What a wonderful experience using Beazley Electric! Kris was so professional, on time, communicative and so easy to work with. I highly recommend this company. I will not hesitate to call Kris for all my future electrical needs. So lucky I found him through Yelp. read more

Highly recommend Kris Beasley. He installed a ceiling fan for us and fixed an outdoor outlet that was not part of our original request. We will definitely use his services again! read more

Great! Did a great job installing our bathroom exhaust fan where one didn't already exist. Super helpful ahead of time providing a quote, and very fair prices. Definitely recommend! read more

I wanted to update my first review of this business. Unfortunately upon contacting the company I learned that George, who initially had helped us in a prior electrical emergency, is no longer with us. His son Kris was just as personable and easy to work with. He was the only electrician that replied over a long new years holiday. We set up a time and he came promptly and fixed our issue super quickly at a very fair price. I have saved his number for any future electrical needs. I cannot recommend him highly enough for personable service and high value without upcharge of the bigger groups. Fyi the number to use is 4042020602. read more

He's an older southern gentleman but he knows his stuff and was able to get the job done the next day when I called with what I thought was a panel problem with a tripped switch for a circuit breaker. It turned out to be a wiring issue in an electric outlet that was a smoldering problem waiting to happen. He was able to give me some helpful advice should which I will keep in mind. His rates were more affordable then a major company that I'd used in the past. Would highly recommend to others. read more

Alex came and reinstalled a ceiling fan for me. The very sleek fan I ordered wobbles when it was first installed. Lumens (wonderful customer service) sent me a new replacement. Alex was very polite, pleasant and professional. He clearly knows what he is doing. He tested the new fan a few times and after, proceeded to clean up those plastic bags and papers. He even disassembled the defective fan, packed them nicely back in the original box. My replacement fan doesn't wobble any more. I am glad I have Alex here to get the replacement fan installed. Highly recommend Beazley Electric to anyone who is looking for honest and professional electrician. Note: they are licensed and insured too. read more

Beazley Electric - My new fan :) Thanks Alex! - Electricians Near Me - Lawrenceville, Georgia

Mr. Beazley fixed a broken light socket on a staircase and replaced a broken circuit for half the cost I was quoted from an electrician company. He's responsive, fast, honest and reliable. I'm so glad I found him! read more

Kris Beazley of Beazley Electric was terrific--professional, helpful, patient, and kind. He answered all my questions, did a great job replacing a chandelier over our breakfast table, and gave me good advice on how to clean it. We will hire him again. read more

I had the pleasure of using Beazely Electric today and cannot recommend the services enough. I was moving into a new home and needed to inspect behind the breaker box to make sure all of the wiring was up to code and secure. The problem was that the box had been bolted into the wall and painted over. George was able to remove the bolts and separate the cover with no damage to the wall or unit itself. He arrived on time (calling ahead to confirm the appointment) and was incredibly courteous throughout his entire visit. He took great care in his work and my home all while providing his skills and experience. If you ever need an electrician, you've found your guy. read more

Beazley Electric - Electricians Near Me - Lawrenceville, Georgia

This guy is the sweetest, most fair, fabulous at his job electrician in the world. He is instantly likable, respectful, and kind. He wired/hung a ceiling fan for me and quoted me on some other work I'll definitely have him back for. It is so thrilling to find a contractor who responds promptly, shows up on time, communicates well, has a great attitude, does the work perfectly, quotes fair prices .... A++ read more

I called to get some electrical work done. He spent 10 minutes on the phone walking me through how to easily fix the issue myself. Wow, what amazing service. Definitely built goodwill.. will send them all of my business forever. read more

George is a lifesaver! We called him on a Saturday morning, and although he had a morning full of appointments, he came right out after he finished those other jobs. We thought the problem was a circuit breaker and instead of just coming in and replacing the circuit breaker, he found the root of the problem within minutes. After taking care of that issue, he fixed a few other problems - what a wonderful surprise! He knew exactly what he was doing and he charged less than what he had originally quoted us. What more could you ask for? read more

Kris Beazley did a tremendous amount of electrical work--repairs and new installations--for one of my properties in the Atlanta. His expertise, professionalism, and work ethic is absolutely OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend him. read more

