The people here are super friendly and helpful. This is a very busy location but they always seem to have a good number of staff on duty. I highly recommend this store for quick drop offs and friendly, helpful service. read more

I need to print 2 PDFs, on 2 pages and one 4 pages. The cost to print is fair- $.29 per page. I have no problem with that. I do have a problem with the fact that they charge $3.00 per email to send it to the store to print, and did not advise me to put all documents on one email. How else can they print it for me if I don't email? Before I paid, she says, oh it's per email- so I asked if I can combine. She said yes, but it's too late since you already sent it in 2 emails. I paid $8.20 to print 6 pages. Please learn from me and do not print here. read more

The UPS Store - $8.20 to print 6 pages total. - Mailbox Centers Near Me - Buford, Georgia

Claimed they were overnighting my package and guaranteed it would arrive by 2 pm next day, but they didn't send it with the pickup that day. Called to check on it, and employee said tracking just hadn't updated. 24 hours later, the package mysteriously started moving from this location. When I called to complain, the manager said "don't get smart with me dude," and then asked me not to call him "dude" in response. Absurd. read more

lame. You cannot mail anything from them unless you have an account. They do not offer one time mailing.

I go in to return a package and they tell me they don't tape the boxes for free they wanted to charge me 15 dollars just to tape a small box I never been to a ups that chargers to tape a box it's so ridiculous this place read more

the ladies that were there attitudes were so nasty it was insane I said I was never going back there and what do you know all the packages I dropped off have first scan but nothing else missing, and they have no answers read more

These folks were AWESOME! It looks as though a competitor is trying to hurt their business with fake reviews. I recently moved to the area. I am a frequent customer of pack n ships. I use UPS/USPS, notaries, color printing, laminating, etc. All of these services were performed efficiently and effectively. They welcomed me, introduced themselves and did nothing but kindly handle my needs. 5 stars. Say hi to Jessie when you go!!!! read more

This UPS has lost two of my packages. I get the first scan then nada...People were friendly but idk why every time I come to this one my package goes missing. read more

Horrible service and very condescending and impersonal service. All I needed was for them to tape a box for me to ship back to Amazon. read more

Got sent here to do fingerprints and realize the entire UPS store is a joke. I wish they had fingerprints in buford because this place is ridiculous The guy tried to charge me $3 for a computer that i attempted to log in and never used saying it's rental They sent the Qr Code to my phone and I wasn't able to use there computer but he made a big fuss how embarrassing this place had poor customer service they barely wanted to help with the finger prints saying it's not them read more

I will go out of my way, the majority of the time to go to another UPS whenever possible. The manager was rude, the employees are operating at minimum-level courtesy. read more

These guys are always so nice when I drop off my Amazon returns! So fast too! I don't know why anyone would complain. Of course they charge for any other materials and services needed. That's what their business is! Read your return instructions, do what it tells you to do and don't give anyone else a hard time. These guys are efficient and I appreciate that!! read more

this ups is tremendously horrible the service was really bad and the workers' attitude made me feel soooo disgusting. I was there to notarize a document and they told me that they don't understand what that means which is definitely lying because I've done the notarize before at another ups location and everything goes well. Definitely not recommending everyone to come to this location. The way they talk to you make you feel like everything was your fault. Don't go!!! read more

Not even 4:30pm yet when we arrived. Sign said they close 5pm on Saturdays. Closed, and will not be open until Tuesday because of the 4th of July holidays. I was one of at least five people who needed services, but we all just have to wait an extra three days to get things done. Will just remember not to use this location for pick up or drop off location in the future. read more

Please go else where. They charged 3 dollars to print a piece of paper for an Amazon return along with another 2 dollars for a strip of tape for the box. Go any where else but here for your shipping and return needs. read more

AMAZON RETURN CUSTOMERS!!!! Go to a different location for your Amazon returns. Try Kohl's if available. If your return package does NOT require you to package it, shoot your shot here, but if you need to box something up, go somewhere that won't charge you $3 to use their tape gun. If y'all are able to use their tape gun (or other supplies) and are NOT being charged $3 for it, leave a comment here so everyone knows about it. I have been here 3 times, and EVERY time I come in, the customer service is subpar. The older gentleman (owner), nice but not helpful. The older woman (owner) not friendly, micromanaging. The young man (AM shift) is great. He deserves to run the place alone based on his customer service skills. One star for the store being open on time, and one star for the young man who always smiles. I hope they read this. read more

