I needed to send out a small titanium bleeder screw that I sold but the customer didn't want me to mail it out with a normal envelope. So I came here to buy a padded envelope to mail out. I came in and was greeted by a middle Eastern male employee. I handed him the padded envelope and told him I needed to mail it out to CA. He then tells me it will cost $15!! And that this is the flat rate. I was like wtf. I knew this was definitely not the cheapest option as the employee never offered me any other options. I then stated can I just do Usps first class and mail it out. The total then became around $4 which is a lot more reasonable for a screw worth around $20. It didn't seem like this employee had the customer's best interest as most places will offer me different shipping options. If I did but have any previous experience in shipping items out, I would of paid for the $15 shipping fee. I highly don't recommend anybody coming here unless you want to be ripped off. But if you do decide to come here, make sure you know your own shipping options first before you speak to the employee. I attached a copy of the receipt to prove I was an actual customer here. Update: I think it's super funny of the reply by a "professional" business owner. Everything you said is untrue but I wouldn't stoop to your level. But your reply on a public Yelp page lets all the customers know how you treat customers and how "professional," you are. It makes you look even worse. :) Have a great day!

I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

I stopped in today because I've always tried to support this local business, and Sam is great. But…read moreunfortunately, this experience has changed my mind. Around 4:45 p.m., I went in to mail a simple greeting card to British Columbia, Canada. The employee's first suggestion was to send it via FedEx for more than $70. The process didn't seem correct as she was putting it in a shipping folder, I questioned why and when I asked if I could just mail it with stamps, she told me no. I explained that I had mailed greeting cards internationally with stamps before, including to Australia, and only then did she change her answer to say she didn't know how many stamps it would take. She actually asked me how many stamps I wanted to buy, which left me completely confused. I said I didn't know which is why I came to a mail Center. I want to believe this was simply an honest mistake by someone who hasn't been properly trained. However, it's concerning that a business providing mailing services couldn't determine the correct postage or take a moment to look it up. Had I been an older or more vulnerable customer who didn't know to question a $70 shipping quote for a greeting card, I might have paid it unnecessarily. I left without mailing my card because I no longer had confidence in the advice I was being given. I've been a loyal customer because I wanted to support a local business, but after today's experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the owner sees this as an opportunity to better train staff so future customers receive accurate information and don't leave feeling as frustrated as I did. I returned home and did an online search to discover that all I need is USPS Global Forever stamps (costing $1.75).
