Alan appeared on his version of a white horse to save the day/night/weekend (and our fried brains) and we could not have been more appreciative/grateful or more in awe of his pleasant, professional, personable and humble act of coming to our rescue after what was no doubt already a long work day for him! In no time, Alan worked his magic, and left smiling claiming once again it was "no problem" and yet surely it was - for him - but - for us a Cool Relief!!! We use AK Aire services for our AC, Heating, Electric and Generator needs and they have always - ALWAYS been amazing (for our son's condo water heater emergency too). We totally appreciate their expertise and the sensitivity to our EVERY call - crisis' as well as the proactive Ones. Thanks again and AGAIN AK Aire and All the cavalry there that contiously come to eliminate our home maintenance dramas!!!

So, it has broken down an average of 1-3 times a year. Finally, we saved our pennies in a jar and bought a new one, which Kenneth installed today. It's swell to finally have a new heater, but now I likely won't be seeing Kenneth as often, which is a shame. He is a pro, can fix anything, knows the heater business as well as anyone and his prices have always been reasonable.

He called at 10:45 and said he would be over soon. He was polite and put on his shoe protectors before entering. I showed him the heater and off he went. Yikes, the bulb was out in the attic and Anthony replaced it for me. He showed me what he did and replaced my filter. He was very energetic and showed me pictures of my heater. I'm good for another season. Thanks Anthony for the quick and complete heater maintenance.

That evaluation was part of several issues that led me to run away from a money-trap property. Eventually, I found a home to purchase and have used Kennon for HVAC work since. My AC decided it was time for a stunt in the middle of the hottest week of the summer on July 3rd. Kennon was running holiday hours and staff for the weekend, not surprisingly, but they still managed to work me in and quickly replaced the capacitor. Christopher was quick and very kind.

Well, I found Weldon Heating and Air on Yelp and I am so glad! Aden was prompt, friendly, and quick! He was very knowledgeable and gave me pointers on how to use my Google Nest and he told me what to do if I had issues. The best parts were that there were no wires or drilling needed and the price was extremely reasonable! That really made me smile! Thank you, Aden; it was such a pleasure and your service was outstanding. I highly recommend Weldon and will most definitely use them again.

I needed an estimate of the work as soon as possible, so called several companies before (thankfully!) coming across Triad Mechanical. I spoke with Kim in the front office, who understand the need for the urgency of the price quote and jumped right on it. They were able to send someone out to the home that same day to provide a price quote, which was much appreciated by both the hospital and family- who very much wanted their child at home as soon as possible. The family entrusted Triad Mechanical to replace their HVAC system, and to say that the company went above and beyond would be an absolute understatement. It is often a rarity to find a company that combines both compassion with outstanding and thorough work, but owner Baxter Carbine and Triad Mechanical manage to do both. On behalf of the family who is now home sweet home, we thank you for everything!
