I've had some good interactions and some bad interactions with Flower Bed Creations, and am a repeat customer at two different properties I've own. I contacted Steve via text and via e-mail very courteously to fulfill the requirement of the warranty on a few rose bushes his team planted for me at our main home that never grew. Four of the ones that he planted for us died. He responded and scheduled a time to come and replace them. On the day he scheduled to come, he called and said that the roses were not in stock and would be the following Monday. I never heard from him the following Monday. His team them abruptly scheduled a date and time to come to plant something that I received via e-mail and didn't know on that date and time either, which was a Sunday afternoon. I kindly parked with flags the plants that needed to be replaced under the warranty from an over $1000 purchase I made on plants. The communication is subpar and I fear they do not want to fulfill the stipulations of the warranty on plants. Beware of this type of interaction and any promise they make on warranty fulfillment when you purchase services from this company. read more

The whole experience and journey of transforming our backyard was simply outstanding with Steve / Georgia Flower Bed creations . It all started with one call after which a free evaluation and estimation was done.This exercise and conversation was very pleasant and many expert thoughts and recommendations were given . 2nd step was to get a 3D visualization prototype done .This went 2-3 rounds and in all of those Steve addressed every minute detail and every needs of us thread bare and he also added his ideas and the end prototype was simply exceeding our expectation. Then it was all about implementation. We had a big party gathering coming up so we conveyed Steve a date before which all work can be done and it was done perfectly well before that .Thanks to Steve's great planning and execution. The whole work was completed with in 4-5 days . During those work days , we had some changes and all were accommodated . Steve was super good in communication and his ideas were top notch .He gave the idea of covering our pergola with transparent roof and it came out really good. Even after all the work and payment is done, few weeks later there were some issues in the roof and Steve resolved it immediately the following day with a quick repair . Overall we were very happy with Steve and His company .His co-workers who did all the work are also very friendly . Would love to recommend and work with him again for any similar needs any time . I struggled with my front yard for years. I am not a good gardener, LoL. Though I planted easy care, deer resistant plants, they got eaten or they didn't fully bloom. I gave up trying and realized that I needed help and contacted Flowerbed Creations! My front yard now looks great and I have gotten compliments from my neighbors. I specifically picked a service provider in my community. I talked to the owner who, after setting the appointment, had me call back and confirm the appointment with his service. I called the service and was left on hold for several minutes. After hanging up, the service calls back and re-confirmed the appointment. Day of the appointment: no call and no show. One week later: still crickets. If you you are too busy (great for you). If you don't want the job, just say so and don't waste my time. read more

I was just IN AWE with how great the service of Steve and team was. They showed up to give me a quote and never in a million years did I expect them to start the same. In a typical contractor fashion, I thought they would just show up when they have time. Oh no, Steve showed up with his team, gave me a quote and explained everything to me, listening to my needs. And then they started work RIGHT AWAY! I know, unbelievable. These guys were so great that they finished everything the next day and now my front yard looks so much better with new grass and beautiful roses and ornamental kale. Steve showed up too my property on time and after giving me certain flower bed ideas went straight to work. He did not try to upsell me on ideas that we're outside of the purview of our previous discussion which I appreciated. My flowerbeds are small, I had a budget and a simple design in which he took and made the best possible outcome I could ask for. Along with his crew they were able to completely remodel my entire flowerbeds within three hours that same day. The service was fast efficient and priced very fairly, everything was explained to me in the quote of what exactly I was paying for and how much labor was within the scope the quote. After the job was completed I was explained how to properly care for my plants which I also appreciated. Flower bed creations takes the old saying "you get what you pay for" to another level.
