ProCare Pest has been a great find! For 27 years in our previous home in Atlanta we used several of the big name national companies, but frankly, they lacked true customer service. ProCare is absolutely fantastic! They actually recruited us via their door to door sales. I rarely open the front door -- usually only for an Amazon delivery -- but just so happened to open it that day and meet John (the owner) along with one of the salesmen. Though I generally avoid these kinds of interactions, I enjoyed our conversation, and my husband and I decided to make the switch. They have now been out to our house three times for general pest services and twice for mosquito spraying. My husband typically strikes up a long conversation with anyone completing work on our home and has been very impressed with the ProCare technicians (particularly compared to our previous pest company). In addition to being impressed by the technicians, I've also had a couple conversations with John regarding our account and billing and have been very impressed by him as a person. I know that switching pest control services can be a minor nuisance, but it's worth the inconvenience to switch to ProCare. read more
