Been using them for 20 years and have had wonderful service. They are always responsive and do a great job. I've never considered changing.

I scheduled an inspection with Lookout Pest Control for Friday, 11/07/25, and the experience was unbelievably unprofessional. When Alex called to discuss my appointment, he cut me off as soon as I began describing my situation. Instead of listening, he told me I "needed to see a doctor" and that there was nothing they could do. He did not give me the chance to explain that I had already seen a doctor and been medically cleared. His dismissive attitude was rude and completely inappropriate for someone in customer service. I then called the corporate office and spoke with Bailey, who told me this was not how their company treats clients and that she would look into it and call me back. She seemed to respond, but the next person I spoke to was Johnathan, who made the situation worse. On his first call, he insulted my intelligence by telling me my building had extermination services, even though I was trying to hire my own independent service. On his second call, he flat-out denied service entirely. Despite having an active pest issue, they refused to even come inspect the unit, give guidance, or attempt to help in any way. I was also told their treatments were "watered down" and that I could buy stronger products at Home Depot--so why even hire a professional? This is how they treat someone actively seeking help with an ongoing infestation? Dismissive, unprofessional, condescending, and unwilling to provide service. I strongly do not recommend using Lookout Pest Control. Save your time and money--go elsewhere. read more

I should have known it would be bad when it took them over a month to catch ONE RAT (yes you read that correctly a "Pest Control" company couldn't catch ONE RAT for a month. All they did was set traps and say they'll be back next week to check them. They text you and say they are coming without asking if its convenient or not they just show up. Came in, checked the traps, nothing in them, left, return next week. That's their process. Meanwhile, I had to spend $600 on electrical and plumbing repairs. For the crawlspace encapsulation, I had to call and follow up to get it scheduled after they caught the ONE RAT. It's like they have no project management or communication among the groups. Needed an outlet installed for the dehumidifier which they knew but I still had to call multiple times to get scheduled. Also, every time you try to call and talk to someone they are "in a meeting". After the dehumidifier was installed, no one came out to inspect and make sure the project was complete and working properly until I had to call back and ask. Even then, they said they are sending the same 25 year old kid out to check it. Apparently they trust him to have done the job correctly without question and no supervisor checks the work. Paying as much as we did, I expect a supervisor to come out and do a complete walkthrough and sign off. Had they done that originally, maybe it wouldn't have taken a month to catch ONE RAT. read more

Since look out acquired, my previous terminator have yet to receive a full service but yet I'm billed every time they come out and can't do the work because They don't let you know ahead of time that they're coming and they no longer service the inside of the home and now I have bugs inside so farewell goodbye read more

Unfortunately I inherited this company for termite bond when I purchased my house. The have "auto scheduling" so they send you an invoice and show up at your property without your permission once a year - I call this trespassing. Two years ago I called the police because I came home to find an invoice on my door that I didn't recognize. I filed a complaint with the BBB and yelp but the owner convinced my to remove both. They promised it wouldn't happen again and would call and schedule my house. What if I had moved or sold the house?? They have not changed their ways. Buyer beware. read more

Definitely overpriced for their services! They also would NOT give me a COI - certificate of insurance until I signed a contract! Of course everyone knows that not having a guarantee of their insurance BEFORE you sign the contract makes more sense! Obviously After the signing of a contract everyone knows should an accident occur this company would not be liable without a COI! They wanted $850 originally just to spray two areas the front porch and the back deck. Since carpenter bees move away from areas that are fumigated to new wood that has not been treated, I asked for an estimate for spraying the entire outside of my house. Their estimate for the entire house was $1500+ !! I found a company that did the entire house and adjacent lawn area including my play house and my storage shed for $200 ! AND Filled existing carpenter bee holes with dust so that the lava would be suffocated and killed. AND a follow up visit 21 days later including another Treatment for carpenter bees. I gave this company five star rating. The representative coming out was somewhat knowledgeable in carpenter bees but when I asked him what type of treatment and what chemicals were in it he had to call the office. He also said that on my flowers or why I had so many carpenter bees?? I was told previously From other service vendors that it was because my house is made of cedar therefore carpenter bees Are attracted to the cedar not the flowers! read more

Since they changed from Any Pest, they no longer treat inside the home. The tech was outside for maybe 10 minutes removing spider webs, but I still get ants and roaches etc. notice all the 5 star ratings are pre 2022. It's better than nothing, but just barely. read more

