I rarely use fedex office but when I do, i go to this location. Wait time if never long if any and the employees are always courteous and provide appropriate disclaimers. When I have heavy items to ship, they assist me with it and one time, I had a heavy pickup and the gentleman carried it out for me and helped fit it in my car. Great customer service team. If you don't read this whole story then remember the names Daie, Sam, and Samantha. They are my heroes. I'm a wedding photographer in Augusta, GA. I was preparing for a bridal show that was to take place on 1/30. On 1/28, I was told that I was going to have a larger booth than I anticipated so I scammbled to try and find extra decor to fill up the empty space. I then though to get 4 large prints to display. FedEx was the only shop in town that was open on the weekends so I went online to place an order. I called a store in my city at the end of the day on Friday. They said that they would be able to fulfill a next day order. On 1/29, I called them several times but no one picked up. I'm not sure if it even rang. I panicked because I needed these posters. I called customer service and they said that the store had an emergency closing. At that point, I realized I might not be able to get my posters for the bridal show. The same day, my wife and I had to go to Lawrenceville, GA for a memorial service so I called the Burford, GA location to see if they could fulfill this order by the end of the day. They said that they could so I put it in. When I got to Lawrenceville, we learned that the burial would happen in Lithonia which was 40mins further south which put me at an hour until closing time and I was an hour away and burial hadn't happened yet. I wasn't going to make it. I kept calling the Burford location to see if they could work with me and they offered every other solution as far as me picking it up the next day or having the posters mailed to me but those solutions didn't work because I needed them at 9am the next day and I lived 2.5 hrs from that location. The manager/supervisor, Daie, said to come late and he'll make sure he's there to give me my order. I was elated! I got there after the store closed to be met with four beautifully crafted posters. I was also honored to meet the team members who worked hard that whole day to make sure that I had my order for the bridal show: Sam and Samantha. I give this location 10 out of 5 stars for going above and beyond for me. I am very grateful for their hard work. They showed that they cared about me and my bridal show and it made a huge difference to my booth. read more

Usually decent but today is still a horrible experience! One employee, she has been just standing by the back printer for ten minutes. All I need is a receipt for my package drop-off. I've got my two young kids and she isn't even doing anything for the lady she's "helping". Ok, so after 15 minutes I'm going to drive out of my way to another location. The employee acknowledged me and asked me what I needed and when I told her that all I needed was a receipt for my package that already has the label on it, she just turned back around and kept doing nothing at the back printer. Manager here SUCKS AND HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE. The regular employees speak and are friendly, but the manager is rude as ever. If you want to walk in an establishment and be rushed and like you're a bother when the manager(male) is working, then this is the place. All I do I print documents here and the when this specific male is working. He is always is rude, never speaks and ALWAYS has an attitude and face balled up. The manager did not open his mouth and speak when I walked in the store, but walked over to me at 7:50pm when I was printing my last document and tell me you know we close at 8. Very helpful, friendly, and professional. I stopped in to drop off some prepaid packages as well as print the labels for them. A nice lady immediately greeted me and helped me, and they weren't dead at the moment either! She printed 5 labels for me on her PC and gave me everything I needed to ship it all out. The day after, I realized I swapped 2 labels by mistake...I called them and they were quick to help. I emailed the correct label to them and they printed, updated, shipped, and sent an email back to confirm. Great service and I will definitely use them again! read more

i ordered business cards online and paid $50 for this garbage... they put the "nicer" looking ones in the front while the rest have white borders like they just have up on cutting them. could've paid a fraction of the cost and got them off vistaprint. don't even waste your time. the card stock wasn't thick at all and they look like they were printed on a regular home printer. horrible quality around the board... smh read more

I wish I could give this FedEx location in Buford, GA less than a one-star rate. I came into the store about 10 minutes prior to closing. I asked for help printing some documents and I was told to go to the printer, and it is self-explanatory. While I was having a problem printing my documents, one of the staff finally came back to help. As soon as we got ready to print, another employee came back and told me that I had to leave. She stated that it was FOUR MINUTES after closing and I HAD TO LEAVE. I told her that she was being rude, and it would only take a couple of more minutes. I also told her that there was another customer still working on something else so I would not delay them. She forced me to leave the store against my wishes and neither employee would give me their name. Worst customer experience EVER! read more

