On 8/30/21 at approximately 1330 hours, I came to this location because it was conveniently located to me. I needed to send out a small titanium bleeder screw that I sold but the customer didn't want me to mail it out with a normal envelope. So I came here to buy a padded envelope to mail out. I came in and was greeted by a middle Eastern male employee. I handed him the padded envelope and told him I needed to mail it out to CA. He then tells me it will cost $15!! And that this is the flat rate. I was like wtf. I knew this was definitely not the cheapest option as the employee never offered me any other options. I then stated can I just do Usps first class and mail it out. The total then became around $4 which is a lot more reasonable for a screw worth around $20. It didn't seem like this employee had the customer's best interest as most places will offer me different shipping options. If I did but have any previous experience in shipping items out, I would of paid for the $15 shipping fee. I highly don't recommend anybody coming here unless you want to be ripped off. But if you do decide to come here, make sure you know your own shipping options first before you speak to the employee. I attached a copy of the receipt to prove I was an actual customer here. Update: I think it's super funny of the reply by a "professional" business owner. Everything you said is untrue but I wouldn't stoop to your level. But your reply on a public Yelp page lets all the customers know how you treat customers and how "professional," you are. It makes you look even worse. :) Have a great day! read more

Blonde haired manger refused service for fingerprinting. Stated she did not have a number for corporate when asked. Very rude as I am a customer too and drover over an hour to get to this specific location to complete this specific task and could not do so. I cannot drive back out here at 2 as I am working individual with other obligation. She was of no help in any way and I can't help but wonder if I was not a person or color if she would have been more willing to help. I don't know.... read more

I generally come into this location for Amazon returns- very frequently :). But have used to get fingerprinted and a passport photo. They are always nice and efficient and there is never a wait at all. The owner is nice and today I even saw him helping a customer lift boxes out of their car and into the store. Only mailing place for packages in the area. Seems a bit pricey but maybe inline with other places. Wish this location was open on Sunday.

I have used this location since they opened. I have a client's mailbox here and do a significant amount of printing and shipping. They are extremely responsive via email and on the phone. The owner Arsalan is very kind and always goes the extra mile to assist or find a creative way to solve a problem. Everything I've had done there is top quality and they have met even the most difficult of deadlines for me. Thrilled to have them so close by. read more
