I've been using North Fulton Pest Solutions for more than 8 years, and they've consistently provided outstanding service. Their technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of both my family and our home. Communication is excellent. They send convenient SMS reminders, appointment confirmations, check-ins, and follow-ups, so you always know what to expect. On rare occasions when an issue needs additional attention, they're quick to come back for a no-cost retreatment, which shows they truly stand behind their work. Reliable service, great customer care, and a company that genuinely values its customers. I highly recommend North Fulton Pest Solutions to anyone looking for a dependable pest control provider. We have used North Fulton Pest for 30 years since we renovated this historical Mill house built in 1853 to keep it free from pests like termites. Great company with professional employees from the front office setting up appointments to the field techs who are always knowledgeable and hard working. Highly recommend this service. read more

I've gotta say - North Fulton Pest Solutions seems to be doing their best to restore my faith in humanity. Lest I sound like I'm ungrateful - let me me just say - I love my home. I'm happy to be a homeowner & my home really hasn't given me a lot of problems over the last 23 years. Knock on wood. But ... I have partial cedar / partial Hardie plank (cement fiber board) and anyone that knows anything about cedar - they know that woodpeckers love the stuff - so initially - even within the first 5 years - I had my struggles with holes left by ambitious birds. Found some things that didn't work. Found some things that worked. Replaced 2 cedar sides with Hardie plank. After getting royally ripped off & left in the lurch by Critter Cowboys, I went on the search, again, for another wildlife removal / exclusion company and after several phone calls I made an appt with North Fulton Pest Solutions. Todd J was my salesperson & he could not have been nicer. He explained the process & made me feel like I'd be in good hands. They are adamant about coming back 4 times after the exclusion and they did. Tyler came out for the initial Exclusion but they ran into a slight issue because my builder's gap was so wide but instead of just slapping the flashing on and saying nothing, they let me know that they were going to need to come back with wider strips of flashing to complete the job. The next week, Tyler & Chris were back - and icing on the cake - there was no additional charge!!! BTW - Chris is a walking encyclopedia of entomology! Octavious (sp?) did my third trap check and Todd J (aka the man-with-the-plan) was back for my fourth and final check Monday! My attic finally has clean bill of health. Don't get me wrong - I'm still hearing all that popping & cracking - but at least now I know it's just ghosts - and not rats or squirrels. I also appreciated the honesty & integrity I witnessed. On my final visit. Todd spied this creepy looking hole on the side of the concrete slab / base that sites below the upstairs deck. When I asked him what might have caused it. This man looked me dead in my face and said, "Ya know, Denise, I gotta tell you - I don't know." I almost hurt my neck a) whipping my head around in shock & b) trying not to laugh. I'm so used to people coming up with some sort of explanation (aka BS) when they don't know the answer to something. I found his honesty super refreshing! I was legit expecting him to say 'concrete termites' (turns out that's not a thing) or ... 'Yes - er um - this is very common. It looks like the work of the concretus leviticus monsteria. And you've probably got an entire colony living under your house. Now that we've sealed up your attic - they had to look for a new place to live & now they're living underneath your house. If you don't get rid of them, they'll chew through your concrete foundation & be inside your house with a full-fledged infestation within the next 4 months. If you'd like, I can work an estimate to do a trapping and exclusion along the bottom edge of your house - because that wasn't included." So YAY! For not lying to me. In addition to ghosts in my attic - I probably have some sort of other-world creature straight out-of-a-Stephen-King-novel with teeth like razors and jaws like pistons that climbs out the 'creek' next to my house & gnaws on that concrete for its midnight snack. Todd told me to stuff the hole with steel wool. Part of me wants to take his advice - and the horror-movie-loving-probably-first-person-to-die-as-a-result-of-let's-go-investigate-syndrome part of me wants to stick a night vision camera back there to see what's happening. But I digress ... I've raved about the sales and field staff - so let me also give the admin / support staff some kudos: the office staff was always super responsive (via text, email and phone) and that is REALLY saying something in this day and age of lackluster customer service. This company had a perfect 5 star rating on Google and at first glance - I hesitated, thinking, Wait - no one's perfect - must be fake. But these guys really do seem to be doing their absolute best to be the absolute best! When I sorted by 'oldest' review - I realized that they have LONG-STANDING history of 5 star reviews (not just some fly-by-night company), so I decided to call and I'm so glad I did. If I HAD to list a 'complaint' - the only thing I would say is that because I'm out here in the boondocks (south-south-west-west Marietta), scheduling isn't as easy as it might be if I were in Fulton. At least this is what the office said. So I'm not sure how well it would go if I wanted to hire them for routine pest control. But for folks who live closer to their base operation / core service areas, I don't think this would be a problem. Overall - I strongly believe that if you're looking for an affordable, knowledgeable, caring team to look after your home - you can't go wrong with North Fulton Pest Solutions! read more

