Heating and air guys are excellent. They know exactly what needs to be done to keep things on track. Highly recommend Zone

When we called we received the estimate on the phone immediately. The technician was professional, and on time. The technician carefully boxed up the traps owned by our previous company and installed Zone bait traps. I am very pleased with how easy Zone employees made our transition to their termite service. Excellent company to do business with. Our AC was acting up and Zone Home Solutions was able to squeeze us into their packed schedule. Repairman Chris was punctual, found the problem immediately and repaired it at a very affordable price as well as making recommendations. He was professional, pleasant, respectful and just an overall great guy! We will be using them again to maintain our system and we highly recommend this company. read more

Zone Heating and Air are outstanding! They were recommended by a friend of ours who also used them. Brian and Barrett were very informative and the quality of service they performed was above and beyond. Had a complete new system installed, had 3 different quotes and Zone was the best price overall. read more

Rodrick did a great job. Timely response, very professional, explained everything clearly.

Made an appointment the day prior and happy they could come out right away. Technician was delayed, but company kept me apprised. Chris was here after regular hours and thoroughly completed his furnace maintenance. First time using these folks and pricing was great for annual maintenance program. Will continue and recommend. read more

Quick response, easy to schedule an appointment, and the tech that came out was very thorough, explained the issue and costs, and fixed in well within a reasonable time frame. read more

Chris was a great technician that was timely and knowledgeable. He took care of my German roach infestation in just a couple visits.

Our AC went out last summer and needed replacing. Great service and people were easy to work with.

As a new homeowner, my termite bond was up for renewal with a national company that was impossible to reach or coordinate with their automated communications. After speaking with zone, they came out the next week to inspect my bait stations and refill them. Nate was extremely thorough cleaning up the last company's inconsistent work. He was thoughtful, answered questions and I feel like my house is in very good hands with Zone! read more

Todd consistently provides exceptional service--he is punctual, thorough and highly professional. We couldn't be happier with Zone Home's quarterly service and highly recommend it to anyone in need of reliable pest control! read more

Everything about this service call was PERFECT: fast scheduling, showed up on time, pleasant and professional in everyway. Reasonable pricing. MALACHI, the service technician, is as good as they come, the kind of employee every company is seeking. Highly recommend Zone Home Solutions! read more

I interviewed representatives of 3 Trust Dale HVAC companies for quotes to replace my downstairs HVAC system and a new hot water heater. Zone exceeded the other companies in cost and service contracts. Jason thoroughly explained all the equipment offerings and pricing. This was a major financial undertaking, causing multiple discussions to make the best informed decision. Jason was consistently patient and professional. Once I selected Zone, Mario and his crew (Barrett and Jose) worked seamlessly to complete a very challenging installation. Even though confronted with an unexpected complication, Mario remained unflustered and delivered in record time. All office communications with Val were well managed and given immediate attention. Thrilled that I made the right decision in choosing Zone, I would without hesitation use them again and recommend them to others seeking HVAC services. read more

Zone replaced our old 3 ton AC with 3.5 ton Carrier heat pump. Jason came to our house to provide an estimate, he was very knowledgeable on AC, and pointed out an installation issue with our existing system which no one else had spotted. He explained the difference between the different carrier products - we went for the mid-range. The installation only took a morning including a new suction line and extra duct to living room. Installation is very neat and well done. Price was very competitive units use the new R410 refrigerant. Compressor and air handler are very quiet in operation and we can already feel the air is much colder from the ducts. Trevor read more

This guy Jeff does my termite inspection annually and it could not be an easier process. Peace of mind, awesome people, quick and efficient service. Priced well within market. I used to also have their general pest control service (for years). I switched careers and can't afford to have it anymore, yet it is priced well within the market, they're very responsive and do great work. Same sentiment with ant control for the yard. read more

We have used Zone for two homes here in Georgia. We find them excellent. They always are courteous and show up on time. I highly recommend Zone Home Solutions. read more

