I had a cockroach infestation and he treated the attic, baseboards, appliances, and outside in addition to providing advice on outdoor areas where pests may live. This was part of a quarterly treatment and I consider the cost to be very reasonable for the services provided. Truly Nolen offered me followup treatments if the initial treatment was ineffective for reduced or no cost. I'm very satisfied with the service and glad I called because I was at my wit's end trying to curb the infestation by myself.

My experience with Mayday Pest Control started with a detailed inspection by Jonathan and an proposal that was very reasonable. It came with a one-year warranty and the option of renewing yearly at a cost that breaks down to about $20 a month. Scheduling was easy. They scheduled my one-week follow up while Michael was still on the job. Both Jonathan and Michael, the technian, were profession and unusually punctual, showing up at exactly when they said they would. That's key to me. Michael was delightful. He spent hours at my house looking for ways these crafty rats were getting into my house and blocking it. His description of the work he was doing sounded like the perfect approach. It's too soon to see if all this worked. But in the meanwhile, I'm telling my neighbors who are also under seige by these rodents that have been displaced by nearby contruction. Can't say enough positive about Mayday, Jonathan and Michael.

Always have to change the appointments, which has been hit or miss on the rescheduling. I often get notifications 24 hrs before they are showing up and not the 3 day notice as advertised. Or you get the notice after hours when the office is closed. The termite guy tried to come two months early and I had to push back. We had a date scheduled for him to come and he tried to change it again claiming we never agreed on a date. Overall not a great experience and I have switched to doing my own pest control.

What can I say about Steven and Atlanta Outsourced. There are no words that would truly express the…read morelevel of gratitude we have for our "Certified Bug Assassin"! From the beginning Steven has provided us with not just customer service, but with heartfelt consideration and kindness. My husband and I purchased a total lemon of a house. One major issue was that we had a significant infestation of cockroaches, spiders and a large variety of ants. Being that we're recent transplants from the North, we aren't familiar with the types of pests that share our environment let alone how to deal with them. We scheduled an appointment with Steven on the recommendation of our Real Estate agent and he wowed us from day one. First of all Steven showed up in a timely manner to our appointment (which I appreciate immensely), he the did a walk through inspection explaining all the ways in which we as home owners can be empowered to help ourselves and help make the most out of our treatments. (This says a lot to me. Most people don't like to give recommendations or share knowledge because they have lack based fear and worry we will try to do it ourselves and they will lose money, but what they don't understand is that it builds a trusting relationship.) Not only did Steven take good care of us on day 1, but he came out 3 more times to support us through the process without charge. Again, this made us feel like he cares about us as people. He cares that he is doing a good through job and that we're doing out part as well. He spoke with us a number of times on the phone addressing issues and assuring us that sometimes cockroaches take a little time to treat and prevent. Now 3 months after move in I can proclaim we are roach free!!! Steven came out for our quarterly visit and was impressed to see how well we took his suggestions and found very few pests still active. Steven is our "Certified Bug Assassin!" He provided us with sanity and made our home feel more like ours and less like a roommate situation! Haha! I'd highly recommend Atlanta Outsourced to anyone! Especially if you want a highly skilled professional who cares about you, you're home and you're sanity like family...Steven is your guy! Not to mention his prices are very competitive and his plan is to get you started with success so you only need a simple maintenance plan going forward. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Steven for making feel safe enough to walk through my house in the dark without fear of meeting a big nasty along the way.

We initially contacted Any Pest as in Georgia, around this time of year, I don't think any home can avoid some type of bug crawling into it. Whether it's a water bug or those nasty stink bugs, I was about fed up and decided to give them a call. They came out the following day and did a service call to do a free inspection, and not once throughout the process did I feel pressured to go with their services but I did however feel more educated on what was happening with my home. I signed my paperwork to start with their services the same day and they were out to service my home within two days. In the middle of the two day spam, I had a freak experience with a bunch of flies taking over a guest bedroom of mine and not only was the owner responding to my text messages late at night on what I should do to at least decrease the situation, but he arrived first thing at my home the following morning to help. I cannot be more grateful for contacting this company and not going with any of the others. They are hands-down the B E S T and have a long-time customer in me. You can tell that they sincerely care about their customers and they genuinely want to make sure that you have the best experience. I would recommend to absolutely anyone

I was with Extermco Pest Control for years and valued their prompt, thorough and cost effective…read moreservices. Lookout Pest Control out of Centre Alabama bought them a year or two ago so I inherited this unprofessional, expensive and ineffective company by default I guess. It started with my rodent service. Our technician was highly reluctant to go in my attic after the initial treatment and I understood due to the heat. He did tell me he could go up there in the heat to put another bait station for an additional fee of course! I'm guessing he gets commission off it! We continue to hear rodents up there but they seem unconcerned about it at all. Then the kicker of kickers, I get an email regarding an inquiry about our termite bond renewal. I never responded thus in my mind implies a no. A month later this guy shows up hops my fence and stays 10 minutes max as my girlfriend was in the home. After he leaves he sends me a text stating everything looks good no moisture or sign of infestation. No formal report whatsoever and I promptly get an invoice for $260 when it usually was $200. No notice of a price increase nothing. I didn't pay the invoice as this really infuriated me. Then I get an inquiry of payment and threat regarding the termite bond being void. I replied that I would pay when I received a report. What do I get? One line at the bottom of the invoice stating "nothing noted"! Is this any way to run a business?! I've owned and run 3 and would be mortified if my people conducted themselves like this! This is an F minus company at best!
