Just want to give a rave review to The Green Queen for our turf care and pest control. For starters, all of the company's products are truly green, non-toxic, and 100% safe! That was really important to me having young children in the house. The thought of them tracking pesticides through my house from their shoes drove me nuts! I can rest easy now. If this kind of peace of mind and safety is important to you, I highly recommend this company. Lastly, their service is top notch. I had my yard sprayed for ants (we had a HUGE ant infestation outside) and after one application the ants mobilized closer to my home (proving that application worked where they put it). I reached out on a Sunday (closed) but still received an email from the owner stating that she herself would be at my house first thing Monday morning to reapply, and to come up with a plan to chase and eradicate the ants. Needless to say I'm a happy customer now with zero ants and zero screaming children at said sight of ants. I truly believe that with this company you are not sacrificing service/performance or effectiveness with safety. I know this may be a concern for most trying to transition from chemicals to toxic-free. Yes, you have to be patient on your lawn and may not see results immediately like with traditional weed companies. If it's more important to you to have a golf course lawn than it is to have a safe one, then this may not be for you. But if you want safety and performance that you can wait on bc you understand the benefits, than this is the company for you. As for pest control, I've seen no difference in using a traditional Pest control company and The Green Queen - the only difference is my young kids can breathe what's being sprayed and can run on the grass and I don't have to shower them to get the chemicals off. We've used Green Queen's cleaning service twice now, and they are great!! We recently had our 2nd child, and we were falling behind on cleaning. We were barely getting the basics done, and we needed some help. My family is vegan and we use vegan, plant-based, non-animal tested products. I was so happy to find Green Queen because they also use all vegan products. We started with a deep clean so we could get "caught up." I can't tell you how great it felt to be able to relax in a clean home after they left. No more stress! They did a phenomenal job and were really fast. We immediately signed up for a regular cleaning schedule. They offer many options at affordable prices - weekly, biweekly, and monthly. We just had our second cleaning, and we're still super pleased! I'm a first-time user of this company's services, and I know I'll be a customer for a long time!! We needed a green clean fresh start so we could continue to maintain it for a month or two at a time. I'll definitely use them quarterly if not more often than that!! Having used traditional services in the past, I found they would take shortcuts, and I'm kinda picky with where my stuff goes, so it frustrated me things were crooked & out if place. But not with Green Queens! Other than my place looking, smelling, and feeling squeaky clean, you would never have known someone had moved anything--it was where it should be, and the entire surface areas were spotless! Not only that, but blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards--everything was remarkably clean. Finally, the price. At least 20% below what I would have expected for a traditional service. After burning our lawn from over fertilizing it last year, we were in need of a lot of help. I wanted to wait to review until after I've seen how the first applications affected our grass. Just after two applications, our lawn is actually green! And there are very, very few weeds 6 weeks after applicatiom. Our lawn is being treated for a third time this week, and I'm so excited to see it continue to look better. The price is competitive with other treatments, however the non-toxic products that are used make me feel a whole lot better about it! If I were able to give more than 5 stars for the Green Queen Nontoxic Services-Housecleaning Services, I would! Never has my house been more clean as when they leave. They are efficient and the best part is no toxins in our home! It's very important to me to rid our home of as many harmful chemicals as possible and knowing the cleaning team can assist in that effort makes them invaluable. We also use Green Queen Turf Services. Even though I knew we wanted no toxins, I was skeptical the weed control and fertilizer would actually work. Sure, I've had to pull a few weeks in my beds but for the most part, it does work! Plus, they aerated our lawn-I didn't even know that was part of the service! I could not be happier with this company. 1. Communication was excellent. Responses to my emails were quick, sometimes even immediate. It was very easy to schedule a day for my cleaning. When I called, a person picked up the phone. No automation or transferring. 2. The actual cleaning was phenomenal. I walked around my house afterwards looking for a place that might have been missed-- couldn't find a single one. I got the deep cleaning service for my 3/2 house and they were done in three hours (something that would have taken me all day). 3. I support what this company represents. I was excited to find Green Queen as an alternate to traditional chemical sprays. Initially, when using the solely organic treatment, we did not see any significant changes in a year that has been horrible for mosquitos here. When I emailed the company to cancel the service, the owner herself responded, came to our home to walk our property, and made recommendations both for a change to their hybrid spray as well as things we could do to minimize mosquitos based on other things she saw. We gave it another chance and my kids are back to finally enjoying our backyard playset again without being bit 100 times. I have had cleaning service as well as quarterly bug service. Best cleaning my house has ever seen. I love that they only use botanical non-toxic cleaning solutions and bug treatments. I know a difference that has made in my health and my kids health. The owner, Jennifer is so conscientious and takes her time with you to make sure everything is just right. Our bug guy, Courtney is soooo nice and takes his time to make sure that everything is addressed. I will start yard service with them in the new year when my contract runs out with my old company as they do non-toxic yard treatment as well. We have been using Green Queen for nearly 2 years now and cannot recommend their home cleaning services enough. I can say that one of the things I look most forward to are the days when Green Queen comes - there is nothing like coming home after a long day of work to a sparkling clean house! Excellent! We recently moved into a new home and we were noticing larger than normal wolf spiders, smaller wolf spiders, cockroaches, centipedes..just standard stuff that will come in if a house "sits" for a while. We have a mosquito problem in our yard. I can be outside within a minute or two and get bitten usually several times. We selected Green Queen because we have pets that go out into the yard and really wanted something non-toxic that would not only kill the army of mosquitoes around our house, but also be safe for us, our pets and the multitude of birds, chipmunks, and squirrels that are around. The technician showed up within the time range scheduled and did a great job. We're so excited I have a pest control service that is safe for my kid and my pets. I get nervous because my child's nursery has an crawl space entry and whenever other pest control services put bait in there I get so nervous because it's so close to my child. I slept well knowing that everything was safe. The technician was wonderful and offered practical advice on how to keep pests away. I've been using Green Queen for over a year - love them! Yes, sometimes they arrive a little later than they expected, but that means the person before me got a very thorough cleaning and so will I! Although we just started using Green Queen, my husband and I are already impressed with their deep cleaning services. They're quick, friendly and very thorough. Not only are their cleaners great - Jennifer (the owner) and Katie (ops mgr) are wonderful too. They provide reasonable cleaning prices, are organized and really communicative. The cleaners for our first scheduled appt ran into car issues yet Katie provided very prompt notification of the situation and their solution.
