While the convenience of FedEx, UPS and USPS all in one location is a great idea, their service is non existent. Lady just sat there, eating her burger and pointed to a box to put stuff in. This used to be a great spot, they would tell you what was cheapest, etc. Not anymore. Big skip. read more

Very odd place! I needed to drop off a fedex package and this was the closest place to me. I went in and the employee said just put it on the counter. I responded with I'll need a receipt. She stated that they do not give receipts or scan the package to show I stopped it off. Do not use them your packages could easily get lost. read more

Total rip off. My first visit to this business and I needed a large packet of documents faxed. Never mind that it cost me $52.50 to send a fax! The real kicker is they sent it to the wrong number. When I realized it, they refused to give me my money back and told me I was LYING! Way to treat your custoners! Maybe if she hadn't been too busy talking on her phone to talk to her customer, she wouldn't have made the mistake in the first place. Hope they enjoy their $52.50. We used to use this place all the time when it was "mail and more". My mother tried to send a package for me a few weeks ago and as everyone else stated, the girl was on her cell phone too busy to acknowledge my mom. When she finally did she basically told my mom she was better off going to a UPS store. It was just a simple UPS drop off. Already labeled. She acted bothered that she had to stop her conversation to help a customer. I really hope the owners read these reviews and do something to correct the service. This is a really convenient location and a shame the business is being run so poorly. read more

Horrible customer service! They say no refunds but they sell POS products. I didnt know of the no refund policy until i bought a pair of earbuds on Monday and by Wednesday they were staticy and i had to keep turning the connection piece to get it to clear up. I went back up there with my receipt and to return them and she told me "no refunds"...I gave my number for the manager to call me back because thats just not fair...that was over a week ago and im still waiting. Ill never buy ANYTHING from there or recommend them for anything....next step the BBB. read more

This is the second time I've tried using this location... Again, horrible customer service and a ripoff... I do a good bit through eBay and other outlets... so I'm pretty familiar with shipping costs. I typically print my own labels, but if I'm out or in a rush, I'll try and use the closest place to me... They tried to charge me $30.00+ to send a 2 pound package to California... It's something that I send out pretty often and I've never paid anywhere close to $30. She tried to explain that it would be the same no matter where I went.... Well, it was $16.85 at the Post Office.. When I took the receipt back to her to get some clarification.. all I got was a smug look and a "we aren't the same as the post office".... I'm sorry, but didn't you just tell me that it would be the same no matter where I went?? This place use to be decent years ago... Not sure if it's new ownership or what... but it's going downhill fast... I see I'm not the only one with a negative thought of this place. read more

This morning I had a fax to send out and ohhh how I was dreading coming in to this store. I quickly passed the front door to see if just maybe I could have a friendly Kroger employee send the fax for me instead. Unfortunately, Kroger doesn't offer that service but they sent me next door (the place I was trying to avoid!!). Oh well. To my surprise, I was greeted by a nice, smiley human who kept the store tidy and clean! I looked over to the desk that was normally full of newspaper inserts scattered all over it and it was clean!! I thought to myself, "hmmm I wonder if this place is under new management?" And right in my face was a sign staring back at me that read "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT". Hallelujah! The manager was super friendly and efficient. The place did not smell of rancid food. Oh yes, I will definitely return and also recommend this place to everyone with a shipping/mailing/copying....need. I am super pleased!!! read more

Worst customer service experience in my life, and that's saying something. Rented a truck here. It broke down on the scale at the local dump blocking business. I called the store and was given roadside assistance #. I called that and was on hold 45+ minutes and called store back to see if they could get through via website like I was being told on hold message. I could not since I had no coverage. They said it's a uhaul issue and hung up. They then refused to answer the phone for next 2 hours. Roadside assistance finally answered and refused to send help until I tried to fix myself, something about rear differential. Keep in mind I am broke down blocking a 3rd party's business. Skip yo end to save time. Uhaul said it was the vendors issue, the vendor said it was a uhaul issue after admitting I was hung up on because she has a customer come in the store. So I am now stuck with them pointing fingers and told I will be charged full rate. In the end I am left to try to get assistance from my credit card company because uhaul said a manager might call me back in 3 business days. Awesome day. Thanks uhaul for standing behind your product. Do not patronize this business. U got mail. Buford. Ga. Gave it 1 star since 0 not an option read more

These guys do it all. Fax/Scan/Copies/shipping and packaging. I do a lot of my business with them. Including mailbox rental with 24 hour access. I also use their computer to print some of my stuff. Beats going to the post office and standing in long lines and dealing with people with attitude. Nice to see smiley faces greeting me by my first name. They even gift wrapped some of my Christmas packages for me. Highly recommend them. read more

I have a package that I need to get out via USPS today and due to a broken foot (on crutches) can't carry it to the Post Office, raining so can't put out by the mailbox....called this store and she graciously walked out to my car and helped me. Disappointing experience yesterday. Younger girl working. Refuses to give me a UPS envelope. Says that she cannot give out supplies as they have to pay for supplies. Really? UPS gives YOU the envelopes and supplies for free. YOU can also get the supplies at the UPS drop boxes and service centers (Gainesville/Pleasantdale) for free. I was just asking for ONE envelope. Sorry, YOU just lost a potential future customer. Poor customer service. There are other shipper services in the area. I would suggest NOT shipping anything from here. read more

The customer service that Sasha, the store manager and owner, showed me could not have been more insulting. I brought in 6 boxes, all closed and ready to go with USPS return address labels in place. I simply needed to drop the packages off. Because it seems to be the norm to charge for tape in this area, I brought $1 in with me. The manager, Sasha, was on the phone and without finishing her call or asking the other person to hold, she asked me what I needed. When I explained that they were ready to go but needed tape, she said they charged for tape. No problem, I said, placing my $1 on the counter. Nooooo, she says, they charge $1 per box. I am visibly surprised, and then she rudely insists that "it costs them money", and I said yes, but that I could buy an entire roll of tape for $6. I had to go back to my car, visibly pregnant and also with 3 preschoolers in tow, mind you, for the rest of the money. When I come back into the store, I explain that the other clerk only charged me $1 previously, to which she replies that she will correct her, and then proceeds to point to their printed store policy. I review it, then point out to her that it clearly states "$1 per drop off" not "$1 per box". I hope she doesn't correct the other clerk; I fear she may be the person keeping this rude shop-owner in business. read more

Horrible excuse for a shipping store!!! I have reported them on the local level as well as national level to FedEx. They represent FedEx and the service is nonexistent. I paid for OVERNIGHT EXPRESS delivery, next day guaranteed delivery. THE ENVELOPE NEVER LEFT the STORE! It sat in an outbox and the incompetent worker(s) did nothing to be sure that this envelope was picked up by FedEx. I still do not have a refund for the cost and payment made to the store for their claim to be an authorized FedEx agent! Never ever will use this store again for anything. Did I mention the HORRIBLE customer service not only by owner but staff also??? read more