Lookout Pest has serviced my properties for over 3 years now (where I live, a rental property and a property over which I am executor) - they were servicing my properties since they were AnyPest. Recently, I had the most amazing experience with Ken Brown. I am selling one of my properties and I needed the attic inspected because the inspection called out rodent activity and noted a dead rodent up there, I also interacted with another individual from another exterminator company who was nowhere near as professional or knowledgable as Ken. He was able to squeeze me in last minute, IMMEDIATELY check the attic and see what the problem was and draw me up a proposal to have the needed services performed. I felt so comfortable with the level of expertise he had on the matter, especially since I wanted to make sure everything was taken care of the correct way prior to me selling. Ken also removed a wasp nest outside that the buyer noticed as well. I will be calling and requesting Ken specifically going forward, his service is top tier. Thanks, Ken! read more

My boyfriend submitted an online request one night with some pest concerns (roaches, ants and spiders). Any Pest showed up the very next morning for an evaluation. Actually, Alex even arrived early! He was both professional and extremely friendly. The price was good so we had service done same day. We haven't had a single bug since, except for a wasp. I called Alex and he answered immediately saying it would be gone soon due to cold weather but he could come out next day if we needed him to. Very happy with the service so far. Absolutely amazing customer service. From start to finish this entire process has been seamless as well as worry free. We initially contacted Any Pest as in Georgia, around this time of year, I don't think any home can avoid some type of bug crawling into it. Whether it's a water bug or those nasty stink bugs, I was about fed up and decided to give them a call. They came out the following day and did a service call to do a free inspection, and not once throughout the process did I feel pressured to go with their services but I did however feel more educated on what was happening with my home. I signed my paperwork to start with their services the same day and they were out to service my home within two days. In the middle of the two day spam, I had a freak experience with a bunch of flies taking over a guest bedroom of mine and not only was the owner responding to my text messages late at night on what I should do to at least decrease the situation, but he arrived first thing at my home the following morning to help. I cannot be more grateful for contacting this company and not going with any of the others. They are hands-down the B E S T and have a long-time customer in me. Nothing but rave reviews here. With Atlanta summers heating up, we found ourselves needing a pest control service for our home and the outer perimeter. I utilized Yelp's request a quote feature and not only received the quickest response from Any Pest, but they were by far the cheapest. I was contacted nearly immediately via phone and booked an appointment for the following Wednesday. Unfortunately, I had to cancel that booking via text at nearly midnight the night before and received nothing short of a gracious and upbeat text the following morning. Once I rescheduled, the initial sales team arrived early, walked me through the house with them, and let me know that a technician would come out as-soon-as-possible. Less than five days later, a technician was at my house, thoroughly inspecting every crevice and nook and spraying within any additional areas I indicated were giving me problems. Since then, I have not had any issues with pests or bugs. Service is unbeatable and is priced right. Definitely recommend. read more

We had critters in the attic and had to do something before they chewed everything up. I did a quick online search on wildlife removal and came across Any Pest. I filled out a contact form online and several minutes later I got a call from John Garlepp, the Vice President. I love it when someone contacts you immediately. He came by the house next day for an assessment. John was very knowledgeable and spelled out exactly what it would take and how much it would cost to seal all the openings so squirrels can no longer come into the attic. He wrote out the estimate for me onsite and reviewed it with me. He mentioned that even if we do not choose to use Any Pest feel free to call him if I have any questions with regards to wildlife or pests. You can just see how much he enjoys his job and he genuinely cares about his customers. Normally when you get a quote for anything sales people call back to "follow up" on it. I did not get a call from Any Pest; that is because they have confidence that if one believes in getting good service that person would call back. Of course I did and very satisfied with the job they have done. The only regret is that I had not called them sooner. I love not hearing squirrels climbing up the house and running around the attic when working in my upstairs home office. In fact I am so happy with Any Pest's service I have signed up with their pest control and termite bond. John is always VERY responsive and would get back to me on any question I have. I would like to recommend Any Pest! I love when you get honest companies that doesn't prey on fears or lack of knowledge of the consumer especially female consumers. I called them in a panic and wanted same day inspection. Not only were they nice they sent someone within 1.5 hours. Mark arrived and was very informative and educated me on the issue. He did a thorough inspection and didn't find anything that would warrant any treatment. He could have easily played on my fears and took my money. For being a standup guy and company I will definitely recommend their services to my clients because I am a Realtor here in Ga. and nothing makes me feel better than knowing my venders are knowledgeable and honest. I can't believe I'm just getting around to giving this business a review... My family has been using Any Pest since we moved from south Florida in February of 2017. In Florida we used Truly Nolan which compared to Any Pest They are Truly terrible, they are not even in the same category. When it comes to knowledge and personalized service you can't get any better then the staff at Any Pest. Today we had out monthly service with Ken. He listened to our concerns and hit every corner of our home from the attic to the basement. They also installed the underground termite prevention and sprayed for mosquitoes. I asked them to install mesh in roof gaps because i am selling my home, he said it wasn't necessary but will do it for me to sell my home.
