There is no better shipping business in America! The staff and management foster an ultra professional atmosphere. They greet us very warmly when I come in person or call them with a shipping question. They have made our mailbox service experience, down right pleasant. Myself or my employees have never received a no! These guys know their business. Without their expertise, my business would have never made our deadlines across several states. Very unpleasant is an understatement. Not the first time we have had a bad experience here but the first time leaving a review. Staff acts like you are bothering them when you walk in. If zero stars were an option that's what their service would receive. read more

Professional staff that gets the job done. Don't bother trying to FedEx from stores that don't specialize in shipping. I drove to 3 different places that advertised FedEx shipping that all had issues. Should have went straight to Pak Mail being I used them before with good results. Trying to save myself 10 minutes driving time actually spent an extra hour. read more

Amazing customer service and genuine people. That stand for what is right. Would recommend this place to everyone and anyone. Anyone who would leave a bad review on this place was obviously having a bad day and desiring to take out their frustration with review. Pak Mail in D'ville is always, always helpful & professional! The negative review here is suspect, as I've been served wonderfully thereat since they came into existence over a dozen years now (unlike other local venues)! The Owners are great, and the staff is eager to please! They do everything they possibly can to make it easier for me (I'm disabled)! Am so, sooooo glad they took over from prior management many years ago... as they've only improved and expanded their services substantially! Mrs. T read more

HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE! I would not recommend this place to anybody who wants to run a legitimate business! Especially if you're ordering banners, business cards, stickers, or anything that represents your company. The owner will argue with you when you tell them that you are dissatisfied with their product and it is not in fact what you ordered. I would never trust them to make anything that represented my company again. Also if you are shipping anything of value or have a business address here I would really reconsider as there is no video surveillance for your safety whatsoever. I find it hard to imagine that a place like this could have insurance considering that they are handling goods but there is no surveillance for your protection. NOT SAFE PLACE FOR BUSINESSES TO BE! I would strongly suggest finding any other place that you can trust to protect your business and promote your brand. SIMPLY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE STAFF! NEVER USE THIS PLACE! read more

I personally use this place almost every week. I sell items on Mercari and the Fedex dropbox is a lifesaver. I just drop the item off and it always gets to the destination safely. I have over 90 items sold and never once had a problem. I've even shipped items to Alaska with zero issues. This business is ran by honest people, and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great mailing store. read more

The owner of this business operates it with real integrity. He has gone well out of his way to assist me with my specialized shipping needs and done so at extremely accommodating prices. The location is convent and the expertise of the staff at the store is exceedingly high. If you want something shipped securely this is the place to go. read more

Longtime customer, deeply disappointed -- avoid this location…read more I've been a loyal customer of the UPS Store on Dawsonville Highway (Store #6134) for years and have always had great experiences -- until today. We accidentally cut the wrong label on one of two packages being shipped and simply needed it corrected. Rather than handling it professionally, the owner stepped in and proceeded to lecture me about the implications and difficulty of fixing the mistake, speaking to me as though I were a child. There was no patience, no warmth, and no acknowledgment that mistakes happen. What made it worse was watching how she interacted with her own employees -- short, dismissive, and condescending. It was clear this isn't just how she treats customers. I've used UPS Stores for years across many locations and have consistently received excellent service. This experience was a stark exception. If you're in Gainesville, skip this location and choose one of the other UPS Stores in the area. I won't be returning to this one.

I came in here to get help packing up a laptop that I was submitting to my employer. The woman at the counter used 1 strip of tape to seal the box, and I asked her if she could add some more tape just to be safe. She said it was my job to do that, that their job is just to mail it.... I'm sorry, I thought I was at a mail center and not Walmart.

After extensive research along with a few phone calls, I found The Ship Station on John W Morrow Jr Pkwy to have the MOST reasonable prices for monthly rentals. You can't "rent by month" but in 3 month or longer increments. I called and was taken care of like a pro. Yvonne and her husband are beyond friendly, they make you feel like family. Yvonne reminded me of another awesome female business owner... Me. She was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Once we came in (a few weeks later) she immediately welcomed us and was just as beautiful as I imagined. Her personality shines, and so does her attention to detail. The facility was FAR more than expected. I mean... if I had unlimited money to spend on "wants" I would buy so much stuff for myself or friends/family. I would probably spend way too much there and not regret it. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, but Yvonne is a dream. I love coming in for my weekly city visit to pick up my mail and chat it up with Yvonne. TRIGGER ALERT: Not only can you rent a U-Haul trailer, but you can pick up a Christian shirt or a Trump cup.
