If only I could give no stars!! This store loses and/or steals packages on a repeated basis. I recommend using PakMail, FEDEX, USPS or any other shipping service. This location needs to be investigated for poor management and lack of trust with packages by the higher-level management of UPS. They are not a branch I would want representing my company of any kind. read more

What could you do to improve?? Try EVERYTHING!! They are slow, rude, charge extra for everything. I had a hard time getting my QR code to come up. They were closing so I went out to my car to figure out the problem. 1 minute later I tried to go back in since I immediately found the problem and they wouldn't let me in. Told me the registers were closed. From the looks of their ratings they need to work on their customer service skills. The Cumming location is so much nicer!! Horrible customer service. Needed tape, forgot to tape a package before I left home. The store offered to tape it up for free, in the back where I couldn't watch. I then when I said I would like to tape it up myself they would only sell me the tape up front or charge me to let me use their tape. Again though, them taping it up, where I couldn't watch them, was free. This sounds like this store just wants to rifle through your package before taping it up. To steal your your items. The Cumming location never has an issue lending me the tape when I forget, which isn't often. read more

I tried to called no one answered! I tried to there 800-742-5877 they where NO HELP CANT SPEAK ENGLISH! Kept asking me to the zip code I'm lucky I know my zip code ! I said RT 400 North Dawsonville GA after 10 minutes a asked for a mgr . She could not SPEAK ENGLISH either I asked to be transfer to the USA of America and she disc me...All I wanted to know was the store hours! We began a UPS Postal Mail Box inside the store back in February of 2018 and just renewed out lease for another six months. The smallest size PO box to receive your USPS mail to a street address here at the store runs $54.00 every three months which would be $216 per year. Very expensive compared to a PO box at a local post office if you are not able to receive mail at your home. But, in return you get a full street address and they will receive USPS, UPS, FEDex and other deliveries for you at this store. I have been very happy with the Post Office Box service at this location. They also offer printing service, FAX service and scanning of document. I feel the price is extremely high for these services. IE: I recently needed to get a document printed (2 page document front and back of one page.) I needed to sign these documents and return them to my corporate attorney ASAP so asked if they would scan them when I signed them and email them back to me so I could upload them. No problem. However, the cost to do this was right at $7.50 to print a front and back page, scan it back and reply email it back to me. That seems a little excessive to me. I have an Adobe Scan program to PDF on my phone that I could have used if I had any idea it would have been this excessive a charge. Well, live and learn some expensive lessons. The staff at this store are excellent, they are very friendly and always helpful to assist in anyway they can. 5-Star for that aspect of the business, 1-Star for pricing so 3 overall. Lastly, with the UPS box rental we should have received keys the day we rented our box. We had to wait 6 weeks to get the key so we did not have to wait in line to ask the staff member to check our box. Mail tracking is a service that is offered so you get a digital image of the mail you have received but this store does not perform that service. We also are supposed to have 24 hour access codes to check mail when the store is closed but this store doesn't do that, we have been told despite charging the same rate as stores that do provide these services. read more

Yes if there was a ZERO rating I would be using that rating for sure. I intend to contact the UPS company about this store, I realize they are a franchise but come on. I went in today and asked for a UPS shipping envelope, which the get for free or you can have delivered to your home for free. I had to return two items, the owner said he does not have them and I would have to buy a Bubble wrap shipper in order to return the items. Told him noir happening in this life time I would take my business to Wal-Mart for what I need. Found a small shipping box for .58 cents that meet my needs. You definitely need to learn some customer service that is for sure. read more

Went here to print 5 black and white pieces of paper. At office depot, this would have been around $1. When I went to pay, I COULD NOT BELIEVE he said $4.87. I said FOR 5 BLACK AND WHITE PIECES OF PAPER??? He said it was $2 to use the computer. That's the only way to print something since you do not have the technology office depot does to print something off the copy machine without a computer!! Literally I was on the computer for 1 minute to log into my email and press print. This behavior to your customers is concerning. Worrying about a $2 charge is costing you far more businesses due to poor customer experience in your store, thus leading to low return business. That's not it. When I put my AMEX in, he states "there's a $5 minimum." Luckily I had a visa. Again, nickel and diming your customers over measly AMEX fees is a horrible impression to your customer. Definitely no "customer first" motto here. Your "cheap" attitude also gave me an impression that your business is struggling. Not a good look for you. The guy ringing me up made me feel like he didn't have time for me, as well. I will never, ever, under any circumstances go back there again. I will drive to Gainesville to go to office depot/max if I have to. read more

UPS gave me a USPS tracking number and told me to call this location. Called and asked if I could personally pick up my package which shows to be at the Gainesville location. Gentleman gave me this story how UPS scans their packages 3 days before they send them out and it's probably not here yet. So I stated, their tracking systems are just a lie? Mind you, it's scheduled to be delivered to my house tomorrow just thought I could pick it up and avoid waiting another day. He said well even if it's here they usually will not let you pick them up and I would have to call my local post office. Asked for my zip code 30504 and began to say 770536...I got confused for a moment usually when someone gives you information they ask if you're ready. He was rushing to get me off the phone and sounded like he didn't want to help. I brought it up to his attention and his response was I'm at the window with 5 customers in line . "Boy bye!" I had art work shipped via UPS Store #6134. The owner was condescending throughout the process of shipping and packing, falsely assuring me that he could take care of the work I left in his care. The work that he packed and shipped was damaged due to their poor packing and and a complete misunderstanding of how to treat valuable works of art. Please use another store or FedEx if you are shipping something of value. read more

I wish there were a 0 Star rating option. Or perhaps a negative star rating. The owner (Brad) is unprofessional and rude. We were forced to file a UPS claim for a package that went "missing" after dropping it off at his store. The claims process with Brad was a nightmare. When he received the claim check from UPS he refused to mail me the check stating that I had to "pick it up in person" regardless of the fact it would mean a 3 hour round trip. After further discussions he agreed to mail the check --- and then never did. When I followed up with Brad 1 month later, he refused to take my calls -- making me work with one of his employees. She stated that the check was never mailed and that Brad said that I would have to pick the check up. Brad is completely unprofessional, does not follow UPS claims rules and is unnecessarily rude.
