The final result is a clean, professional install using the standard 4'H Aluminum Smooth Top - 3-Rail panel style, and it looks excellent. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Amanda was fantastic; she stayed in constant touch, gave clear information at every step, and kept everything wonderfully organized. She made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and effortless. Carlos was equally impressive. He came out to personally determine the action plan and immediately gave me confidence that he would personally do a great job. He's extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to what we needed, and followed through on everything he said he would do and then some! His crew worked efficiently and produced high-quality work. A short time later, Jacob called to explain why he hadn't gotten back to me and apologized for having dropped the ball. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work because I did not end up hiring them, I am changing my review because I feel like the owner and Jacob reaching out despite already having lost me as a customer shows integrity and care that is lacking in many contractor businesses these days. Despite their quote being approximately 25% higher than competitors, I felt confident that the quality of workmanship would justify the price. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with those expectations. The crew installed approximately 100 defective pickets along with several problematic posts. I was told their installers had significantly more experience than those at other companies, which made it all the more frustrating that such obvious defects weren't caught and avoided during installation. While they did return to replace the posts, I was left wondering why those materials were used in the first place. To make matters worse, a 6x6 post was also questioned -- some professionals claimed it was acceptable, others said it was clearly defective. FIRST FENCE did eventually replace it, but not without multiple visits and conversations. While the fence does look good now, the process was far more stressful than it should have been. One of the main reasons I hired a premium company like FIRST FENCE was to avoid the headache of micromanaging a project. Unfortunately, I ended up doing just that. EDIT: Less than a year since install and already having gate failure in a low traffic area. When Alex called to discuss my appointment, he cut me off as soon as I began describing my situation. Instead of listening, he told me I "needed to see a doctor" and that there was nothing they could do. He did not give me the chance to explain that I had already seen a doctor and been medically cleared. His dismissive attitude was rude and completely inappropriate for someone in customer service. I then called the corporate office and spoke with Bailey, who told me this was not how their company treats clients and that she would look into it and call me back. She seemed to respond, but the next person I spoke to was Johnathan, who made the situation worse. On his first call, he insulted my intelligence by telling me my building had extermination services, even though I was trying to hire my own independent service. On his second call, he flat-out denied service entirely. Despite having an active pest issue, they refused to even come inspect the unit, give guidance, or attempt to help in any way. I was also told their treatments were "watered down" and that I could buy stronger products at Home Depot--so why even hire a professional? This is how they treat someone actively seeking help with an ongoing infestation? Dismissive, unprofessional, condescending, and unwilling to provide service. I strongly do not recommend using Lookout Pest Control. Save your time and money--go elsewhere.

We apparently tracked in fleas from outside where many dogs are walked close to our door, because our inside cat of several years suddenly had fleas, never seen before. Despite treating the cat directly with topical and oral meds, we kept finding them, along with what looked like eggs, when using a flea comb. I was horrified and after researching learned we needed to treat the environment. Matt explained the type of products they would use and what to expect, and the tech was great about communicating when on the way about his arrival time . We were still seeing a couple fleas and eggs a few days later and although I know the cycle can take a few weeks to break I was concerned, as some areas had not been treated. I contacted the office and they were responsive and courteous. Matt reached out with some info and they had the tech return to both retreat with another product and treat some new areas. I know that my stress was showing (having to wash every area rug, blanket, throw, pillow, sheet, anything fabric in hot water and dry it on high to kill the eggs and I was doing laundry round the clock) but the office, Matt and the tech remained patient and empathetic and never made me feel like I was a bother. After the second treatment we haven't seen any further evidence of fleas - but if we did, I know the service is guaranteed. Matt's Pest provided prompt, courteous, professional and effective service. I informed the manager that I have a new home, and already have a current termite control/station at the home. She insists that it is a company policy before they provide a quote. Part 2 - Several months later, sugar ants showed up. This has been a recurring issue for the past 10 years and nothing would deter those guys.
