He was super polite, friendly, knowledgeable and amazingly fast. He kept me informed of when he would arrive and even when he was running behind on the job before mine, he re-informed me he would be running late and the approximate time he would able to leave. AND, on top of that, he called me 10-minutes before he arrived on my front door step. He doesn't charge those astronomically ridiculous "house call fees" like the others do. There is a nominal charge, but it is applied towards the work done. He looked at both projects, gave me an astonishingly amazing great quote right on the spot. I approved and he got to work straight away. He took my payment and emailed my receipt. Super clean, super easy and super efficient. It's now about almost two months later and everything is working great. I plan to have him come back out to attend to both the front and back doorbells. They were originally done by another electrician who obviously botched the job. While he was there he even took a quick peek at the doorbells and diagnosed their problems (w/o a charge). Jack and an apprentice came out to do an estimate and did a thorough job of investigating what the work involved. They were both very friendly and easy to work with. Elijah and an apprentice came out to do the actual work. Scheduling was easy and communication was good. The actual work turned into a bigger and more difficult job than expected because of some crazy issues with the existing wiring. Some idiot who worked on our house before we owned it apparently fancied themselves an amateur electrician and had really messed things up. But Elijah was excellent and managed to sort everything out. Even though the work was more complicated and took longer than estimated, and even though they ultimately installed a couple more GFCI outlets than we thought were needed, Hi-Five refused to add to the estimate and only charged us that amount. They also left the house clean and tidy. The whole experience was really just excellent. Highly recommend!

I took a chance on Master of Generators and Electrical Service and am happy that I did. I almost canceled because it was nearly 4 pm, and I hadn't heard from them since 2 pm. I wasn't confident Christian could finish the work before dinner time. When I called to cancel, a professional lady offered to get Christian and Jeremy's ETA, which went well. They apologized for running behind schedule. However, I am not off the hook because I should have believed MGES when they stated that the electricians would "arrive between the hours of 12 pm and 4 pm," which I now know, in hindsight, they would have. Christian and Jeremy are fantastic electricians. They came through the door dripping with experience, confidence, and wonderful personalities. One worked on the hallway light fixture while the other tackled the dining room. When Christian put up the flush mount fixture for the hallway within 10 minutes, he joined Jeremy to help assemble a complex chandelier. That chandelier encompassed several bars to connect to eight lights. Despite my initial concerns, the task was completed in a remarkably short time, with the total service time being under an hour. Christian and Jeremy not only met but exceeded my expectations. Their service was impeccable, and the price I paid for such efficient and high-quality work was more than reasonable. I already knew issue and asked him to replace GFCI and he told me that he cannot do that without diagnosis and for that he charged $450. After diagnosis he mentioned that there is a fire hazard and he need to set up 3-4 GFCI and qouated 2800$ And I made a half of the payment basically he made us rushed into decision. I felt very fishy with all the negotiations and being pressurized to take decision now.
