Our neighborhood was infested with ants. So much that some even sold their home to get away from the unbearable conditions. Everyone tried different pest control companies with mixed results; the ants would leave for awhile and then come back in force. One day while filling my car with gas I approached this fellow who worked at Urban Pest Control and discussed my situation. His knowledge was by far better then any company I ever dealt with. Even though it was the end of his day he followed me home and inspected, he identified the ant and explained their behavior. Gave me a price quote that was half the cost of previous companies we used. Plus they added Termite protection at no additional cost. The "ant control program" included them returning and treating on set intervals. They installed ant bait stations around my house and returned weekly to refill.3 weeks into the program and the ants were gone. I recommended them to my neighbors and within a few months so many had signed up with them, Our entire neighborhood was ant free, 5 years later we still have them treating our house and we remain ant free. Thanks to luck and needing gas at the same time as Rob from Urban Pest Control we now can live in our home ant free. read more

We have now been using the services for a year. It seems strange to have pest control to only treat our home every six months. The real shocker though, the inside treatment don't smell like a male cat marked his territory throughout the house. In fact it has no odor. Through the years we have been suffering with tiny ants that seem to multiply 10 times each hour. Urban does something brilliant that makes so much sense...they put ant bait stations outside the house......amazing revelation....get them before they get in the house. This visit included the BEESAFE mosquito treatment. All natural environmental and creature safe...except for mosquitos.....what a concept!!! Thank you UPCATL.com read more

We started with Urban Pest control in the mid 1990s and brought them to several new homes, always thrilled with the service and results that Matt Robinson and his team brought to us - both in terms of controlling bugs / ants, termite detection and prevention etc. Pricing has always been competitive and service unrivalved. We probably see Urban 4 times a year (2 scheduled visits and 2 visits when we have unwanted silverfish or ladybug visitors). Urban is always super responsive and effective; Highly recommend this company (not the biggest but the best!) read more

We are pretty picky customers, but we were blown away by Urban Pest Control and their technician Walt. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He patiently explained the issue we were having (German roaches), how they lived and reproduced, and how he would get rid of them, and what to expect. He said it might take several treatments to get rid of them completely, but they have a six month guarantee and will return anytime for free during that time for new treatments. The price was very reasonable. We could not be more pleased. read more

I have used Urban Pest Control for years. I purchased my home in 2015 and they have provided Excellent Service at an affordable price consistently! The technicians are always prompt and courteous and they always take their time to answer any questions and/or concerns that I may have. Just recently I phoned their office to schedule a service and was greeted by Ms. Angela Gant, who was not only prudent & professional but also very welcoming with a special southern charm. THANK YOU URBAN PEST CONTROL.... FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!! read more

We have been a customer of Urban Pest Control for over 25 years. Matt has been great all that time. Over the years we have had other Service Technicians perform our service and each and every time we are completely satisfied. On occasion we get a Technician that isn't real comfortable with our 130 pound dog, but they always accommodate. Originally from Florida where you must share your home with insects and critters we have found that living bug free to be a happy experience. read more

We have 2 houses and have used Urban Pest Control for many years. They are always prompt, reliable, remind us when we are due for service (every 6 months), and very thorough at looking for potential problems (eg, termites). I especially like the fact that if I ever have extra bugs around (ants or wasp nests outside), they will come and take care of it - as many times as is needed. No extra charges and usually same day service. read more

I think I've had every one of your technicians service my many different homes over the past 10+ years and every one of them is outstanding and provided excellent service. I have moved out of your coverage area so sadly will not be using your services anymore. I have always highly recommended your company and if I ever move back to the Atlanta area will definitely use you again. Thanks read more

I have been a customer for 15 years and we love Walter. However I have noticed that am having to call frequently to have him return to treat because it doesn't work. For this last issue, millipede, he's been 3 times with little resolution. In desperation, I sprayed Raid on my door frames to see if it would work and it did! It worked better than the service I'm paying for..... read more

Bill Long did a great job surveying around our house to check for ant mounds. Sat out several bate traps and then sprayed the interior accordingly. So far we haven't seen any more ants.
