I used Pyramid to help me with squirrels in the attic. I got a few other estimates but none of those companies looked at the flashing that already existed. Others wanted to replace all the flashing. Terry looked at the flashing and most of it was good just not secured. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to start within in a few days (he even came out same day to investigate the issue). They came out when they said they would and took care of sealing off the entry point and putting in excavator so the squirrels could get out but not back in. I've used Pyramid for yellow jacket removal, and I tried their annual pest control for the first time last year. Sure enough, I didn't see any roaches or other pests until a little over a year after the treatment. Retreated last week and haven't seen any since. Two Saturdays ago I awoke to an emergency message from my tenant about sounds from the attic keeping her awake/getting worse over the past few days and also a bad smell when she turned on the A/C. The issue was complicated further because I'm living abroad and by it being a Saturday wasn't sure if someone would come the same day. I read through the Yelp reviews and the company with the most consistently better reviews was Pyramid and owner Terry, so I called them. Terry came out right away and called with a thorough explanation of the problems he found upon inspection. Day 1 the critters in the attic were removed! Also for a small added fee his team removed boxes from the attic that had been contaminated by the squirrels and rodents. When Terry and crew returned the next day they found an area of rotted wood where a raccoon had entered overnight because the other areas were now sealed. Pyramid then sealed off the rotted wood until I can get siding repairs done. They also advised the smell was most likely that the air ducts needed cleaning. That was done and now the critters and the smell are gone. I am very pleased with the top level of service, the speed at which the work was done and the overall professionalism. Terry did a great job with constant communication and sending me pictures since I am out of the country. Again, I am very pleased and highly recommend this company/Terry. I found Pyramid and decided to call them on the weekend due to a yellow jacket issue. My situation was unique due to the fact I live in an apartment. Mr Woods picked up my call right away and we talked through my issue for 10 mins. Mr Woods is extremely knowledgeable, patient and honest. He advised me my apartment management had taken correct actions to address my issue and didn't want to charge me to provide services he deemed likely wouldn't address my issue. He did walk me through what my apt management would need to do to further address this issue which including access to the floors above and below me.. which something management would have to address. I called Terry after seeing several roaches in my new home within a couple days. He was able to come out the next day, and after a quick conversation in the beginning about what we needed and what the problems were, he walked us through our options. We were concerned about the safety of any pesticides for us and our dog, but Terry said the products are safe for humans and animals. The most impressive part of our experience with Terry was when we asked him about flea treatments, which are an additional charge. He said that he could put down a treatment on the home exterior, but essentially the product he puts on the inside already will treat any potential flea infestation so it might not be worth the extra. After the quick consultation, he was in and out in about a half hour after thoroughly spraying around the inside of our home and putting down product outside. He says the product is rated for a year and if we have any issues in that time to "call me, don't use Raid" haha. We have been having a bad German cockroach problem for the last several months. We got Terry to come out about a month ago and take a look as well as provide us with a general spraying around the house to keep other bugs out. Since Terry came, we have had no other outside bug sightings, but the German cockroaches were still around. Terry made time in his busy schedule to come back out and take another look. He identified the problem was in our dishwasher and advised we replace it and have him come back out for another spray. Fast forward to today, when we got our new dishwasher delivered and old one removed, and Terry was able to send out Theo at the last minute to get another spray done all around the house. From start to finish, Terry and Theo have both been wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We contacted Pyramid Exterminators to address a rodent problem in the attic and spray the home for insects. Theo and his team came out to assessed the situation and discovered there were gray squirrels accessing the attic through the roof. They communicated their plan of action and was able to start the corrective measures that day. The team did an excellent job closing the areas of the roof where the squirrels were coming in. They installed sheet metal around the perimeter roof and sealed up any other access points. The squirrels have not returned since. We also had them installed some additional heating insulation in the attic and spray the home for insects. During the service they were extremely courteous and professional. I began looking for local exterminators to handle a wasp problem in my attic and settled on Pyramid because I have my own business and so i like to patronize other local small businesses. When he arrived, he saw what areas I was talking about and told me that in those areas, it was WAY too hot for them to survive up there. If i had them a few months ago, then I had no wasps in the attic right now. He suggested a couple things he could do but he was really convinced that there was no need at this time. So, he came out and decided that there was no need to charge for anything! He said he could come back out if need be and try a couple things, but nothing was needed today. I was pleased that he made the trip and explained things to me without taking advantage of my misunderstanding about the problem. That was great! However, he realized that I was ALREADY HIS CUSTOMER. I had called for annual pest control service a while back and my year is up in August. I have to say, that I have had NO bugs in the house at all this whole year.