Great quality work. Was very pleased with the estimate and the work. Chandler and song did a wonderful job

I'm a Zone customer now for the last 7 years (termite customer). Every year I get my termite inspection visit. They walk around the outside of my home, they inspect my storage shed under my porch; and they also inspect my basement and garage area too. These are locked spaces, so I have to be there for the inspection. This year, I set my appointment for yesterday at 11am, but the tech (Elijah) showed up more than an hour early and "completed" the appointment without me being there. This is unacceptable because he didn't get to inspect my basement, garage, and storage shed. So, I called the office and left a message for a potential reschedule. Then Elijah ends up calling back a few minutes later and apologizes, and proceeds to tell me that he moved my appointment up because he had other appointments across town and he was trying to stay on schedule. Again, this is unacceptable because I also had a scheduled appointment, so why couldn't he honor my appointment time too? So, against my better judgement, Elijah and I discussed further, and he agreed to come out today between 12 and 1pm to complete the rest of the inspection. Then, at 11:30 am today, I receive a confusing voicemail from Elijah that ultimately sounded like he was cancelling our appointment. I was very upset about that, but to be fair, I wasn't completely sure he was canceling, so I ended up texted him around 12:25 to confirm he was still coming out today. But he replied back confirming he was canceling. His basic reason for the cancel was due to distance from his home (he says he lives in Winder), and also he doesn't normally work on Saturdays and Sundays. Unacceptable!! So, from my personal experiences, it seems like Zone home doesn't do a good job with honoring their appointments. One more thing to add... (Unfortunately, this isn't the first issue I've had with Zone where I've had to write an unflattering review. When I first signed with them back in 2015 or 16, I had a somewhat similar appointment related issue, but that was ultimately handled by Michael Adams (VP of Operations). He did a great job, so that's why ultimately ended up signing with Zone. ) read more

I had a couple of companies come out. The first company told us that we needed two new systems costing over $10,000 in total. The Zone technician came out and went a step further and looked for, and identified, where the issue was. Based on his diagnostics, I only needed a new AC coil and a repair on the other unit. The total cost was $3,800, saving us $6,200. Both AC units are nice and cold on the summer days. The diagnostic tech and install techs were punctual and arrived within the window of time they quoted. The only reason that I did not give 5*'s is because I would have preferred if the technician provided more detailed notes as to what repair was done and an itemized invoice of the work performed. Also, it took 4 days to get the install tech out to repair the unit. Other companies I have had experience with in the past make a point to come out the next day for installs. I understand that this is a new company and they will get there. Keep in mind that the positives far outweighed the negatives and I would 100% use this company again. I just wanted to provide an honest review of my experience. To sum it up, It's really hard to find a company that you can trust to be honest with you and not try to get you to spend money on things that are not needed just to pad their wallets. Kudos to Zone Home Solutions for proving to be a trustworthy company consumers can depend on. Shout out to Jason and Val. It was a pleasure dealing with you both. read more

We are clients of Zone Home Solutions because of Jason DeSantis. From the first time we met we were so impressed with him. He is direct, honest, so knowledgeable and always does what he says he is going to do. One of the best decisions we ever made was purchase a heat pump several years ago because of him. If there is anyone in Atlanta more knowledgeable we would like to meet them. We are comfortable knowing that he and his staff stay current and knowledgeable in HVAC practices. He really looks out for his clients. Steve Prigge has been the technician servicing our heating and air conditioning for the past several years. He is professional, very knowledgeable of the equipment and a nice guy. When we have questions he is good about explaining things. Years ago we had a bad experience with a technician at another company so we are very particular about who performs our service. With Steve we have a comfort level knowing that service has been done properly and our furnace/air conditioner are in good shape. First impressions are so important in business. Val Vanderpool is one of the best. She is always cheerful and helpful when calling for appointments or information in general. As with the rest of Jason's team, she stays so informed. She is so good when trying to schedule a time that works for everyone based on the need. Also, we have called her a few times with general questions and she made sure we had the information we needed. This is an outstanding team and we appreciate all of them more than you know! We can't say enough good things about them. In 2021 we moved into a new home and started using Zone Pest Solutions, based on recommendation from Jason. Todd Collyer is our technician. He is polite, professional, a very nice man and quick to answer any questions we have. We are glad to say that we have not had a pest issue since starting the service with you and working with Todd. Thank you for this wonderful service. read more

