He was able to create a banner, sign and finish out my logo when I was in time sensitive situation. Literally, I had two other graphic designers over the past year and a half attempt to make my logo design but they were unsuccessful. Mike got my vision for my logo right, plus the banner and sign produced in less time than I knew was possible. Even manager Nick seemed to be unaware that Apple uses this method all day, every day at UPS Stores. ***A different UPS Store looked up the ID, generated shipping docs and had me out of there in five minutes.*** Yes, it is possible to do, no matter what Nick and his clerk claim. Also, it's bad form to call your customers rude for following the instructions (she said "I don't do rude today"). I guess they do an OK job within the limits of competence, like Amazon returns and taping boxes.