So the garbage disposal switch decided to work intermittently. (Not unlike me after I got a 0% raise due to the crap economy.) We'd have to hold the switch while we wanted the disposal to run, which was suboptimal, but easy enough. But when it stopped working completely (unless you pulled the switch up and out with pliers), it was time to get a professional in. Some said I could attempt this, but I have a rule about messing about with things that have wires, lest I blow someone or something up. Upon the recommendation of a fellow Yelper, I'd tried Scott Spinner, but he had a problem with his van en route, so he gave me the name and number of George Beazley, who turned out to be his former boss. George Beazley returned my call immediately, asked what color and kind of switch I had, and was at my place within two hours. On a Sunday. (Ok, he said it was a laid back kind of day, but still. I don't work Sundays, even during tax season, so I was impressed.) George put in a new switch in only a few minutes, which I attribute to the power of expertise and experience. He wiped up the dust from the plaster and paint that came off the wall in changing the switch, and I like that kind of touch. As a special bonus, George was kind enough to give me a discount off the normal $120 service call fee. (I totally get that a professional's time and expertise are worth $$$, so I didn't quibble.) I hope I don't need to use his services too often, but if I have to, I'll gladly call him again. read more

Woke up on a Saturday morning to no electricity in part of my house. I flipped all the breakers and that didn't solve the problem so I called my electrician who was out of town. I got on Yelp and found Beazley Electric. I called; George answered and we discussed the problem. He said he could be at my house in 30 minutes but to call Georgia Power in the meantime as it could be something on their end. George arrived and ran tests on my breaker box, etc. and everything checked out okay so needed to wait on Georgia Power to assess. George waited with me for Georgia Power to arrive which took 3 hrs. I told him he didn't have to wait with me but he did - even taking calls from potential customers and telling them he couldn't get to them today because he was waiting with me. He charged me his hourly rate for one hour. I gave him a bit more as I was so appreciative of his responsiveness and time. read more

George Beazley is the best electrician that I have had in Atlanta. He and his son, Chris, are very responsive. They charge me the same hourly rate whenever they make a visit to the home in Buckhead. And, most importantly, George and Chris are honest -- they always do just what they said they would do for the price quoted. Highly recommended. read more

I called George to install a 220V outlet for me, which he did quickly and perfectly. I asked him if he could look at a couple of other issues I was having and he took care of those in just a few minutes. Highly recommended. read more

I called George because our normal electrician was backlogged. This man had just walked into his home for the day, but immediately walked out and said he was on his way. Fixed our GFI and explained everything to me in laymen terms, tested and rewired things in a jiffy. An incredibly personable man who got the job done quickly. Now, we have a working microwave! It's gonna be popcorn for daayyyyyz. read more

Texted George to replace a smoke detect on a rental property. He texted back right away and asked a few questions and quickly gave me a quote. In comparison, all the other companies I contacted insisted on sending people to give a quote. George also was very accommodating with my schedule and came out the same day to replace the thing. Great job. Highly recommended him. read more

Excellent work, incredibly fair prices, and a warm and knowledgeable personality to boot. We found Kris Beazley by searching for licensed electricians in the metro Atlanta area. After purchasing our first home, my husband and I wanted to address several of the more pressing safety issues identified in the home inspection report. Kris and his assistant spent a good six hours replacing and updating everything I requested. He also provided a quote for further safety and aesthetic work down the road. While working with us, he kept us updated and informed about anything that might cost more (i.e., wasn't in the original quote/something I requested on the spot). He also pointed out several things that had been done improperly and answered all of our random questions. I can honestly say that I can't wait to have Kris come back to finish the rest of the electrical work we want to have done. 5/5 and will always recommend to anyone! read more

My wife and I were so disappointed when the installer of our garbage disposal was unable to locate an outlet or wire through which to provide power to the disposal. They were unable to finish the job ... BUT George Beazley to the rescue! Mr. Beazley came to our home the very next day and through some investigative work located the outlet behind the wall of the sink cabinet. He was on time, extremely friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I've found my electrician! read more

I found George through yelp and I'm so glad I did. After talking briefly on the phone, George stopped by late one night to give estimates on hanging a chandelier, installing a bathroom fan, and installing recessed lighting. He definitely is a good ol boy, blue collar, honest man. During the estimate George actually convinced me NOT to install a few recessed lights. His words were, "If it were my home, I don't think I'd put them there. I mean it's less work and money for me, but I think your condo will look better this way." He was on time, brought his son and another coworker, and completed all the work within an hour. To top it off - he actually charged me LESS then his estimate for the work. I would 100% recommend George to anyone. The only knock on George is that he is not the best at answering email or text's (even though he asked that I contact him that way). The good news is that he always has picked up the phone when I've called. read more

