After that happened a few times, I decided I'd rather spend my money elsewhere, because I refuse to support such crass behavior. Now, when I tried to explain why I'm leaving, he still continued with cutting me off. The difference between customer service and customer experience will make or break business. The tracking showed that the parcel was still in the post office. As a result, the parcel arrived a week later after paying for 2-day delivery. Today I came to the post office again, but Raj refused to serve me in the presence of other customers, because I "did not believe in his words that the parcel was sent on time." Very unprofessional.
