The white posts supporting the roof should be much taller. See the design pic attached which shows what I paid and thought I was going to get. Spent +23K and feel totally duped and frustrated. I recently contracted with RC Pro Solutions to have a new patio constructed including a covered roof. This project was frustrating to say the least. I won't go into great detail here, but the lack of communication as well as transparency were two of the biggest issues dealing with this company. After several attempts to have my concerns addressed with their initial representative, Patrick stepped in as our contact and communication did improve. However, a lot of the damage was done at this point, including a failed early inspection in the process due to an improper slope of the roof. Furthermore, in our quote, it says porch roof with shingles to match the house. We had no idea that meant the porch ceiling would not be stained or painted. It wasn't until final payment was due that we were told that any painting would be a separate price. Therefore, we were left with a treated ceiling that will still need to be painted or stained to properly complete the project. Despite being in agreement with us that it was their error that this was not properly explained, RC Solutions refused to bend on including the painting once the treated wood is ready for the final finishing. So now, we are left with the need to contract with someone else to finish their job. I will admit the overall workmanship was seemingly done properly. However the posts that hold the roof were left with stains and marks which again, clearly needed to be painted along with the ceiling. It is very discouraging when you spend a lot of money on a project and get surprised in the end. Unfortunately, that was our experience with RC Pro Solutions and for that reason, I cannot rate them higher than a '3.' Customers should know exactly what is covered and not covered in any price quoted. Surprises are unacceptable! Not a satisfied customer.

After replacing some cracked concrete areas, the driveway looked like a checkerboard. We decided to cover it with a "tar and chip" procedure to make it all uniform. Bad idea. The second layer of stone ("chip") ended up being washed to the bottom of our driveway. Then came Robert and his application of Ace Resin. It was put on top of the concrete and the tar and chip and covered all my previous mistakes and he and his crew did it to my complete satisfaction. I understand they can use the same process on pool decks and sidewalks. The base come in many colors to satisfy anyone's tastes.

(Plants in photo are young and coverage looks much better after they grow) Brad was very easy to work with and took great care of everything we asked for, including tree stump removal and pine straw coverage around our corner lot. The workers were great, and worked hard. The manager, Sean, was very nice and knowledgable, but definitely seemed spread way too thin, which led to portions of the project being miscommunicated or missed, and having to spend extra time to get them redone. Our project consisted of replacing a couple areas of grass with artificial turf, another area with Zoysia sod, replacing some walkways, adding some landscaping, and trimming some trees. All of that was eventually done, but the turf ultimately had to be torn up, reflattened, and nailed propertly as it was ripply/bubbly at first and coming up at the sides. Some areas we had requested turf were missed at first due to confusion, lack of communication. I think they just need some better oversight by having more management resources or fewer projects so that the proper amount of time can be spent. Like I said, ultimately it ended up pretty good and the price was decent as well.

Even after a phone call to David, our lawn is now going on 3 weeks with no service. Last year, they missed doing our lawn for 5 separate weeks during the summer and early fall. I have text messages and dates to prove it. It's a never-ending battle to get our lawn mowed, and it shouldn't be this way. When the customer knows every person in the company, it's a problem. We've NEVER had this problem with another lawn maintenance company. Based on the reviews, it appears that project work is their priority and weekly maintenance is fit in IF they have time. This is no way to run a business! I guess your guaranteed monthly payments from weekly maintenance customers is not important to the business. Save yourself many headaches and go with a company who values your business! **They asked me to take down this review last year, and I did after getting the issues resolved. Or, so we thought. It's May 3rd and they have skipped doing our yard several times this year already.

Because we are teachers, it was important that the work was completed during the summer, before we had to head back to work.  We were told, no problem, that the whole process would take 1-2 days tops, and it would be completed in the next 2 weeks. After 2 long, frustrating months, the work was finally completed, and we would not recommend this company to anyone. Here are the issues we faced: -Materials were not delivered when they were supposed to be. -On multiple occasions, we were told people were coming to do work, but then they wouldn't come, and even when we called/texted to see what was going on, we wouldn't hear back for a few days.   -The work was not completed in 1-2 days.  They had to come 3 different days to demolish/install, and another 3 days to fix the shotty work that was completed previously. -They ruined our ceiling and window frame and left it like it was our problem to fix. -The caulking was sloppy and even had a huge glob inside the shower that wasn't smoothed out. -The shave bar was installed an inch off the floor, so we had to have another one installed above it, so it actually served a purpose. -Water sprayed out all over the floor when it was "finished" because they forgot to add the rubber strips that keep the water from spraying out below the doors. While we understand that materials are sometimes delayed and beyond the company's control, the lack of communication and sloppy work that was completed was shocking with all the positive reviews we read before using the company.   This company did recognize our ridiculous experience and gave us a whopping 5% discount, but that barely made a dent in the thousands we paid for a new shower.