This place is horrible. Do not come here. I wanted to get a few pictures printed of my daughter and my step-daughter on their first day of school. I took my flash dive and i wanted to print the pictures on glossy cardstock. The rep charged me $7 for two sheets. He stated that he charged me $5 because he had to rearrange the pictures. This was price gouging at its worse. He charged me $5 for something windows does for free when it prints pictures. The pictures were not good quality. I will never return there for any copying needs. I print at this location frequently because it is the only site near me that can handle large-format print jobs (e.g. foam mounted posters) with a quick turn-around. Pros: The print quality is always excellent. There are no bubbles or defects in the prints and they resize as needed to fit the poster print size. They are able to turn around print items quickly and on time. Cons: They generally have only one person running the store, even if there is a long line of customers who need help. For large print orders, you also have to double check the print job. On several occasions I've found that my print order is incorrect. For example, I had them print 16 foam mounted posters, one copy of each. Three posters were missing from the print job and several had been duplicated. The bottom line: check their work, expect to wait for a while, but the work product will be solid. read more

I came in about a week ago and I'm not sure who the first guy was, but he was very nice ! I came in today on June,15,2020 and was greeted, Well it wasn't even really a greeting .But a I'm ready to get off work, what can i pretend to help you with today kind of greeting. I proceeded to tell him that I just needed some patterns printed out and he told me he wouldn't be able to get it to me in the hour. Mind you I came in here before and they did it in 5 minutes . I drove through traffic trying to make it wayyy before the store closed, because I wanted to give this location my business just to be turned away by Sam because he was ready to get off early... very bad experience. Needed to copy and print a presentation. Easy enough. Three machines. One not working, one no staples, last got jammed and wouldn't restart. One poor girl behind the counter and swamped. Eventually left and drove across the street to Staples. Three machines. All working. Was asked three times if I needed any assistance while I was there. Enough said. Update 6/6/2016. I had to go back for a fairly complicated print job. Three polite professional staff available. They helped me while not ignoring the needs of others. I have not seen these people before and possibly they brought in some new people to help the status of this location. Everyone deserves a second chance. They did the job without giving a quote, there are no prices posted, and they charged me $200. 4x the other quote I received for the exact same project. They didn't care - print was already done I had to pay!!! While serving my sentence with the customer no service - two people walked up needing help with machines. They were told, it doesn't work - the manager did not care that there was a problem. And would not offer any additional help to these customers. If looking for a printing job - DON'T GO HERE!!! Went in Fed Ex office in Buford across from the Mall to mail a Passport, asked the Person behind the counter who happened to be the Manager named David , which is the best way to mail the passport . He said to fill a form , took the passport and start boxing it in a box , I asked if that was necessary. He replied that that,s all they have and the cost is will not be affected. I was in a hurry and so paid the bill but noticed when I got home that he charged for $4.99 for the box and the mail cost was $7.41. AWFUL! Ok, I stopped by to drop off a package that needed to go out on Friday for a Monday arrival by 10 am time, and was told by the FedEx counterstaff that I had to wait until the FedEx delivery driver came inside the store to empty the dropbox. I patiently waited 15 minutes until he showed up, only for him to rudely tell me that if my package didn't fit into the dropbox, he was not going to take it! My box was the size of a shoe box, so not that big or that heavy, just not FLAT. The driver didn't even make eye contact or acknowledge my existence after that point, so I went back to the counter to ask for help. They promised that if I turned my package over to them it would arrive in time for Monday delivery since they had Saturday pick up. Guess what? My package arrived on TUESDAY! Because this location misled me, the item shipped didn't arrive on time! I'd rather that they just told me to drive over to the Duluth location and hand it off there. Took 3 packages in to ship overnight to California. Arrived at 17:40 and driver was already there scanning packages. The manager at fedex office said too bad because they had already closed out. Driver refused to take the packages because fedex office didn't scan them. I've given packages to drivers before with no issue. There were two other customers ahead of me that were also refused service. If your website states 17:45, then take packages until that time. The UPS store takes them until 18:00. Then when I finally got help she did not listen to me when I told her what all was going in package so she sealed it before everything was in it. I will never go back to this location. I was in a real jam needed a presentation done at the last minute and they were able to take care of all my needs and then some.
