So now I have sopping wet paper stuck under my window inside my door which will likely begin to cause problems with the function of my window. No one ever came, no one ever followed up with a phone call. I contacted them 2 or 3 times following up with my concern. I guess I'm stuck with the mulch, looks OK wet but as soon at it dries it looks like it's seem 2 summers already. Waste of money and crap customer service.
