I contacted Hamilton and met with him a couple of years ago regarding a drainage problem. He seemed knowledgeable and suggested several alternative approaches to remediation. I asked for a proposal. He told me he would send it the following week. When he did not get back to me, I called him back and later sent emails, widely spaced over a couple of months, but he ghosted me, giving no response to polite messages I left. We set up an appointment for a consultation yesterday and received a confirmation that they would be there. My fiance and I both waited at home and tried to call them multiple times. They never responded or emailed to cancel or reschedule. Extremely unprofessional. I have never a a company to this to me. Especially one that seems it be a good reputable good quality company. We've had a few people out to quote on deck repair/replacement. While they were professional about scheduling, the guy that came out was not friendly. He looked like he wished to be somewhere else. When the quote finally came in, they were so far beyond everyone else that it was clear they were trying to find a way to not do business with us. It would've been better to say that upfront or cancel the assessment instead of wasting our time only to give a ridiculous quote. read more

Was initially pleased with the work done by Mike and his crew. However, three months after the job was complete, the sod did not grow properly (several large patches died) and water pooled in the middle of the yard he graded. We called him to come out and take a look at things and his response was, "Give it time it will settle properly and drain. Call me in another six weeks." Great news! No improvement and we've called/texted four times in 8 weeks and have had zero response from him. We've sent him pictures of the problems and still no response. Apparently we've gone from appreciated client to so-long-sucker! read more
