Paid a $4000 deposit for hardscaping in July 2022. I have nothing to show for it after over a year. They were clearly in over their heads getting a permit (which I obtained on my own within 6 weeks after realizing I was being lied to). Instead of walking away and giving me a refund they just slow played the project, took my money, and ignored all attempts to find a solution. Yes, the company name has changed. No, their advertised physical address is not a real place of business. Yes, you will get very familiar with the Secretary of State website. If you do decide to ignore my advice, make sure you have their business license, contractor license, and a verified mailing address from the start. At least it will save you a few hours a year from now when you start exploring legal options. Save yourself from the nightmare of this company. The owner is in over his head. He'll make commitments on deliverables and fail to deliver. His employees are nice, but Jeremiah won't respond to calls or texts, and he won't show up for appointments even if you can get him to make one. I'm also pretty sure he faked selling his company in order to get out of his agreement with us. If he's still in business today, then that's exactly what he did. So I read some of the reviews good and bad an decided to check Jeremiah's out. I reached out on Saturday 11/21 and Jeremiah actually called that same day. He asked me to send a quick video of the front , back and sides of the house to get an idea/ estimate . I sent the video, he read and it and did t reply. So I thought maybe he's just busy. So I called and texted him again on Monday and AGAIN he reads my message and NO RESPONSE! Very unprofessional and doesn't care about new clients. They were selected by our builder to install our irrigation system. Less than a year in and our irrigation system has multiple problems. When we moved in the sprinkler heads were leaking. They told us that was normal and refused to fix them. Our landscapers ended up fixing them, which did need to be fixed. Our irrigation system then wouldn't turn off and we had to shut the main water valve off to stop it. Jerimiah responded to my text that he would have someone come fix it. He then stopped responding to texts and phone calls and no one ever showed up. The builder finally got involved and Jerimiah flat out told us he does not warranty his work and if he was to come out and fix it he would charge us for it. Don't waste your time or money. He is slimy and there are plenty of other companies that appreciate the business. read more

Oh wow - where to start - I tried to give this kid a chance - I had a large budget and was willing to pay for what I needed. Most of the time he would no-show and when he showed up, they were gone so fast - nothing was actually done. Would just lie to you - saying he was doing the work but I could point out that he was lying and then he would start making excuses - the only way I got his attention is when I had the credit card payment reversed for cause. I called Jeremiah to come out after having 3 other contractors drop off the face of the earth. They specialize in yard maintenance and i had a project with many cubic yards of dirt to be brought in and seed spread. He came out the same day I called, and delivered a bid prior to his 48hr deadline with reasonable/competitive prices. We scheduled a day based on weather and both he and his arranged third party dirt delivery arrived on time. He and his colleague worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely manner. The only thing not up to expectations was the amount of topsoil i expected. I expected a few inches of topsoil, but got less than an inch (hence less than 5 stars). If i had mentioned explicit amounts I am certain he would have done as requested. Work was finished today, so I'll update in a few weeks once i know how well the grass took. read more

Excellent first impression! I contacted JLS to get a (very) rough estimate on how much it would cost to level a backyard that sloped 5 feet across 100-150 feet. He was very knowledgeable and offered different potential remedies for such a problem. Even suggested I get multiple estimates. My project in Johns Creek was handled by Tino and his crew. During a rain storm, I would have standing water on the side of the house. Tino quoted putting in a couple of catch basins and a drain line to draw water away to the drainage area at the rear of the yard. (about 70 feet). The job was done later in the week and was done efficiently, and minimized disturbing the rest of the yard. Would definitely recommend Tino's crew for landscaping jobs in the future. Very poor service. Not as advertised. We had Jeremiah and his team employed for 8 months, paying additional for weed control. Probably masked when not in growing season, but this was never a service provided. Averaged 15-20 minutes at our place mowing lawn and blowing a few leaves around. Did not respond to feedback, no pride or attention to detail. $70 a week for this service? No thanks. Our yard is now overgrown with significant time and cost to reset. I strongly advise to consider other options if you want anything other than your lawn mowed (even this service was careless at times). read more

This is our second project with Jeremiah. While trying to transplant a rosebush near my driveway, I found that the dirt under the drive had (at some point in the past) eroded totally away due to poor drainage from the neighbor's property. The hole was across the entire width of the drive and up to 4 feet deep. Jeremiah was able to get the work scheduled quickly (the drive was not safe to use). I feel they did a great job tearing out of the old driveway (and retaining wall), fixing the drainage problem and replacing the drive and retaining walls. I really don't want to do any more landscaping for a long time - but when I do, I'll call Jeremiah first! read more

I was told when I hired this company that trimming shrubs was included in the quoted price. That happened one time in three months and only after I called and complained. When I came home and found them at my house on the wrong day, I confronted the guy mowing about the weeds and shrubs that were being allowed to grow unchecked. I asked him about one week in particular that was about 3-1/2 feet tall and he told me it was a shrub and that's why he didn't cut it down. There were several of these around and he hadn't cut any of them. Then I pursued the real shrubbery and he just shrugged his shoulders. I fired them on the spot. The price was good had they actually done the promised work but to mow and go it was very expensive. read more

Unfortunately, I was left less than happy at the job completed. We have gravel pathways with pavers that are now unusable because so much slate was blown away from the path, and a broken lawn light. This is the WORST company to work with. After they were extremely responsive with an estimate, I could never pin then down as to when they were coming to the property. They finally gave a date and then didn't show! I called no fewer than 6 times and left messages with 2 cell phone numbers to return my calls. They never called back and never showed. Agree with Travis although we actually employed them for a couple of years. When/if Jeremiah actually did the work himself things turned out ok but he can't seem to find good help and they consistently leave things a mess. They drive the heavy equipment through the wet areas and then make mud tracks in the yard time after time. The mower deck is uneven and some parts of the yard are left taller than others and it looks bad. After yet another complaint Jeremiah texted me to say " sorry that happened. I do not think we are the right company to service your yard. today will be our last visit. Best wishes." No attempt to even drop by for a talk and see what his employees did to my yard (no less than 7 muddy ruts that I'll have to rake and seed/straw). Unbelievably bad. Jeremiah has been exceptional with his service as he is very reliable and very responsive. I was looking for someone to help install sods for my rental property within a very short amount of time. He worked with us on the schedule and was able to pull it through. As a remote owner, it wasn't much we can do to monitor his work. He took snapshots of the lawn and keep us updated on the progress. Our friend went back to validate later and told us that the job was very well done! His quote on the work was very reasonable as well comparing to other companies that we used before.