Great service and courteous technicians. Very respectful of my house and yard. Joe Craven is always on time and sends me a notification if he will be delayed at another location. Highly recommended for pest control services and for termite treatment. Good value considering they will always come out if needed for spot treatment between regular services. read more

We had squirrel intrusion in our attic of the house, so I asked North Fulton pest solution to take care of it. They came in relatively quick time and fix out my gable attic vent. They also set up traps and came back four times to make sure there were no longer any animals in my attic. They also offer a relatively better price for service compared to other services I got quoted from. I am overall very satisfied with their services they provided to my house. read more

I had been hearing running noises in my attic off and on for a few weeks. I called North Fulton Pest Solutions for an inspection. They arrived on time, explored the attic and took photos and let me know through the photos there was no evidence of squirrels or rodents in my attic. It looked like squirrels were running along the edge of my roof over my bedroom. The Technician was professional and educational. I would definitely call them again if I have a problem. read more

North Fulton pest solutions is such a great company! We have been using them for approximately 4 years. Last year we added quarterly mosquito treatments since we have lots of woods and a pond and a couple creeks. It's been working well and I'm impressed. Kids can play all they want. The technician we work with is usually Quincy and he is absolutely FANTASTIC in terms of professionalism, ways of communication, and in person interactions. It's definitely a business that's worth your time, respect, and trust! Highly recommend! Thank you team! read more

I just wanted to drop a short note to communicate how much I think of Chris at NFPS... They cleared out my attic squirrel problem about 2 years ago and have returned on several occasions when the critter got back in again. Chris, my technician arrived on time and solved the problem and hopefully prevented another occurrence. I love it when companies do what they say and always are professional. Thanks Chris. read more

I contacted this company with regards to getting rid of these nasty CARPENTER BEES that were literally eating my house alive. The first service didn't go very well and I still saw the dust in my front porch and deck from the wood that those BEES were eating, but after a few messages and calls, they finally did come back and retreated my home, and it is SO much better now. I appreciate the follow up and the service they have provided. The only reason I took one star off is because it took them very long to answer my claims. But, in any case, I am thankful. I have to say my peace of mind has come back after a year of being in this home because of you guys and Joe. I started with another company last August when we moved here and the problem with roaches and other critters never stopped which is why I had to switch. Ever since you guys came into our lives back in February, we have only seen minimal critters and that was only in the super hot summer and they love coming in through the cracks which we have many of in this ole house. But I have not seen any in a month and that was last year the worst time for them in this house. Thank you guys for sending us Joe to help us, he is so personable, he listens to our needs, and really shows he loves his job. We are so grateful we can sleep and not worry! read more

North Fulton is one of the few exterminators who acted like professionals. I spoke with three people. All were knowledgeable and courteous. I was pleased with the inspection and the quote. Would have chosen their service but the tech didn't call back all day. So we went with someone else. Then I learned he had gotten hurt. I feel bad that I didn't give him the benefit of the doubt, and now we have service that is second rate. Going back to NFPS when the contract runs out. read more

Joe Craven is a true blessing in disguise.... He's very professional and knowledgable in his role with North Fulton Pest Solutions. My mother and I are overly ecstatic and there's not enough words in the dictionary to describe how we feel. My mother and I aren't big on emotions in the professional world, but what speaks volumes on that aspect is when a person builds a solid/good rapport with us and demonstrates superb professionalism and that is what Joe has done. He's a gem in our eyes and God sent and on Thanksgiving it feels good to add him on the list of things to be thankful for. :) read more
