I had a desperate situation with ants invading my home. I needed to get someone to treat my house pronto. Ray was more than accommodating and was able to fit me into his schedule the same day I called. He was very professional and on time. Having a cockroach fall from the sky while using the bathroom was a very unpleasant experience. Ray responded to my distress call promptly and came to my rescue. He did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of my house to ensure he covered all points of entry. He sprayed in and outside, put down traps, sprinkled something in the flower beds, and even got down some wasp nests around the eaves that I didn't even know were there. I was very hesitant to get another company out here, as the last couple, did little to nothing to help us, and they weren't cheap. I finally had enough and contacted him last night through thumbtack, asking him how soon he could get to my house to give me an estimate. He came this morning at 10am. Not only to give a thorough estimate after performing a thorough inspection. Locating the wasp nest I've been looking for, the carpenter bee burrow, and where the insects are coming in from. He also performed the service this morning. He was here for quite some time. He got every spider web, even under a deck in our yard. Not once did I feel that he was rushing through. I even witnessed him located the carpenter bee burrow & hand gestured "oh! That's where you are. Okay I'm coming for ya" through the windows of our kitchen. I celebrated w him from inside. We moved into a real house with front and back lawns and discovered a new enemy in the way of fire ants. We tried two treatments from oursevels from Home Depot before looking into professional pest control. I'm so glad we found Ray. He came out for a consultation, he paid attention to the weather and adjusted when to treat our yards according to the rain schedule, and he's just overall very friendly and professional.
