took customers behind us before even helping us do what we needed to. Wouldn't even say hello how are you doing - just blank stare. Today my husband went to this location, which he had used many times. He is a long time customer, and they have always printed out forms for him. Today he was told "NO" by an older rude man. He then asked this man "You don't want my business?" To which the man replied "No". Good job UPS store, we have used your services for YEARS, my husband spends hundreds of dollars a year in your store, printing and mailing forms. Bad customer service. Horrific service! I don't usual take the time to give reviews, but was so compelled b/c of the utter disgust in the lack of customer service and customer satisfaction, I felt I needed to steer as many people as possible away from this awful business. Horribly rude owner!!!! I'll never go back and you'd be wise not to go too. After I waited a long time while he talked on the phone about meeting someone in the back of the McDonald's parking lot, (sketchy) he finally asked what I needed. He rudely said "tape isn't free". I didn't ask for free tape. I told him I needed to return a package. I would have bought tape, but didn't even give me a chance. He rudely assumed I wanted free tape apparently. Dropped off 3 small packages to return to Amazon. There was a long line at the store so the lady was telling everyone that if you were just dropping off return packages to leave them in the pile at the end of the counter. Only 2 of the 3 items were scanned. The 3rd package was not scanned and not received by Amazon. So the 2 inexpensive items made it back but the expensive one did not. If you take return packages here ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT! I, however will be going to a different UPS store. read more

I love this store!!!! Every time I go in there, the staff greets me with a smile. They are super helpful. There hasn't been anything they couldn't handle from shipping to printing. No matter what I send, I am POSITIVE it will arrive when they say it will and in perfect condition. If it doesn't they do everything they can to make it so and to do it asap. I've gone to this UPS store since they moved locations in Lakeland Plaza and they've always done a great job, for both me personally and for my company who uses this store primarily. We had a package get damaged in shipping, and David personally saw it through to the end and kept me updated throughout the claim. I will never return to this place. There is an employee that works here that needs customer service training asap! She is an older, blonde haired woman with long colorful fake nails. She would rather argue with you about anything and everything than send your package. I literally told her my phone number SIX times and she still couldn't type it in correctly. She then ask for my address which is strange because I am in the computer system. But then again she probably did not enter the correct phone number! I proceeded to hand her my driver's license so she could copy the information into the system. I guess the joke was on me because she rudely stated "I can't read that!" Which I find funny because the store has a sign posted that a photo ID must be shown by anyone wishing to ship a package. This whole fiasco took well over fifteen minutes and at this point I my patience were beyond running thin. I told her I was in a hurry and I would go elsewhere. She looked at me and laughed and then grabbed her soda from under the counter and walked away. There was a younger male employee standing in the back that offered no help so I took my package and left the store. I then went to The Shipping Post located down the road and received MUCH better service and even paid less than I would usually pay at the UPS store. read more

If you expect unfriendly service, minimally trained employees, and being lied to - then this is the right place! Want your package refused because you were told your name was not on the shipping label and told by a very unfriendly woman that the owner of the store refused it - only to find your name ON the label after it was returned to the vendor? When the same unfriendly woman was confronted again with proof of the name on the label she gives a second completely different story about why it was refused and who refused it. Package refusals cost patrons and vendors unnecessary additional shipping charges. This store does not have your best interest at heart. read more
