We contacted them back in March that we had a small issue of some stone coming off of the exterior of the home. A representative stopped by in April and confirmed it was a small job and stated that someone would be by the following week to take care of it. It is now Mid-July and inspite of numerous calls/texts and e-mails we have gotten no response. They did some brick work two doors from our home but never came by to take care of us. He told me someone would be out later that day, gave me an arrival window, called just prior to arrival. David Brown (owner) showed up well dressed very professional , I was impressed. We settled on a fair price. They showed up when they said they would, mind you this was a big job 883 sq' of wood fence. Tore down old replaced new, clean up was an exceptional job. New install again 883 sq' 1 12' gate 1 5' gate. They built my new fence completely custom, no preassembled panels. I highly recommend KUDZU FENCING.

Ronnie came the next day to go on the roof and check out the damage. He gave me a quote right away with the scope of work entailed and the total cost. I've called multiple roofing companies and J&J had the most reasonable quote. We were able to schedule them in for the following week, and they finished the entire job in 2 days. A representative came out with an architect to discuss our project. They left after a short while, with the promise that the next step was to be the architect contacting us with some sketches. Never heard back from either the architect or NCA Carolinas. Our next door neighbor also had NCA Carolinas come out for their project, and the same thing - they never heard back from them again. All we can assume is that our home additions were not large enough project for NCA Carolinas to be bothered with. The fact that we never heard back from them speaks volumes about their service. As such, I can not recommend NCA Carolinas for any project.
