They were very slow to address some fit & finish issues & painting follow-up, after we discovered some sloppy work on trim of house where deck connected. Some replaced boards were poor quality & some type of tape used had left horrible sticky residue. Anyway, this delay trying to get those issues addressed also meant the deck sealing & staining was delayed additional weeks, leaving us to worry about unprotected wood being exposed through the rainy spring. Hopefully all is well that ends well, but identify & press any follow up issues ASAP.

And he was VERY patient with me, working with me when I had to be out of town, and I totally trusted him to do the right thing with the smaller items, but for the larger items, he was willing to rearrange his schedule with other projects to allow for me to be here when he handled the them. (I know that wasn't easy on him!) He does almost all the work himself, and is very precise, with great attention to detail, very trustworthy and highly professional. I have referred him to a number of our neighbors - and always happy to give him a good recommendation to anyone who is interested in hearing more! He is extremely reliable, works quickly but he pays attention to detail and doesn't cut corners. You can tell by the quality of work he does he cares about the job and the people he is working for. On a personal note we haven't had great experience in the past with this sort of work. People never seem to care about the work they do and cut corners whenever they can. Lots of rain that week, but he found a day that worked perfectly. The fence looked great after pressure washing but it look REALLY good after staining. He was professional throughout both visits. Took the time to tape off sides of my home, nail-in loose boards and even replaced a few pickets that were broken as well as install some new fence caps. He even took the time to repair a gate that was sagging so now if functions perfectly. Gary is very honest and is a straight shooter. There were three tiers we were considering, price, quality and then previous customer feedback. Having already met with three other contractors, Aqua drain was an easy decision for me. We love everything about our under decking, where Aquadrain delivered on everything promised and then more. Before and as the project went on Albert reached out to me a couple of times with different ideas and then suggestions as to things we could both add to and add onto our project, all of which was for no extra charge! My wife being a visual person, this helped her tremendously as the project went along understanding what directions we could take with our under deck. The topping for all of this and for us we were in process of selling our home. We had our home appraised before the project and as with everything had a number of realtors we vetted. Most of the realtors were in the ballpark in terms of price. The largest difference was the jump in what they thought our home was worth before and after the project.