The AC on our attic-based HVAC system stopped working. I was able to see that the problem was related to the compressor no longer working / starting up. The temperature on that floor went up 87F and stayed there all day, making it impossible to be comfortable up there. Enter Zone Home Solutions to this story.. I called the company's phone service and spoke with a very nice lady who took my information and passed it along to the on-call folks yesterday evening (Saturday 7/15), asked me for some additional info and set me up with a weekend/afterhours appointment for today (Sunday 7/16). Chris was the technician that Zone sent out to visit our home. They use a system to send email and text updates on both the appointment and arrival estimates, which made it easy for us to anticipate Chris' arrival. Chris got right to work and quickly agreed that the appearance was of a problem with the compressor. He found that the capacitor was dead, so he swapped that out... only to find that the compressor still would not start. He asked if it was OK to swap the contactor on the unit as well, which I agreed to. This did the trick! He also topped off the coolant since his diagnostics revealed that the system was otherwise in good shape but likely hadn't had additional coolant added to provide the required total pressure in the system. Chris also reviewed my attic layout for a couple of vents in my house that are underperforming. He shared feedback that the plenum around the air handler was not installed correctly/properly and, as such, the system is less than effective/efficient at this time. However, he entered appropriate notes so that the folks at Zone know what we're hoping to have looked at/addressed to further improve that system's ability to manage the heating and air conditioning of our home. To sign this off, I want to send a huge "THANK YOU!!" to Chris - you did an outstanding job and we very much appreciate that. This was our first experience with Zone Home Solutions and we're thrilled with the results, so far. TL;DR - If you live in Zone Home Solutions' service area Look no further. These folks are professional, thorough and great to work with. We look forward to signing up for the 2x per year maintenance program. Thank you, Zone Home Solutions! read more

These guys are great. We have 2 homes and we've hired Zone to service both homes. Its nice to have someone come out every 5 or 6 months and clean and service both the furnace and air conditioner and let us know how they are functioning. Not to mention they always replace the filters during there service so I'm sure to have a well running and clean system. I highly recommend Zone Home Solutions. read more

After using another HVAC company for annual maintenance I decided to give Zone Home Solutions a try. It was easy to schedule the HVAC appointment with Zone. I like that I received text message to confirm my appointment and to alert me of my technician's upcoming arrival. The technician, Roderick, was prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Roderick took time to answer my questions and to provide me with options for my needs. So far, I'm pleased with the service I've received from Zone Home Solutions. read more

We needed a new termite bond and regular pest control. I reached out to a few different companies on Yelp and Zone was one of the first ones to respond. Most companies wanted to come out to check the size of our house before providing a quote. (Apparently I couldn't just give them square footage.) I wasn't interested in having to wait longer before actually receiving service. Thankfully, Zone just asked some questions over the phone, answered the questions we had, and came out the next business day to start our services. Technicians were friendly and quick. Glad we chose them and didn't wait for some other company to provide a "free quote" when Zone was able to come out after just a phone call. read more

I was having issues with my prior termite company, especially with poor customer service and bond renewal fee increases every single year. Zone Home Solutions was the complete opposite. They are very responsive in answering my questions thoroughly as well as extremely professional and friendly. They also do not increase their yearly bond renewal for the current bond agreement. Our tech was Jonathan, who was very nice, efficient, and respectful of the property. Would highly recommend Zone Home Solutions. read more

Both technicians texted before they came, they were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Finally the price was very reasonable for superior service.
