Moreover, working with this company was a top-notch business experience from beginning to end. The project involved was cleaning the wood putting a superior stain finish on a new deck that had weathered over the winter months. The owner was friendly and professional when he arrived for the estimate. Everything stated in the estimate was completed as described and exceeded expectations to a large degree. Deck Medic made the deck look as if the deck was built brand new in the finished color. The attention to detail and professional work ethic of every employee I met was superb. A huge thanks to the whole Deck Medic team for a pleasant experience and a job well done. I highly recommend Deck Medic and will certainly rehire this company once I complete the addition to the deck.

Ronnie came the next day to go on the roof and check out the damage. He gave me a quote right away with the scope of work entailed and the total cost. I've called multiple roofing companies and J&J had the most reasonable quote. We were able to schedule them in for the following week, and they finished the entire job in 2 days. This entailed removing the damaged wood from my old roof, putting on plywood and an entire new roof. I've attached photos for your reference. If you're thinking of hiring a roofer, you won't regret hiring J&J. Ronnie and his team were punctual, responsive, professional. The work was done with great quality. They even gave me warranty certificates for my new roof. I am a happy client.

A representative came out with an architect to discuss our project. They left after a short while, with the promise that the next step was to be the architect contacting us with some sketches. Never heard back from either the architect or NCA Carolinas. Our next door neighbor also had NCA Carolinas come out for their project, and the same thing - they never heard back from them again. All we can assume is that our home additions were not large enough project for NCA Carolinas to be bothered with. The fact that we never heard back from them speaks volumes about their service. As such, I can not recommend NCA Carolinas for any project.
