Junior was great at diagnosing my washing machine with some kind of app on his phone - which indicated my washing machine was fine, and then determined I did need to replace my circuit breaker. Since my neighborhood apparently has a known reputation of having defected circuit breakers, he gave great advice on sharing my customer dissatisfaction to the breaker manufacturer. During the entire time, Junior was great at informing me and answering all my questions. I was also happy that all this service was done in under an hour. The above & beyond customer service that made a bonus impression on me - Junior recognized that my doorbell cover needed replacement, and offered that service. He wore the blue booties inside my house. He took the time to highlight the trip code descriptions in the instruction booklet so next time my breaker trips, I can identify the issue based on the # red blinks.
