I talked to several companies about this job (initially, we weren't sure if we were going to go back with real cedar that was originally on our house or the Nichiha cedar shake) that Russ recommended. I had many questions, and he answered all of them! His crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. My wife and I were initially nervous about how the shake siding would look compared to the real cedar we had before. But as you can see in the pictures, it turned out wonderfully, even better than we expected. Russ immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied after the job was done. This is our second time using Russ. He also replaced the siding on two of our chimneys a few years ago and did a great job with that as well. Don't hesitate to contact Perfection Roofing & Siding for all your siding and roofing needs. We will definitely use them again!

He answered all of our questions and explained everything very thoroughly. We also needed to have our siding replaced and Wesley said he was happy to work with any siding contractor we chose. He offered to demo the deck and install new flashing and ledger boards before the siding was replaced, then come back and install the new deck after the siding was done. Wesley said they would get a permit and inspection. While the other deck contractors either took several days to send a quote or ghosted us, Wesley sent a very detailed and competitive quote with better/best options hours after meeting with us, and we hired him. We met Kym at the showroom in Kennesaw to look at all of the decking and railing options and were very impressed with everything. We decided to go with the Trex Transcend Lineage Jasper and Trex Signature Black aluminum railing. Kenneth came out to take measurements and followed up with awesome renderings showing the deck from five different angles. Eddie, Thomas, and Carlos demoed the old deck and installed new flashing and ledger boards in one day. After the siding contractor replaced the siding, Eddie returned with Israel and Antonio to build the new deck. They finished the deck in seven days and it looks amazing, a night and day difference from the old deck. Our favorite details include the post brackets that secure the posts to the concrete while keeping them off the ground and away from water, the switchback stairs, each decking board is one continuous piece (no butt joints), color matched screws, and the cocktail rail. The inspector said "they did a nice job for you." We were very impressed with the entire Brawner team, love our new deck, and give them our highest recommendation.

A few months ago they did some repairs on our roof stating it had at least 5 years left and with some preventative maintenance maybe even longer before we had to replace it. The main job was to replace the siding on the chimney, but also to address some other problem areas including sealing around the dryer vent. After a recent rain we had a big leak through the dryer vent in the laundry room and then through the kitchen ceiling. Joshua who did the work offered to provide a new estimate to replace part of the roof around the dryer vent and the vent itself. No thank you. We will go with someone else who knows what they are doing. At least he was polite. Mary the receptionist quickly heated herself up and started yelling at me saying "We don't guarantee repairs!!!" and repeating "Do you understand???" after each sentence. I understand Mary. Hopefully, you will not only lose my respect, but someone else's prospective business.

I noticed after the storm last night that hit my house, that my gutters needed to be looked at and cleaned out. I sent a message out through Yelp and received a phone call immediately from a lovely woman named Jean at Reset Roofing asking what it is that I need to have done at my house. I told her that I have a downspout that needs to be cleaned out and a couple of nails that need to be replaced on my gutters as the wind almost tore them off my house. She asked for my name and address and told me she was able to schedule me for a free consultation and that they could be out this afternoon. I told her that was wonderful. She gave me the name of the gentleman that would be coming out to assess the project, and his name is James Connor. James Give me a call when he was on the way to my house... He was also about 45 minutes early, which was fabulous! I showed him what needed to be done and he pulled out his ladder and tools and went right to work saying "this is a very easy fix" and "I can do it right now for you". I stood outside and watched him fix my gutters, dismantle the one that was clogged, emptied out the sludge, and put it right back together within minutes. When all was said and done, James did not charge me a dime! I was very impressed with his good attitude, quick wit, and efficiency by getting the job done quickly and in good standards. I am giving James Connor a five star rating for his professionalism and a job well done. You should definitely reach out to Reset Roofing For anything that deals with your roof or gutters. The first thing they will do is set you up for a consultation, which is free and then move forward after you get to review a quote along with any pictures that the roof consultant emails to you. I was in the process of selling my home when I unexpectedly ended up with three huge holes cut into my basement ceiling (due to some last minute plumbing work requested by the Buyers). On a Friday, with the closing scheduled for Monday morning, Michael and his guys patched the holes and painted them with leftover paint I had. Unfortunately, the paint I gave them was not a good match at all. In addition, the upstairs AC quit working at the same time and it was hot as Hades up there! Although Michael doesn't generally work on weekends, he came out the next day, on a Saturday, and he brought along his HVAC man. The two of them got everything fixed. The ceiling looked like new and the AC was working great by the time the two of them left. I was the last to leave. At the exact moment I was backing down the driveway, the Buyers showed up to do their final walkthrough! (Talk about cutting it close!) Anyway, apparently, they were happy with everything they saw because the closing went off without a hitch the following Monday morning. I plan to use MCO Professionals for future work. I was very pleased with the quality of the jobs that were done; the price was the best of all the estimates I received; and Michael is very personable and easy to work with.
