My home is approximately 2,200 square feet and features over 25 windows and doors, highlighting the extensive work needed for the trim, wood (Hardie) siding, gutters, downspouts, some soffit and fascia board replacement, and entire house painting. The team took their time ensuring the wood siding, wood rot repairs, and other installations were meticulously done. They are incredibly dedicated and hardworking and use only quality products and materials. I love the results, and so do my neighbors, family, and friends! Thank you so much Siding of Atlanta!

***RUN DONT WALK***…read more AYS Restoration turned what should have been an exciting home renovation into one of the most frustrating consumer experiences we've ever had. We hired them for a large renovation project involving our master bathroom, closet system, and additional work totaling well over $45,000. While some of the labor crews, especially Paulo and his team, did quality work, the overall management, transparency, communication, and billing practices were deeply concerning. The biggest issue centers around a custom walk-in shower with a rear bench. Common sense says a walk-in shower like this requires a glass door. Someone from their company physically came out and measured for the glass door, yet later we were told the door was somehow "not included" unless we paid thousands more. If it was never part of the scope, why was it measured in the first place? It gets worse. We recently discovered one of the vendor quotes they attempted to pass through to us was heavily marked up. The actual vendor price was approximately $1,900, while AYS attempted to charge us roughly $2,500 for the exact same item despite not measuring, manufacturing, or installing it themselves. That is a markup of over 30% simply for acting as a middleman. Had this been clearly disclosed upfront, maybe we could have had a conversation about it. Instead, everything felt buried inside confusing change orders and poorly written documentation full of inconsistent fonts, colors, and vague wording that looked more copied from templates than professionally reviewed contracts. The estimating process itself was also problematic. Critical items repeatedly seemed to be "left out" initially, only to reappear later as added costs through change orders. At some point it stops feeling accidental and starts feeling strategic. Communication became exhausting. Rather than simply resolving issues reasonably, we were met with deflection, rewritten timelines of events, and responses that often contradicted what actually occurred during the project. We even discovered questions surrounding whether proper ownership authorization was fully verified before contracts were executed. What disappoints me most is this could have been solved easily. There is still a substantial balance left on this project, and instead of resolving a dispute over a shower door professionally, they appear willing to damage their reputation over what should have been a straightforward customer service resolution. Atlanta has far too many quality contractors and restoration companies to settle for this level of confusion, pressure, and lack of transparency. Proceed carefully and document absolutely everything if you choose to work with them.

Where do I even begin? We wanted a Patio of our dreams, and I got several quotes from the leading…read morecompanies in the Greater Atlanta area because I wanted nothing but the best. Based on various factors including the unique design that was presented as well as outstanding reviews for Stoneage Stonescapes, we decided to hire them. And I am so thankful for that decision. Ours was a large project - a combination of several small projects including a gas Fire-pit, a large Water Feature, an Outdoor Kitchen complete with Grill, Refrigerator, Stove, etc, a Pergola with Swing, an expansive Landscape with hundreds of plants/trees, and a Fenced area for Raised Garden Beds. Hugh Dixon (Owner/Project Manager) was extremely detailed oriented and took pride in his work. Every detail was executed with precision and care, from the quality of the materials to the thoughtful layout. Even after a feature was completed, I would often see Hugh observing and changing something (that I saw no issues with) until he was satisfied. Hugh never cut corners and listened to all of our suggestions, even made last minute changes when we changed our mind on something. And the end result was simply spectacular. Our friends and neighbors say they had never seen such an expertly laid and meticulously installed flagstone patio. Hugh's team was extremely professional and punctual. When they would leave at the end of a hard work day, they would clean the entire area, wash as needed and will leave the work area spick and span. Some of the other companies I had gotten quotes from told me that I would need to hire additional companies/people - for example for sprinklers relocation, or for bringing a larger gas line for the fire pit (because I wanted a roaring fire), or for any carpentry work etc. Hugh's team did everything from A to Z for me, no additional help needed from anywhere else. Hugh had promised to wow me, and I must say he more than kept his promise. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every feature, and we're thrilled with how the entire project has turned out. First question anyone who sees my patio and landscape asks is who did I hire for my Patio Project and can they get the contact information of the company. Highly recommend StoneAge to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space!

