The initial consultation was straightforward and he brought samples which were helpful. He did a great job listening and quoting for the work I asked for. He worked with my budget and overall was easy to work with. I had some challenges with his team's arrival times not being consistent, and the timeline seemed to take longer than originally expected, but these things happen during renovations and in the end wasn't a huge deal. The entire project took about a week. The final fit and finish were well done, the grout work and glass install were clean and impeccably installed. Finally, a small issue we found with the install was addressed in a timely manner.

From start to finish, I was impressed with the professionalism. Justin was severely injured in a car accident after we finalized the contract and the project was delayed for about 2 months while he recovered. I could've worked with another company during that period but preferred to have the job completed by his team. It's challenging to find a a company you can trust that also does quality work and is reasonably priced. I'm fortunate to have crossed paths with Justin. He is a man of integrity. Through it all he remained in constant communication. He was easy to work with. We were able to talk through any questions I had about the invoice and he made modifications when requested. Once the job started, his team showed up early and worked the entire day. They did a great job cleaning up each day which was important since I stayed in the house during the renovation. It is truly a family business. Justin and his wife came when the job was complete to check on things and to help haul away the trash. I love my master bathroom! It is an oasis. Michael does pitiful substandard drywall work. I would never hire him again. We hired him to…read moredrywall our basement for 3 rooms and a bathroom. He was supposed to have a crew working but it was only him. He would show up at 10:30 or 11:00am and only work until 2:30 or 3:00 and take an hour lunch. This has taken over 6 weeks and the work is still not done right. The mudding and sanding looks terrible and no amount of paint will cover this up. Michael will ask for final payment before work is finished. Unfortunately we paid him so we've learned the hard way. I have plenty of pictures to show how bad this work is.