Tried to return some equipment only to be told they couldn't find my name. I offered the account number, which was supposed to be an option to find my information, according to the company I was returning the equipment to, who they have a contract with. She refused to take it, told me to take it the original store. She walked off as I was asking questions, the manager lady proceeds to loud talk me while assisting another customer. I left verified all of my information and returned only to receive the same treatment. I'm new to the area. Never received this type of treatment from a UPS store. Customer service is key. FedEx next time. read more

Went in to make some copies today and asked the guy at the front counter if I needed something to insert into the machine to count the copies that I made, similar to the machine I used at the UPS store in Braselton Hwy next to Kroger in Dacula. He said no and came over to enter the code for the machine. I made some copies, organized them am proceeded to copy another stack of documents. The machine timed out and I needed the code again. The guy came over and entered the code, and asked if I was keeping track of the number of copies. I said "No, the machine doesn't track it?" I figured that a business with a copy machine would have a method to track how many copies are made so they know how much to charge. Evidently, this place uses the honor system. When I mentioned that I thought the machine kept track, the man made a snarky, ill toned comment. I let it slide and kept copying. I won't go back to this location, I normally go to the location on Braselton where they are very nice and helpful. The kid working the counter at this location was a jerk and I just don't want to deal with people like that. read more

I went in for an AT&T equipment return with the barcode (AT&T account #) as instructed by AT&T. The guy said "it doesn't work like that." He condescendingly told me it had to be a QR code and wouldn't even give me or my emailed instructions a moment for consideration. I went to Fed Ex and followed the same instructions from AT&T and they were able to process my return. The employee I dealt with is a dangerous combination of ignorant and arrogant. It may be time to seek new employment opportunities if you perform this poorly at processing returns and interacting with customers. From now on I will be using Fed Ex. read more

Amazon package return took me 30 seconds. Guy was nice. Told him what I was in there for and he said ok, then scanned my QR code and I left.

Found this brand new UPS Store when I went to eat pokè a couple weeks ago. They just opened about a week or so. The owners are really nice and the facility is clean. Plenty of P.O. Boxes to choose from and the location is perfect (right by the highway). I had to return an Amazon package, all she did was scan and handed me my receipt. Very quick and easy! read more

They used to be friendly and helpful. Now? They try to charge for a piece of tape over a box. 1 piece of tape $2. Nope. Hard pass. Too many other options. read more

I have been using this UPS location for over a year. I have a small business and am usually there many times during the week. This being said my opinion should hold some weight. The owners and the employees are nice every time. Its easy to catch someone is a bad mood from time to time but I can honestly say since I have been using them not once have I had a bad experience. They are professional and are able to take care of all my small business needs. I have used other UPS stores and I prefer this one over them all. I highly recommend this location and staff. You will be happy you did, I am. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible, not sure of her name but a woman with a very thick accent, tried to upsell me on everything possible as she knew my return was going to be reimbursed by my company. The total for a box with 3 iPads was $86. I sent a huge box from Utah for $100 so I knew this wasn't right. Left and went to the UPS in dacula, same package no changes $20. I'm in sales they are commission based and just want to screw you, this is not how you do things. read more

Very flippant lady working here, waving her hand at you shewing you away. That is rude. She did it to me and another lady there. Customer service is going out the window. Sad. Oh and she lied to me, she wouldn't take my return package for USPS - told me to take it across the street. Looked up the UPS Store and their site clearly states they do take metered mail, USPS mail etc. Will reach out to USPS to let them know. read more

Please don't ever get anything notarized from this place. My wife had to have some papers notarized to send into the county for change of name after we got married and the manager there was completely incompetent. We had to have the paperwork re notarized a total of 3 times. The manager tried to charge her all 3xs for his own mistakes. Then also attempted to bill her for faxing that same paperwork out over and over. I tried to explain that he was to blame and that we wouldn't have had to keep coming back to him to fix the problem, if he did it correctly to begin with. He couldn't wrap his head around that either. Absolutely amazing! Do yourself a favor and skip this place all entirely for any notarization needs. read more
