My box they wouldn't create a label for

I went to FedEx to ship some parts and they offered me no help because I didn't already have an account or my own shipping label. I asked them if they could make me a shipping label and they said they could not! This is absurd!

They printed the images sitting on the easels. This picture doesn't do them justice but they look really good in person.

If you don't read this whole story then remember the names Daie, Sam, and Samantha. They are my heroes. I'm a wedding photographer in Augusta, GA. I was preparing for a bridal show that was to take place on 1/30. On 1/28, I was told that I was going to have a larger booth than I anticipated so I scammbled to try and find extra decor to fill up the empty space. I then though to get 4 large prints to display. FedEx was the only shop in town that was open on the weekends so I went online to place an order. I called a store in my city at the end of the day on Friday. They said that they would be able to fulfill a next day order. On 1/29, I called them several times but no one picked up. I'm not sure if it even rang. I panicked because I needed these posters. I called customer service and they said that the store had an emergency closing. At that point, I realized I might not be able to get my posters for the bridal show. The same day, my wife and I had to go to Lawrenceville, GA for a memorial service so I called the Burford, GA location to see if they could fulfill this order by the end of the day. They said that they could so I put it in. When I got to Lawrenceville, we learned that the burial would happen in Lithonia which was 40mins further south which put me at an hour until closing time and I was an hour away and burial hadn't happened yet. I wasn't going to make it. I kept calling the Burford location to see if they could work with me and they offered every other solution as far as me picking it up the next day or having the posters mailed to me but those solutions didn't work because I needed them at 9am the next day and I lived 2.5 hrs from that location. The manager/supervisor, Daie, said to come late and he'll make sure he's there to give me my order. I was elated! I got there after the store closed to be met with four beautifully crafted posters. I was also honored to meet the team members who worked hard that whole day to make sure that I had my order for the bridal show: Sam and Samantha. I give this location 10 out of 5 stars for going above and beyond for me. I am very grateful for their hard work. They showed that they cared about me and my bridal show and it made a huge difference to my booth.

Usually decent but today is still a horrible experience! One employee, she has been just standing by the back printer for ten minutes. All I need is a receipt for my package drop-off. I've got my two young kids and she isn't even doing anything for the lady she's "helping". Ok, so after 15 minutes I'm going to drive out of my way to another location. The employee acknowledged me and asked me what I needed and when I told her that all I needed was a receipt for my package that already has the label on it, she just turned back around and kept doing nothing at the back printer. I'll be ashamed to have an employee like this.

i ordered business cards online and paid $50 for this garbage... they put the "nicer" looking ones in the front while the rest have white borders like they just have up on cutting them. could've paid a fraction of the cost and got them off vistaprint. don't even waste your time. the card stock wasn't thick at all and they look like they were printed on a regular home printer. horrible quality around the board... smh

Customer service is pathetic! I actually always use fedex but I may have to reconsider. I hope their management reads these.

I visited Staples this morning to have a technician examine my laptop, which I suspect may have a…read morevirus. I had previously purchased a McAfee protection package with support through the store, sold to me by a technician named Sunil back in May. Even then, I sensed something was off in our interaction, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming my own frustration with my laptop might have clouded my judgment. Today confirmed that my instincts were right--it wasn't me, it was Sunil. I waited over twenty minutes while he assisted another couple. When it was finally my turn, he spent barely two minutes with me before a woman interrupted, asking if someone could check her out. Sunil told her he would assist her, not after finishing with me, but immediately. He stopped helping me mid-conversation and began checking her out. I asked, "Are you serious?" and he replied, "Yes." He attempted to continue speaking with me while helping her, but I told him I'd wait until he was finished so my concerns could be properly addressed. Instead of returning to me, he then took the next customer in line--a man--without explanation. I asked again, "You're going to take him now and make me wait again?" and he said, "Yes." At that point, I was livid. I told him I would not continue waiting and that his behavior was unacceptable. What I experienced was blatant and overt discrimination. It was so egregious that the woman he prioritized over me apologized. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any professional setting. I strongly believe Staples needs to reevaluate Sunil's conduct and consider appropriate disciplinary action.

Service…read morewas fast and the owner took the time to give me options on the cost/estimated duration on how long my package would take to get to Seattle. Aside from the typical shipping, packing, copying, printing and mailbox services, I noticed you can also get your passport picture taken here! Plus they offer laminating and notary. There was even some blocks to keep the kids entertained/distracted.

I went to inquire as to why a package I paid to be shipped on February 1 is being transported…read morebetween a few of the same facilities, in a circle, and has not left Suwanee... although it was supposed to arrive at the location in 3 to 5 days. The young guy behind the counter agreed that he had never saw this happen, and that his manager would have to call USPS but his manager was not in until Monday. With a demeanor, as if I was bothering him to get up off his phone, he asked that I leave my tracking number for the manager to call USPS, who wouldn't be in until Monday (it's Thursday). Never did he attempt to do so himself or provide a # I could call myself... saying his manager had to be the one to call. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. The lack of customer service experienced was disgusting.