Beazley Electric is GREAT! Kris Beazley has installed security cameras, floodlights and ceiling fans for me and also sorted out several electrical issues that my original builder left behind. His work is fast, efficient and he is a lovely person to have in your home. He's always punctual, and when he makes an appointment, he keeps that appointment and his rates are incredibly reasonable. They are a great company and I highly recommend them for all your electrical and installation needs! read more

We have used George for both residential and business on multiple occasions. He is far and away the most professional and responsive electrician I have ever met. Once I called him to fix what I thought was a major problem that our breaker box was so hot it was almost not possible to touch it. Turned out to be nothing once he pulled out the breaker box, he did not even charge us. We will never use anyone else. There is a funny note anecdote. George is not the most technologically up to date person. When he was working on our last project he indicated he was getting "all these calls from something called Yelp " he went on to say "apparently someone wrote a review now I get calls all the time, I don't even know what this is" (my wife and I have since explained in detail :-) read more

If you ever need an electrician in the Atlanta area, George Beazley and his son Chris of Beazley Electric are your guys. Returned from out of town to a frozen toilet, broken security system, no internet, major electrical problems, a furnace that went out both Monday and Tuesday on the coldest nights we've ever seen here in GA, and a visit by the fire department for an electrical fire! Which, I should point out, they did not detect although the transformer in our security system had burned up. I smelt the most acrid fumes, which I knew were electrical, but THREE firemen walked all around my house and insisted they didn't smell anything! George Beazley offered to come out ASAP even though it was the end of the day, but because the fire dept made me think I was crazy I declined his offer. Finally found the culprit in the hall closet the next morning. Beazley Electric was supposed to come out later in the week to fix the corroding ground wire but it turned out to be more of an emergency situation than we initially thought. They moved their schedule around, were out here in an hour with 3 guys, spent 6 hours re-wiring and adding outlets to the attic and flood lights out back. They're the nicest guys, reasonably priced and local. I will be using them for any future electrical needs. Call Beazley Electric! read more

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mr. Beazley. He tried to fix my problem for free over the phone, but when I still had issues he came out to my house and fixed the issue in about 15 minutes. He put up with my noisy barking bog and even tried to make friends with her. He only charged me $75.00 which was a lot less than two other contractors had quoted me. I totally recommend, not only is he honest he is good at his job! read more

I have had a problem with my electrical outlet in a breakfast nook. More and more outlets were not working. I called other electricians who just couldn't find the problem. after having no electricity in that area for the past 8 months I decided to look on Yelp and see who got the best ratings. sometimes I'm very leery that perhaps friends right through a few for the merchant. I called George at Beasley electric and took my chances. He had excellent reviews. He is truly amazing. He knows electric circuits and knew immediately what the problem was, we had a burnt out wire in the circuit breakers. No other electrician had found this problem because the circuit breaker didn't indicate that there was a problem. Finally, we have electricity back and we can hook up a television and use lights in that area. I wouldn't hesitate to call George again. read more

George came and did some electrical work in my condo. When I meet people like George, i think wow there still are really great people left in this world. He's honest and trust worthy. I just got off the phone with Mr. Beazley. What a nice man! He could not schedule a visit because he is very busy. BUT, he took five minutes on the phone to ask me some questions to try and help me figure out the problem. One of his suggestions worked! read more

George came out to my house during Snowpacolypse 2014. He helped solve some electrical problems that had been plaguing us for a while. He worked quickly and was very helpful in letting me know the cause of our problems. He had a charge just for coming to the house (standard practice for electricians), but it was very reasonable as was the total for all of the work. I would definitely recommend his company to any of my friends or neighbors. read more

I found George Beazley by reading other reviews on yelp. George did terrific work! We needed 2 new fans put in on our 75 year old home, did not have electricity in a porch and an attic closet, and wanted floodlights (with motion sensors) installed outside. George calmly surveyed everything that needed to be done, gave a quote upfront, and answered all of my pesky questions patiently (and with good humor) when he was working. Best of all, in spite of choosing optimal components for our home, he came in under the original estimate. The whole experience was so amazing, that I wanted to give George 6 stars. Other plusses: he managed everything through texts, emails, smartphone, which made it great for me to coordinate. He was punctual, completely in control and extremely prepared and experienced. All of this meant, we could just go on living our lives as if he was not around when he did the work. read more

Excellent experience. Mr. Beazley responded to my request same-day, and finished the job in under 30 minutes for the price we had agreed upon. He was friendly, courteous, and even took his shoes off when he came inside since it had been raining (without being asked). Would definitely recommend for your household electrical needs! read more
