The sweater was hanger on metal hanger with just one button fastened, the marks from the hanger well ingrained in fabric. The piling that was present when I dropped the sweater off was still present when I picked it up, learn about a shaver, please. If that wasn't bad enough, I waited sooo long I blew the horn 3 times, when the woman lacking in customer service finally came out front, she stated, I keep the windows all shut because she needs it that way, fine, so how will you know when/or if a customer is waiting???
