From my first interaction to the completion of my service call everything was 5 star top notch customer service. Kuma was prompt with my request for service and easy to communicate with. On my scheduled day of service our technician Marcus was prompt, courteous and professional. He listened to all our concerns patiently and addressed each one. He took care to wear a mask and protective shoe covers. Since our service we have not seen 1 ant (yay!). No contracts necessary. Kuma pest control has great customer service. My technician was, Alvin. He was on time, and very polite. He went out of his way to let me know the boxes in my house should be removed as soon as possible to avoid bugs getting into them. He explained the process throughly, and was very nice. I reached out to Wayne after a quick Yelp search. He was responded quickly to my direct message about his services. I ended up getting sick so I was not able to respond back right away. Once I started​ feeling better I sent him another message and he was just as responsive as before. Wayne came in, checked out my house, and sprayed it. I am also now put into his system where he will stop in every 60 days so that I do not have to remember to follow up. Amazinggg service!!! I made an appointment for a Saturday for my 1st time service. I realized the previous pest company I had hired wasn't doing the job. I had saw really good reviews about this company here on Yelp so I decided to give them a buzz... Wayne told me what time he was going to be at my house on Saturday and traffic had put him a bit behind, but he was excellent at communicating ETAs. When he arrived, it was him and his son. He started by asking me about my concerns/problems then They got right to work!!! He was very thorough in his work and explanations. I haven't seen any pests so far, so that's definitely a good sign. Kuma is a wonderful pest control "full service" company. I have found Wayne to be extremely responsive, caring, and very honest. I accidentally paid a bill twice and he let me know immediately that I had overpaid! I use his service remotely as I'm paying for his service at my granddaughters' home and I live in North Carolina. In a few short months, he's privided treatment for regular pest control needs and bed bug removal plus guidance for rat control services that the landlord required that they take care of.
