The Ship Station in Gainesville Ga is more than just a shipping service. It's an all-in-one moving…read more/ mailbox / printing and gifts store that always smells amazing! #nolies I recently relocated from Las Vegas to Georgia and required a mailbox with a street address. After extensive research along with a few phone calls, I found The Ship Station on John W Morrow Jr Pkwy to have the MOST reasonable prices for monthly rentals. You can't "rent by month" but in 3 month or longer increments. I called and was taken care of like a pro. Yvonne and her husband are beyond friendly, they make you feel like family. Yvonne reminded me of another awesome female business owner... Me. She was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Once we came in (a few weeks later) she immediately welcomed us and was just as beautiful as I imagined. Her personality shines, and so does her attention to detail. The facility was FAR more than expected. I mean... if I had unlimited money to spend on "wants" I would buy so much stuff for myself or friends/family. I would probably spend way too much there and not regret it. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, but Yvonne is a dream. I love coming in for my weekly city visit to pick up my mail and chat it up with Yvonne. TRIGGER ALERT: Not only can you rent a U-Haul trailer, but you can pick up a Christian shirt or a Trump cup. For those who hate 45, you won't notice those things as the store is filled with something for everyone. I'm very MAGA and I appreciate seeing my Cheeto man on items I can purchase for gifts. So yeah - go ahead and get mad, I miss my low gas prices, rent, and food prices as well as a president who can read a teleprompter or walk up stairs. "more than half the women in my administration are women" - Biden *Shrug The Ship Station also has (I can't remember the name) cool interchangeable jewelry buttons. Hard to describe but I took a picture. I want them all like Pokemon. I'll have to extend my mailbox rental due to... I didn't know my new place in the mountains has no mail delivery. Real talk, I don't mind being a long term customer and driving 45 minutes to get my mail from The Ship Station. I have a key and can grab my mail after hours, but I'd rather come in and be an in person patron of a pleasant smile, warm conversation, and good memories evoking positive store ambiance scents with my mail. I highly recommend The Ship Station on John W Morrow Jr Pkwy! 5 stars ALL THE WAY! REASONS TO VISIT: 1. Great prices 2. Amazing service 3. Ample parking 4. After hours mail pick up 5. Street name mailbox / not a P.O. box 6. Gifts galore 7. Shirt printing 8. U-Haul trailer rental 9. I know I'm missing something because they really do it all here

The male at the front counter (didn't get his name but doesn't matter) continued to cut me off while I tried my best to get my business need out. After that happened a few times, I decided I'd rather spend my money elsewhere, because I refuse to support such crass behavior. Now, when I tried to explain why I'm leaving, he still continued with cutting me off. The difference between customer service and customer experience will make or break business. If you don't care about being treated respectfully, then use this facility. If professionalism and respect matter, move on down the road.

The next time I decided to send valuable disc and asked which service guarantees fast and 100% delivery. They advised me UPS. I sent, but my parcel was lost. Several times I came to Parsel Plus. but Raj assured me that now UPS does not scan parcels and showed me someone's negative feedback on Google, that the parcels are not scanned, and they can be lost. The tracking showed that the parcel was still in the post office. As a result, the parcel arrived a week later after paying for 2-day delivery. Today I came to the post office again, but Raj refused to serve me in the presence of other customers, because I "did not believe in his words that the parcel was sent on time." Very unprofessional. Rude.