After looking at several local siding companies to do our siding and gutters we decided to go with…read moreSiding Depot based on their excellent reputation and lack of negative reviews. Also, the young man who came to our house to talk with us initially, Craig, is a very likable and personable young man who knows his business. It was because of the way he handled the initial contact with us and the fact that he stays involved with the job until it is complete that tipped the scale in favor of Siding Depot. Our house is one of the large cedar-modern style homes in Acworth so there was a ton of work to be done. We wanted some variation in the style of the siding, both the shake style with the staggered edges in the gables and on some of the other areas the vertical board and batten, I think it is called. We also had wood damage to the structure of the house that needed repair and some of the flashing on the back deck was in bad shape, all of which could be addressed by the siding installers. Today, I want to talk about this wonderful crew of young men from Brazil who have come into my life and done such a wonderful job with my home so far. They are extremely skillful and focused on their work and not only that, they are very sweet people. Gentle souls that I have to say I will miss when they are finished and move on to the next project. I do not often get attached to people who come to do work at my home but they have been around for most of 2 weeks and I have grown quite fond of them. I can not say enough about the skill and professionalism this crew exhibits. The precision of their work is incredible. I grew up in a family that built homes, have spent a lot of time on construction personally learning how things are done so I do know a bit about the difficulties they faced here. None of this was a problem for them, though, they dug in and got the job done. They are putting the finishing touches on today and the house, even in the yellow Hardie Plank color, looks wonderful. If you hire Siding Depot and have and this crew do your job, I know you will not regret it. I will finish this review when the painters and gutter installers are finished. So far, though, Siding Depot is a big two thumbs up from me.

Updating- siding depot refused to remove the defective work and reinstall. This wasnt a one off…read more The owner has been to my house 3 times. Ive taken the following measures. I've had the Nichiha rep to my house confirming the work is not done according to manufactures guidelines with the owner of the company present. I paid for licensed home inspector. They are unbiased. The inspector said it was the worst he'd ever seen and the report is a gazillion pages. I called my insurance and they sent an adjuster out. He shook his head and said its the worst he'd ever seen. My denied insurance claim states that the work is defective and construction defects arent covered. It also states that water damage is inevitable. Meaning there are no reasonable steps I can take to protect my house My insurance (Amica)refused to give me the adjusters report(not legal dont let them). BUT, they offered to send out a structural engineer to check it out and give me a report. PE (structural engineer) stated the work(starting with the wrap underlayment) does not meet the minimum requirements for wall coverings violating international residential building code. Trustdale saw the video of the rep telling Armando he didnit wrong. -I gave them copies of the install manual I marked up with pictures of the defective work. -They had a representative come to my house with another siding guy and and the owner of siding depot(owners third visit)! -Trustdales siding guy stayed after they left and is the third professional to tell me its the worst hes ever seen. -Trustdales stance differs from that of Nichihas product rep and install manual. It differs from the report written by an impartial home inspector. It differs from the report from the Structural Engineer. It is apparently more valid than the international code book. -It was Trust Dale who first presented me with the official offer of nondisclosure. They then said the resolution was to let these people on my property who already REFUSED to remove the defective work come patch it up IF i paid them first! They are the ones who decide if they have honored the "10,000 dollar trustdale warranty" When I told them that was unacceptable they tried to say i didnt register the purchase with them. I WAS MID PURCHASE when I contacted them. Yup, thats right. TrustDale tried to squirm out of their side by claiming i contacted them too soon. (Or too late depending on the day) I also could've gone through their website before. Off I go across the internet to cost these jerks 10x what they cost me. If you read this feel free to contact Siding Depot and tell him Mike Wood cost them business.(I know its petty but its something)
