We went with them because Mark Sharpe, our Project Manager was very inclusive with the estimate. All colors could be changed and he was very detailed in what he thought we needed in wood rot repair. To us, it seemed like the other estimates had wide variances in what could be added during the project. A couple of things did come up throughout the project that were impossible to see high up on the house and he kept up communication, showed us pictures and explained what we needed in great detail. When the work was actually being done here come all of the extras: oh we're only applying one coat it's extra for for another coat. It was extra for many things that I wasn't expecting. They also refused to paint above my windows, stating that wood was rotted. Yet we paid them to replace it replaced wood was installed without applying the flashing and after a few years is now rotted so money has now been thrown down the drain. We called and asked for a #Warranty and have been told after 3 1/2 years that it is not covered and they will not do anything about the rotted wood. I would not go back to this company and I feel like they have really done me wrong.
