Our neighborhood was infested with ants. So much that some even sold their home to get away from the unbearable conditions. Even though it was the end of his day he followed me home and inspected, he identified the ant and explained their behavior. The "ant control program" included them returning and treating on set intervals. They installed ant bait stations around my house and returned weekly to refill.3 weeks into the program and the ants were gone. We have now been using the services for a year. It seems strange to have pest control to only treat our home every six months. The real shocker though, the inside treatment don't smell like a male cat marked his territory throughout the house. In fact it has no odor. He patiently explained the issue we were having (German roaches), how they lived and reproduced, and how he would get rid of them, and what to expect. He said it might take several treatments to get rid of them completely, but they have a six month guarantee and will return anytime for free during that time for new treatments. I have been a customer for 15 years and we love Walter. However I have noticed that am having to call frequently to have him return to treat because it doesn't work.
